I have to think that this trip to MX at the end of the month, is not so much a rolling of the dice. The dice have been rolled already by this point, and Bluebell & Rubenstein have clearly had the opportunity to see. For Ward to say that though in this interview? Would very presumptuous! I believe his meeting with the regulators at the end of the month is indeed to receive those "final sign-offs". Hopefully not only for permits, but for consignments as well.
