Gold recap, Macod.

Plus, we strengthen the CFE! That's #2 on the list of 6 key objectives!
I have to think that this trip to MX at the end of the month, is not so much a rolling of the dice. The dice have been rolled already by this point, and Bluebell & Rubenstein have clearly had the opportunity to see. For Ward to say that though in this interview? Would very presumptuous! I believe his meeting with the regulators at the end of the month is indeed to receive those "final sign-offs". Hopefully not only for permits, but for consignments as well. Consignments DO RESOLVE the "complex issues" Argus Media brings up.. those assets are handed over.
I do wish Argus Media reflected in this article the same level of enthusiasm of Mirage, Rubenstein, and Bluebell. But the beautiful facts that give our trio their enthusiasm, I have to believe, are concealed until after the Mexico trip in two weeks!
$4B line of credit with the first chunk of funding to arrive in 60 days!
I know it.. we were hoping for more like 21-28 days.
However, meeting with regulators at the end of this month? Should he receive the consignments, that would be one beautiful 8k.
The next run may be those key things!
Thanks, Norweger. You're an asset.
I'm no stock expert, but it certainly seems like once we eat through the last bit of notes and this off-take PR is released, we should at least steadily climb back into the 20's. Do you agree?
Then of course, 8k's & consignments are paramount. Early August on those?
Seems like the timeline lines up decently with AMLO's agenda to present the Executive Plan in September. Hopefully we soar well before then.
So, for this soon to be released off take PR that comes mid-July, do we get it as soon as notes are gone?
Loaded question?
It would surprise me.
Ward very well may be fed up with the calls.. even though I've asked him on a couple of occasions if shareholders blow him up, and he denies it. He says if people ever get out of hand, they'll know it because he won't communicate with them anymore. I think he has a very generous and high tolerance and appreciation for shareholders. It is evident in the way he makes a point to answer calls or call back when he misses them.
I also got an email from him once the 10Q was released letting me know. Why would he take the time to do that if he felt like he was delivering a punch? Getting compliant is our benefit. And I have to believe the timing he chose to do it, was intentional. I really hope that mid-july for the off take PR lands us in the next two days. That would indeed be great timing.
Regarding the consignment - can someone repost the link?
So many articles today I can't find it.
Wow... those are very big names. That's Carlos Slim's company on the tankerage rehabilitation. What in the world!!!
The guy on the far left is Rafael Marin. He's over the entire Isthmus development program.
I like the part about... "teach your children to use passwords" LOL
Here is the excerpt about Mirage:
Mirage, the energy company that proposed win-win business to Mexico
Mirage, the energy company that proposed business win-win to Mexico Jul 13 (Common Sense) - 26 years ago, when Michael Ward, CEO of infrastructure company Mirage Energy, set a goal to establish an underground natural gas storage terminal in Mexico, few believed it would be an achievable project.
I'm ready for the surprise!
The projects are higher profile than you're showing yourself to realize.
That would be a prime deal :)
"Brouillette said that oil and gas pipelines and export terminals are critical, not only for the economy but also for the national security."
That is significant. Mirage projects are a matter of national security:
1. Supports American oil and gas industry
2. Equips Mexico to take China's place
3. Develops Mexico, discouraging illegal immigration
It only took me all day to convince myself to just keep my head down until the end of this month... now here I am yet again, in earnest expectation of this coming week!!!
The roller coaster continues.. I’m looking for the new highs! Keeping one eye shut
Wow, I had heard of truck money.. but house money? That‘s a whole ‘nother level of BULLISH!!!!
Thanks, Norweger!
Help me, are these sell orders?
I 110% disagree. Our projects are the Darling of the USMCA.
Do you know that for fact?
It seems like he was invited because he knew about the dinner before there was anything about it in the news.
I agree, Saluki.
We have received from clarification from Penny & Macod thru their talks with Rubenstein & Ward today, but these details should 100% be in the PR.
So far from when? 3 weeks ago our stock increased 300%?
If it weren’t for rumors and speculation, none of us would be here. Misinformation? Timing is the only misinformation, and that is the price of doing business in Mexico. At least us being on our toes has kept us in the game!
I wish every complaint was matched with a sell order. Make folks put their money where their mouth is. As some have advised Ward, so should they heed their own advice, “Put up or shut up.”
This is the greatest stock find of all time. I think we all deep down know that. Let’s talk like we do and encourage our CEO. And let us also remember many of us are up several hundred percent, and soon to be thousands once these massive details are revealed!!!
Sempra's Annoucement at Dinner last night:
ALERT.- EXCLUSIVE.- Sempra Energy
@SempraEnergy will invest Dlls $ 2.4 billion at a gas liquefaction plant in Ensenada, BC. The gas will come from Texas and will liquefy to be LNG. A part will go to Baja California; another will be exported to Asia. The announcement at dinner.

