Good point..... you may as well go across the pond and sign off on your car, test drive throughout Europe, bring it back to the factory for shipment to Phoenix. Meet you in Sedona at some respectable roadside bar for refreshments and you can give me a tour via some of those great winding roads.
Let's do it Nukem........ We'll have to meet at the Bonneville Salt Flats but should be fun.....
I didn't think the Eagles were for real until they dismantled the Niners but I'd have to go with the Eagles. NFC has the muscle.
Checked my Fidelity Brokeragelink account and the proxies were there. Haven't been notified yet but that's besides the point. Both accounts have now voted in honor of the color of my Harley....... Now I'd like to be able to afford that new AWD mid engine hybrid Vette...... in the same shade of BLUE.
You do realize that you are preaching to the converted.
Jroon, of course they would but since we have a small ownership amount from institutional investors and the majority from retail, I don't see it happening that way.
I doubt the majority of the stock out would vote to accept going private at $5. Not happening.
BRB, I would think that any of these Brokerage institutions representing clients cannot be happy with the returns from this stock so one would think they would be on board with Sarissa's proposed changes.
Does this mean Morgan Stanley has 22 Million shares?

Thanks Dar..... good to know.
As mentioned, I have 2 accounts with Fidelity. Individual account already provided both Proxy's but Brokeragelink (401K) account has nothing. I called moments ago and was told Brokeragelink is usually a week behind so if I don't have anything by Monday to call back and they'll get me the desired control number. I'm not worried but just letting the board know my experience.
Hey Rose..... don't forget
If yogurt goes bad, how can you tell?
What would you add to powdered water?
Study, you are certainly entitled to your opinions and interpretations...... and can vote your shares and your conscience. I do agree that people will think you are an employee of AMRN. It does not matter to me. The share price prior to Sarissa taking a stand speaks for itself. The definition of insanity as you know is doing the same thing again and again and expecting a different result. Not for me. Too many mis-steps and I'm voting for a change in board leadership.
So Sleven, when his ask was 2 seats and AMRN said pound sand..... you think that was too much? AMRN needs to hire you as you are a very forgiving person.
Study...... you yourself are sowing misinformation...... you said
"Misinformation and half truths unfortunately from both sides filled with facts which support their side."
I've been in this stock since before R-IT so I have seen plenty of misinformation and half truths from AMRN management. Where's your example of this from Sarissa and Denner?
I did grab a bunch more mimurry back in the 1.83 area and told myself that I'm selling that bunch before the 28th......not my core but just a hunch that I could lock in some profits..... let's see if I've gotten any smarter and actually follow through on my plan.
Love the price action....... now I'm only getting crushed instead of destroyed on this investment. But it's progress.
mauiguy..... that's just mean sending that beautiful pic.... but thanks!
Hi Dar.....similar situation here.... I have Brokeragelink and Individual accounts through Fidelity. I was able to vote the Individual account but nothing for the Brokeragelink account yet
Let's hope so Mr. Stark!
Hi DAR...... so I have Fidelity as well..... 2 accounts.... individual and 401K..... I didn't call them but did some digging on the web site.... I drilled down into their documents tab and proxy materials........ and there were 2 proxy documents to select from for voting..... a (contest meeting management - WHITE one) and a (contest meeting opposition - BLUE one). So that is how Blue versus White are differentiated, not by color. This was for my Individual account.... nothing yet for the 401K. Needless to day, I voted BLUE.
Thanks for that update BRB.....
There's also this from today's press release....
The bottom line is this: We understand your frustration and the stock price is not where we want it to be either.
So I would ask, when did this epiphany happen? At what point in your series of major blunders did you realize the shareholder (aka, owner of the company) was frustrated? It took a shareholder revolt to get your attention. Had you paid attention to the emails to you were sent and the attempts at shareholders trying to right the wrongs of the DU decision that you didn't feel was worthy of your participation, you wouldn't be in this position. Hear us now.
Yes, the Smokey Robinson, Stevie Wonder, Chris Stapleton bit was excellent...... I saw Smokey in Lake Tahoe many years ago.... legends for sure. I also liked the Luke Combs bit as well......and the tribute to artists who have passed away was good. A few other decent moments but separated by a bunch of crap.
Everyone take a deep breath and we'll all be fine with our votes..... there's still plenty of time. Now off topic...
