I only wish I had listened to you earlier on another stock which I now believe is a scam. EXPH does not fit the mold of a pinkie or OTC scam. In fact, it doesn't even come close. I am glad you're invested in EXPH along with many of us from the "other" stock.

It is also interesting to note that you have no way of knowing what the company and the IRS are doing..You have no way of knowing whether orders are still being shipped and more orders are pending..If all of your posted opinion is based on back taxes not being paid by "D&D displays"..then it would be nice to know if you know exactly what has transpired in the interim between when D&D display was notified some time ago and now..

Certainly it is a question I am sure will be answered by the company "EXPO" under new management without speculation..I can wait for that answer and deal with the "reality" and not speculation of what the company "EXPO" is doing now..

On a side note..you speculate as to what their former clients would do..First..As as I can recall..we were updated that EXPO was already moving in a new direction away from some clients that had one time display orders and moving towards recurring client orders and the CIMA cabinet side which makes custom made cabinets..That would be of course be new clients for them..

On a second side note..I don't believe that LOWES will go away..I believe you posted many times that they have a great deal going with the company..

The stock is still trading although I don't believe Dean is still with the company and I have no idea who has the controlling interest..I do believe the game voice control service is still running..That MTNL still has the remote email service listed and that is all I know..The fact remains that Apple bought the patents...veno

The constant negativity and malicious intent over the years has destroyed this small company trying to one up the bigger players..

Every move forward by Dean and the workers at OVOE was destroyed by constant phone calls and emails made by individuals to the companies OVOE was working with..There was constant effort made to keep investors away from the stock using malicious posts to discredit the company and its employees..In the end it would be Dean's eagerness to move to the bigger companies that would make it necessary to sell the patents..There were many larger voice recognition companies OVOE was in competition with and none had One Voice"s advanced technology..Yet..in the end one of the largest companies ended up buying the tech because it was "that good"..

I personally talked with several companies that suddenly went away..and they reported jammed telephone lines and constant emails saying that the company was a scam..

The lies about photoshopping billboards are well documented..The lies about the tech being a patch..and the thousands of posts which intent was to bring the company down are also well documented..The sad part..is that I met the workers at One Voice many times that made the technology better over the years..These were not scammers..but young..very intelligent workers that worked many hours a day to make the tech the best it could be..Their efforts and time spent were..as we now know..wasted..Their jobs gone as well..I saw the remotes being worked on..I got to use one myself and it worked flawlessly compared to the one that Microsoft demonstrated live at the show..I saw the effort at the college first hand to get the students signed up..I talked with companies that absolutely wanted to get the tech out to their customers..but the companies were contacted so many times saying the service was no good and the company was a scam..that many just said..no more..

As I posted many times..I personally used the technology and made others aware through it's use.. just how advanced it was..You cannot say the same..

In fact..you still have no idea how good it was..

Simply put..The tech was that good..However..on one hand you have a very small company in competition with the likes of Microsoft and other very large companies..On the other..attacks made daily to discredit anything the company tried to do..

IMO..some were right that the company made a huge misstake to let the smaller telcos go away due to lack of support..Dean made a huge error by thinking that the larger companies would stick to what they said would do and continue to expand the tech out to all the locations they said they would..So he pulled the equipment from the smaller companies and used it with the likes of Telmex and India..The only problem was..once they had the the tech and being overseas..or in Mexico..Dean had no recourse if they kept saying.."yes"..we will move the tech to this place or that on this date and they didn't do it..In other words they had the time and the money to wait this little company out and keep the tech..The only actual recourse would be to pull the equipment and of course the response from both shareholders and non-shareholders would be that it failed..Well..it didn't fail..In fact..Apple did buy the patents..

Now..why would Apple buy Dean's patents if they thought the tech was no good??

The other error Dean made IMO..was to let the likes of Intel and Microsoft use the tech at their shows..Though it sounded like a good idea at the time..Dean was practically giving away his tech to those companies R&D sections..Look what Microsoft has done over the years since letting Dean showcase his tech..I now believe that both Intel and Microsoft use those shows to not only showcase what they have..but to also find out what others have..

Looking back over the many posts where I said the tech is that good..I would say I was right and you were wrong..I can live with every post I made..

What is it people don't understand about the change in direction that was announced by the company many months ago?? The display side is going away as was stated..The company has been and is moving to the cabinet side as the main source of revenue for EXPO..A new showroom for the company was built in that effort..

EXPO will be just fine..All the horrific events as you say that keep being brought up will be null and void..

The company moves forward leaner and stronger..Gee..I wonder how many companies have done the same thing in this economy to survive..

The numbers are still the same since the last increase filed..My call was made last week..Now that would be in 2011 not 2010..You keep asking for proof and the TA can provide the proof that no stock split has happened and no new dilution happened in late May early June..July..or August as was predicted..In fact there has been no new dilution since the February filing..It would seem you haven't called the TA in 2011..Funny that you ask for the float..That would be great to know if one is seeking to take a big position in the company..Good luck...veno

Allegations like that should be delt with in court and so far all I have seen is talk with absolutely no backing to that claim..If anyone had any proof at all to suggest criminal wrong doing..such as a confidence scheme..they would have already filed a lawsuit..As we all know..that hasn't happened..

The traders here are not happy because they can't play the game as they did with this stock and the volume of trading has pretty much dried up..The company hasn't diluted in over a half a year..which was predicted to happen much sooner..As a shareholder that hasn't sold any stock in the company..I am quite happy that the above isn't still happening..

There is no proof to any wrong doing..just talk..The only "maneuvering" I see..as you say..is that the insiders now own the vast majority of shares and are not letting go..If it is good for them to hold..it is good for me as well..

It would seem to me that as a shareholder that has such claims..that a good place to air them out would be the shareholder's meeting in a few weeks..However for some reason I doubt seriously that anyone with claims of wrong doing will be there for a face to face..

I am still waiting for that lawsuit I heard about a long time ago..but what is "plain as the nose" on my face is that it isn't happening..What is happening is that some are predicting 300% to 500% gains on the pps in the near future and I can sure live with that...veno
