Point of sale companies may be a dime a dozen. Point of Sale companies in the MMJ industry with a solid business model hopefully poised for growth are another thing entirely. Most of us are speculating based on the latest PR that this acquisition already has a POS system catering to the marijuana industry. Sales and/or projected sales no one knows until the press that has been promised for this week. GLTY
4/15/2015 Could Be A Day To Remember For All Of Us...
I can't find the article I was referring to earlier, but the basic premise was that the technology that best tracked "Seed To Sale" would be one of the big winners in the medical and recreational marijuana industries. The RFID technology mentioned in the LOI is what gets me excited in relation to the Point of Sale business. That just seems to be a big component in ensuring that a Point of Sale system that does everything you mentioned does in fact include the ability to track "Seed To Sale".
End to end POS system that begins with the:
1. Production of the products
2. Complete tracking
3. Compliance
4. Accountability
5. Payment
6. Delivery management
7. Highly sophisticated traceability solutions using Radio Frequency Identification Tagging (RFID) technology
8. Enable 100% accuracy and accountability throughout the entire POS process
9. Secure mobile application platform of this service to expand the reach through wireless networks to all of the authorized users
So many benefits of a point of sale system.... Scanning is more accurate than punching in numbers from a sticker, or expecting the cashier to remember what each item costs AND point of sale system lets you manage inventory, flag items for reorder, and analyze sales patterns....it opens up a new world of data for business.
CNN Money: Pot startups cash in on wave of legalization
Extract from: http://money.cnn.com/2015/03/09/smallbusiness/marijuana-startups/
The U.S. market for legal marijuana soared 74% to $2.7 billion between 2013 and 2014, making it the fastest growing industry in the country, according to a report from the ArcView Group, a cannabis-focused investment and research firm. It's expected to reach $3.5 billion in 2015.
Notice this from the Apr. 4/15 NSAV LOI PR to acquire P.O.S. LA Firm by 4/15/15:
This emerging market is currently reporting more than $3.5 billion in annual sales, and is projected to grow by 19% year over year through 2020. Projections beyond that point are still being formulated.
NSAV PR: http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=66222099&symbol=NSAV
Go NSAV!
We're all in agreement. The April 15th filing should provide plenty of details in order to get things finally moving in the right direction. 4 more business days! GLTA
5 business days and counting! Go NSAV!!
Not sure what's funny about that. Let's assume for a minute that the latest press covering the LOI is legit and there is a closing that will commence within the next 7 days...
1. New blood. Additional support for the growth and development of NSAV and whatever brand(s) that will be developed under this umbrella.
2. Let's assume that this closing moves the number of business leaders from two to maybe four. Good. We now have a couple of additional people helping to build a legitimate business; building revenue.
3. Do you realize how big the marijuana market is going to be? And yes, I understand that it's only speculation, but look at the signs/signals in the latest press. It's only logical to assume that this is a marijuana based business they are speaking of. At some point, all 50 states will at least have medical marijuana with recreational slowly creeping across the country.
4. RFID. As JPS02 quoted, additional interest from others based on the release over the weekend. I don't know much about RFID, but let's assume that this also requires additional team members other than Dave and Steve. Cool. Now we're up to maybe six or seven folks helping to grow the company.
5. Franchising and licensing agreements were mentioned if I'm not mistaken. Now we're talking 20, 30, 50, 100 participants?
6. Yes, it has been 7+ months, but 7+/- days could be the difference between a stock struggling to get to .0003 and a monster play that will be good for all involved.
I say we back off the constant negativity and give these guys a chance to breath and follow through on what they've clearly said they plan to do.
Or maybe they've finally found their way and are now focused on a business model that could be good for all of us.
Count me in on the long and strong, too! Yada Yada :)
1. This emerging market is currently reporting more than $3.5 billion in annual sales, and is projected to grow by 19% year over year through 2020. Projections beyond that point are still being formulated.
2. An end to end POS system that begins with the production of the products, and provides complete tracking, compliance, accountability, payment and delivery management, and highly sophisticated traceability solutions using Radio Frequency Identification Tagging (RFID) technology that will enable 100% accuracy and accountability.
3. Providing a required, and likely a Federal and State mandated service for the manufacturers, vendors, retail outlets, transportation firms and creators of the various products within this rapidly and nationally growing market sector.
I wonder what product fits all of this criteria?
3.5B industry for 2015? Federal and State mandated? Inventory tracking, etc. Doesn't take an insider to put the pieces together. The 3.5B alone is a dead giveaway.