Did anyone watch the LBGTQ+++++++ hip hop awards last night? Horrible! I never watch these stupid awards shows any more because they are awful. My wife was controlling the TV so out of morbid curiosity, I watched it. What a bunch of self absorbed nitwits. I couldn't get through the whole thing but by the time I shut it off, I was qualified to sit on the AMRN board
Interesting dukes....... Fidelity is usually on their game. That's who I use but I was giving them until Monday to message me. The last proxy vote, I had a message and I voted online..... I'll have it done next week regardless.
That's the vehicle AMRN is renting with shareholder money to transport all the Sarissa votes back to Dublin. They assured me theses votes would arrive by 2/28 and be counted. They were elusive though when I asked if they meant 2/28/2023.....
Hey AMRN, these are the kinds of articles that you can chase to increase awareness of a drug that has shown the ability to reduce plaque and inflammation. Do your jobs while you still have them.

Hey Nukem...... just before Covid, I was making some offers for places in Tucson...... I can't do California..... waaaaay too liberal and not worth the tax burden for me. But hey, that's me!
I still believe in my AMRN investment so I'm hopeful to have some options.
Michael....... that's just brutal..... and another reason we need to get this stock price waaaay up so that I can buy a house in a warm weather location to ride out these winters.
Just got my courtesy call from AMRN telling me Sarissa Capital is attempting to ........ then it stopped recording..... it's so cold here in the Northeast that I'm turning BLUEr.
I was torn between what not to listen to....... the AMRN rep or our Imbecile in Chief and his sidekick, VP Nervous Giggle talk about the economy. So muted both.
Well Sleven, if you are not convinced by whatever research you've done and by the communication from Sarissa so far that Denner does not believe V is valuable asset and intends to give it away for magic beans, then vote the white card. If you believe that management makes missteps at every opportunity and continues to do so, rarely communicates with us shareholders regarding positive developments, and has already converted your hard earned investment dollars into magic beans, vote the blue card. It's pretty cut and dry for me. They continue to gamble with this jewel of a drug and our company. They put our U.S. fate in the hands of a rookie patent judge in Nevada. They did not support Marjacs heroic shareholder effort to right DU's wrong...... I can't get past that one..... I tell myself that I'm missing something... maybe they were in contact with Marjac and had him sign a non-disclosure agreement and supported him financially or some other way...... if that was the case, I can cut them some slack but I trust Marjac more than I trust AMRN management.... I contributed money to Marjac's righteous cause......as far as we know AMRN just sat this one out....if I'm wrong Marjac, please blink twice. Now the Germany debacle..... got our hopes sky high because Germany is a huge market....I get they have big financial issues there but to hire the whole infrastructure needed to go it alone in Germany only to have reimbursement pricing rejected. That's like buying an engagement ring and planning an elaborate proposal only to have your girfriend reject your marriage proposal while you're on a knee. How do you not see this coming? Sleven, you seem like a highly conservative and carefully thoughtful investor but you are also smart enough to know what the definition of insanity is........ we all have to play this the way it makes the most sense for us and our situations and beliefs....... appreciate your contributions to the board regardless of how you vote.....
Hi Nukem....... Rogers is ridiculously good...... I'd hate to face him twice a year but I'd love for you to have him on the Cards......good luck.
Maybe you can remind D.F. Kinbg that we can only go by what the filed Proxy's state and the vote is scheduled for Feb 28th according to this. Until it changes, it is what they said it is.
I think this goes 1 of 3 ways......
1. Denner settles, it's because he gets what he wanted all along. The stock price stays the same or goes up.
2. The vote happens and Denner wins. The stock price goes up because there's a snowballs chance in hell we continue on this same path.
3 The vote happens and Denner loses. The stock price goes down AND Denner either regroups or dumps his shares to burn down the place and the stock price really tanks.
Nice Mandalorian reference......
Bob, I would guess that it's better to go after the small potatoes in that group to see if your lawsuit has merit and that you can set a precedent. The big boys would have strung this out with a mountain of those life and blood sucking lawyers ( with the exception of Marjac and North of course ). Now that they have a settlement ( and who knows what the hell that is ) they can then decide if it was worth the trouble and if they can get something similar from the big boys and girls.
Well played Raf......
So true.......and if you google sad AMRN shareholder, my picture would probably pop right up.
Regardless of how high they drive the price up prior to the vote ( and I hope they do drive it up), I'm still feeling BLUE
Good one....... and for our Spanish speaking audience.... AZUL
That will teach these stiffs to not share vaccine test data and not buy us when they had the chance Even if they offered us $15 / share, our current management would negotiate that down to $8. VOTE BLUE