Heck ya - 30% was the original though, so $1.8B down to $1B.
I’m more than good with this negotiation as well.
Also, I’m among those fully confident the new pipelines will be back on the table in no time. I say this because oil demand has rebounded faster than anyone expected. Most of the progress has already happened and EIA forecasts the recovery to continue this rapid recovery through the end of 2020. 2021 shows a much more normal and gradual increase in global consumption and supply. You can see the chart here:
https://www.eia.gov/outlooks/steo/report/global_oil.php
Dan Brouillette Quote from 7/6 with regards to signing the export permit for PEMBINA:
“Today’s issuance to Jordan Cove serves to further expand opportunities for U.S. LNG abroad, particularly in the growing markets of Asia, and encapsulates what the Trump Administration has been working hard on for the past three years – providing reliable, affordable, and cleaner-burning natural gas to our allies around the world.”
It is as clear as day, The Plan to export more Texas natural gas to Mexico is next!!!!
For two consecutive days now, Dan Brouillette has tweeted about the Texas Oil & Gas Industry and the Department of Energy's intent to INVEST in it:
Texas has long fueled our nation with its abundant oil and gas supplies, and with the support of DOE investment, it will continue to do so.

Dan Brouillette tweet from yesterday:
“Thank you Valero Energy for hosting me at your headquarters today. Your work plays an integral role in America’s energy future.”
Doesn’t Valero have a partnership with IEnova for fuel storage in states of Veracruz, Puebla, and in Mexico City?

AMLO said September!!! Hahah
We’ve known this for about two months now. AMLO said in early May that he planned to present the Executive Plan on the Transoceanic Corridor in SEPTEMBER.
Yes, it is reasonable to expect developments presented in the meantime. Just as we’ve seen plenty with regards to the Mayan Train. Perhaps with USMCA now being enacted, it is also now appropriate to discuss northern hemisphere oil trade thru the Isthmus project.
Willwallace,
There are a number of things significant here. For one, Michael Ward did not attend this event. For some, that is concerning. For others, they feel as though now is the wrong time to be out in public and risk getting sick. Ward is 65. I know for one, Ward is more paranoid about the virus than anyone I know! Attending this dinner would accomplish nothing but additional and unnecessary risk.
Further, The fact that Jeff Martin from Sempra Energy attended is significant. IEnova Is there a subsidiary in Mexico. They have had great success running projects in an otherwise state owned and controlled oil industry. Also, If you dig through previous yet recent posts on this board, you will find that they have proposed pipelines to relieve congested compressor stations right near our proposed pipelines. I don’t have time to pull it all up right now, but the info graphic revealed by ICIS shows that they might tie into the same CENEGAS lines that Mirage is taking over thru consignments. AND it was just revealed IEnova has a MOU with CENEGAS.. So, It is absolutely speculation, but very well possible if not probable we are linked to Sempra in this regard.
Cheers!!!
Thanks for the article Penny.
Neither did the US Secretary of Energy or the MX Secretary of Energy attend.
Nor anyone from the Department of Energy (that I could find).
Just sayin!!!
Haha same!!!
I’ve got to say, AMLO’s speech really was “beautiful”.
And wow, how highly he speaks of Trump!
The overall scope of both of their speeches were more so about how this agreement is far superior to NAFTA. How it will greatly help both of our economies, and AMLO emphasized the sovereignty of the northern hemisphere. AMLO’s kind words of thanks to Trump were sure to make the liberal media puke. I wonder how they’ll spin this one.
Anyways, all is good. Can’t wait for some Mirage PR’s. Now is a great time!
Link for livestream:
Not yet sure when this starts.
Yay! I’ll watch!! Haha
Two more energy sector companies attending:
Gretchen Watkins (Shell Oil Company)
Dan Dignes (Cabot Oil and Gas Company)