The ability to connect the dots.
Or maybe what we have is a company who found a new direction in which to take the company that will be beneficial to the shareholders.
10 days until the 10Q Filing. Closing to be completed by that date. Will be looking to pick up additional shares on Monday. GLTA
Not all stocks operate in a bubble limited only by their cash on hand, their ability to write a perfectly tailored press release or where their ability to raise additional capital requires an increase in the A/S or a R/S. That kind of thinking is what causes people to miss out on a big opportunity that is staring them right in the face. If you're looking for a perfect scenario before you invest, there isn't one. GLTY
New MMJ Play at NSAV. Out with news last night.
Yes, I would pay .0004 for starters in a heartbeat for a new MMJ play with 3B shares maxed out with nowhere to go but up, especially on the news that just came out. If you look carefully again at the LOI, what you see are three or four storylines that make up quite a nice narrative for what's coming. Just watched one go from about that same number to .003 in less than a week, so you should see quite a few people who'll be willing to take the ride with us even if it gets as high as .001. GLTA
Right there with you, my friend. If they are in fact closing prior to the 10Q on April 15th, logic would tell you that this week is the last possible chance to load up for the ride. And when you consider that this LOI came out late on a Saturday night, it could be that it's already a done deal, so don't be surprised if it's not 9-10 days, but instead maybe 2 or 3. GLTA
From the press release: This emerging market is currently reporting more than $3.5 billion in annual sales, and is projected to grow by 19% year over year through 2020. Projections beyond that point are still being formulated.
Article mentioning $3.5 billion in an emerging market… http://www.ibtimes.com/marijuana-startups-strike-gold-legal-weed-fastest-growing-us-industry-1840724
THIS IS NOT A PUMP. THIS IS NOT A DILUTION. This is a window of opportunity like no other on the board for the next 9-10 days.
New MMJ Play: With rare Saturday press release - NSAV
New Marijuana play out with news last night. NSAV
NSAV with a rare Saturday press release signaling a move into marijuana industry.
Saturday news out on new MMJ play NSAV currently at .0001 - .0002
I'm a little more skeptical on day one. Of course there's another 34 hours for this news to circulate, so who knows? If some heavy hitters jump on board, it might not take long at all for this one to be off and running. GLTY
Thanks for the sticky on the news. Interesting days ahead.
Saturday news on a new MMJ play. NSAV
Ones are probably going to be a thing of the past, my friend. That won't stop me from trying to pick some up though on Monday. GLTA
Here's another one quoting the $3.5 Billion figure for 2015. If you read through the press release and consider everything being said, it has to be marijuana. Don't you think?
"Providing a required, and likely a Federal and State mandated service for the manufacturers, vendors, retail outlets, transportation firms and creators of the various products within this rapidly and nationally growing market sector"
Look at the $3.5 Billion stat in this article... http://www.ibtimes.com/marijuana-startups-strike-gold-legal-weed-fastest-growing-us-industry-1840724
I've read this thing five times now. Every time I read it, I get more excited. Think "Pick & Shovel" providers. Not all gold miners made money...most did not. But the "Pick & Shovel" retailers all made out like bandits. It looks like, if they are in fact positioning themselves in the marijuana market, they're doing so in a way and with an approach that will be in demand for the long haul. Remember the term "Seed to Sale". It may become relevant to all of us as investors. If you hear that term used with this group as they lay out their business plan, we may have a grand slam home run on our hands!!! JMHO
LOVE THIS RELEASE!!! Was never too jazzed about Bella Vida in the first place. The messaging is cryptic or generalized, but there's no doubt that this company is positioning itself as a player in the marijuana market. Just compare some of the statistics in the release to what's out there online and you'll come to the same conclusion. Was reading the other day a story that stated that those companies who have the ability to support "seed to sale" will be the real winners in the marijuana market over the long haul. The RFID technology piece of the press release is what we should be excited about if they pull it off. This could be absolutely huge!
Good points. Speculation and discussing the "what ifs?" are healthy exercises to help flesh out where we might be headed. Hopefully the next PR will put all speculation to rest and lay out clearly where this ticker is headed...but, hey...while we're still in speculation mode, I still say all signs point toward marahoochie in some form or another. JMHO
Just speculating based on recent comments from press and emails. Maybe not, but fun to speculate/imagine what could be. GLTA
That was me. And yes, that would be THE mother of all unorthodox press releases. On the other hand, it might just be brilliant depending on the news. Can you imagine something really explosive and we all just have to sit here and wait for three days? Could be the powder keg needed to get this thing moving. Could also shake all those 2s loose and change the minds of some of those who've been camped out on the ask. Interesting. You know, with all of that being said, let's hope something does hit today! LOL GLTA
Yet another speculation on marijuana. I doooooooo like that!!
