@SempraEnergy will invest Dlls $ 2.4 billion at a gas liquefaction plant in Ensenada, BC. The gas will come from Texas and will liquefy to be LNG. A part will go to Baja California; another will be exported to Asia. The announcement at dinner.

They finally received their export permit for this project.. It was a long time coming for them. I hope we are in the same boat.
