Everybody (at Atomera anyway) got paid
{FORM 4's}
I may have shared this story before but yours about honesty reminds me again- however, this is more of a "Karma is a bitch" sorta story. A friend of mine and myself went to a local fair way back when we were in our teens. It was the time that video arcades were all the rage. And well before there were change machines. Instead, workers would wander the tent or building where the arcade resided and be available for players that ran out of quarters. Anyway, we struck up a chat with a carny (that turned out to be the owner of said arcade) sitting at a small picnic table apparently taking a break. We told him that we were about to play some games and would need change while laying a $10 bill on the table. As we chatted with him, it became obvious he had been drinking as he offered us both a shot of his whiskey. Being 18-19 at the time, we readily agreed. Anyway, the guy began to regale us with a story of an earlier encounter of his involving a financial transaction between him and several younger guys. He began laughing as he sat there bragging and gloating to us how he screwed those kids out of several dollars breaking a $20 bill for them. As he's telling us that story, he's making change for our $10 bill. Both my buddy and I can see that he's not paying attention because he's counting out the change for us based on a TWENTY and not the ten-spot we gave him.
Even though neither of spoke a word, we both knew that the fact he screwed little kids out of their money pissed us both off. We walked away somewhat satisfied knowing that he still wouldn't profit off his screw job...
I'm willing to bet that the dark pools et al. had Xi's AND Putin's "bots" ready to run a long time ago
Traders will not carry long positions through the weekend what with Russia playing schoolyard bully AND markets NOT open on Monday. Buyer's market IF you know what you want imo.

Nice find!
Excellent catch Steve! I never caught on as to who the entity was they keep referring to that they have been working with for years.
$ATOM Earnings Call- #msg-167900525
Maybe someone else (?Steve ) can add or correct from what they heard?
Interesting Call- Too much and too fast for me to be able to process and digest. I will wait for the written transcript to fully evaluate. That said, from what I heard, it does appear they have a lot of pokers in the fire but are still gagged-- although it sounded like (to me) that because there is so much going on with many more customers especially at different phases, it's getting harder to keep them separated and word will eventually spill out. I like that they are very busy. I still would prefer more info on WHO they are working with.
One note that will undoubtedly get traction especially with the short crowd is the filing of a shelf registration. As was specifically talked about in the Q&A, this is an ATM shelf- a "renewal" of the previous that was filed in 2019. They are only effective for 3 years.
I have NOT personally read and evaluated that statement yet. I'm only repeating what was said on the Call.

For good or bad I'm all out of RESN @ $4.34
Held it for a long time, went under for a spell, rebounded for a 41% profit (for me anywayz)........ I'm happy.
Tx!
I always liked the stock after Steve highlighted it but I was losing interest as the months dragged on as they diluted while we waited. Just glad I didn't upset my chitpile
I put up some of my shares @ $4.50 for the open (had obligations this a.m.) thinking they might tap it- just in case while I was gone. I see they didn't 😒
Thanks Jen!
Like our friend is fond of saying (a simile of sorts)- "Even a blind squirrel occasionally finds his nuts..."
$RESN 9-10% short position. Mayhaps be a short squeeze in the short term future?
$RESN glad I didn't bail: Murata to acquire Resonant for $4.50 per share in cash
I actually own more shares of this than ATOM (avg'd @ $3) even after I posted this last August: #msg-165709290
Nice surprise
Industrial Alliance Investment Management bought 334K shares last Q as well. That's an estimated $6.5 million investment based on $20/share price and the pps was actually higher than that through out the last Q.;-

$ATOM Big institutional buy- Renaissance Technologies took out a 100K share position last Q
Considering that the stock was trading north of $20 last Q, that's a $2 million investment...

Let's see what the EC on Tuesday the 15th reveal- maybe we get some further insight?
Baird Financial increased their holdings by 17k shares last Q
Raymond James Financial Services Advisors initiates a new institutional holding of 10K shares last Q
She amazes me and I've told you before that the reason she does is because she is a girl after my own heart musically. I love music done in the minor keys- and that is NOT something young kids typically gravitate to. Her song Spring appears to me to be done in the key of A minor (C Major) which is middle of the range for kids. However, kids tend to focus from "C" rather than emphasizing the "A" which makes it minor which Elena does. Her vocal rendition also sounds to be in a minor key although I don't possess the ear to be able to pinpoint. Regardless, I enjoy watching her progress
Another institutional increase- BofA increased holdings by 10K shares last Q
"Blackrock owns 5%+ of almost everything. Not a big fan of them, as I believe they are the front for the globalist empire"
Yeah, not so far off the mark...
Whether a front for, or forced participator of due to relentless pressure form outside groups, it makes little difference. Once you get to be their size, you become a target.
Sixties put out a lot of good choice music material. That's a good one.
Blackrock files a SC 13G/A owning 5.8% of the company.
EDIT: I see Steve is on it too...
Blackrock files a SC 13G/A owning 5.8% of the company. Not sure if that % has changed since last year however...
So the Deucer on ST is all about calling people sheep (and worse) for "misleading information" about ATOM- yet posts this page copy of a click-bait outfit that supposedly ranks companies based on random criteria as if this confirms his narrative that Insiders are selling off ATOM stock.
If you notice the metric he is highlighting- (3 more Insider Sells than Buys the past 90 days), he doesn't mention that the 3 FORM 4s filed in December (Insiders sold shares) were footnoted**
**(1) Represents the number of shares sold by the Reporting Person to cover tax withholding obligations in connection with the vesting of restricted stock grants that were previously reported. This sale is to satisfy mandatory non-discretionary tax withholding obligations by a "sell to cover" transaction.
But hey, Insider Sells, shmells, it's all the same...