Is it the calm before the storm?
AT LEAST A 20BAGGER IN MY OPINION:
1. There is no Reverse Split on the near term horizon per the CEO.
2. There are 3B possible shares of Common Stock available.
3. Per the 10K, the company is not paying out salaries; they are being deferred.
4. As of February 23, 2015, remaining debt for Asher was $2,250.00 per the Press Release. An S1 filing has been mentioned as a way to clear up any and all additional debt and create operating capital.
5. Both 3 and 4 above are indications that the company is setting up a solid foundation on which to build a reputable company/business.
6. There is very little movement on this stock of any significance and there has not been since the announcement of the payoff(s). When there is movement, it’s notes being cashed in and the shares are ending up in the hands of solid investors.
7. Six above is an indication to me that what’s taking place is consolidation. Whatever is being sold is coming from remaining notes being cashed in or from those who read the negative posts, get freaked out and unload. What’s being purchased at both .0001 and .0002 is being scooped up by a focused group of people who sense that what is outlined here in 1-12 is in fact reliable data.
8. The company has a plan. They are unorthodox in their press releases in that they haven’t come out very often, they’ve come on odd days and at odd times of the day. To me, this is refreshing. The norm is Monday thru Thursday at exactly 8:30am EST, but why? For short term momentum so that you can sell into the market. They seem to care less about “the norm”. We’ve never had even one of those in the past six months or so that I can remember. That tells me that they aren’t interested in the short term volatility we see with a lot of these companies. It does not serve their purposes as it relates to the company they’re building. They’ve put out only relevant news; no fluff. It comes when you least expect it.
9. Based on my experience, which includes trading in stocks like these all the way back to the 90s, this is by far, the best opportunity out there for “INTERMEDIATE TO LONG TERM” gains. If you are looking for something different from that, there are plenty of stocks you can GAMBLE on at the Breakout Board above. I for one like the thought of having a large stake in a company that has absolutely nowhere to go but up. Most of my trades in the past have been penny stocks “literally”. It would take this stock becoming a 100Bagger to even reach a penny.
10. I’ve read the 10K from top to bottom and have zero reservations about this stock. As a matter of fact, sometimes what looks like bad or negative information can be great news instead. For example, buried in the fine print is a line that should give us all assurance of #1 above… “During June 2014, in conjunction with the issuance of the $21,500 June 2014 Convertible Note Payable, NSL granted 86,000,000 warrants to purchase common stock at an exercise price of $0.00025 per share for five years.”…86 million shares is chump change as part of 3B outstanding. Any significant R/S would result in this group receiving these 86 million shares post-split if the stock were to trade at .0025 or above. No business is going to give up 30%, 40% or more of all outstanding shares for a measly $21,500 received close to a year ago, especially when they have worked hard to get the remaining Asher debt down to $2,250.00. Think it through…
11. I’ve heard negative comments about David, the IR representative for the company. I’ve spoken with him a few times and have found him to be honest, straightforward and an upstanding guy. I personally think he’s a good person to have on board and more will realize this to be the case as the company begins to piece together their plan. I don’t gauge an individual based on “spell check”, I do so on honesty and integrity as we all should. In my opinion, that’s what we have with David.
12. I don’t know where the company is going from here. I don’t know what they’ve got up their sleeve, what the Bella Vida status happens to be, what other business ventures they have in the works, etc. What I do know is there is no other stock on the Breakout Board or anywhere else on iHub for that matter that has a clean stock infrastructure, a CEO that is deferring all pay, a positive and upbeat IR Director who is honest and credible, only relevant PR is being submitted, accurate and detailed filings are in place...oh, AND it just happens to be trading at .0001-.0002.
Very similar. I would agree with that. Gotta get past the .0002 fortress, but from there, blue skies with the right news.
How is it that people bid for 100M+ shares, then they got them and are now complaining about getting them? That makes no sense. Consider it a gift.
Well, Marijuana is hot right now. There's been at least two or three stocks on the breakout boards just in the past week that have blown up 6, 8, 10 times over just a couple of days. That would be nice to find out we're sitting on the next big thing. We can only hope, right?
Popular in both US and Canada? That's either WEED or Tattoo Parlors.
