Just an observation, some of the posts I have seen in the past few days seem to indicate that the they might think "tentative" closing date means "definitive" closing date. Hope the news comes this week, but I won't be upset if it comes next week. It will just be an opportunity to buy more shares.
Vystar Corporation
@VystarCompany
We have scheduled a tentative closing date for the owners of Rotmans next week. Will are still finishing up a few transfer documents from the bank inventory lines and signoff from the landlord. We will post another update mid to late next week if needed.

I just bought 10,000 more so that might help.
12Retyr,
Great post. I will be buying more SHMP stock at this great price. IMO this stock will pay back richly with its proprietary technologies.

NaturalShrimp: Game-Changing Lucrative Patent On Raising Shrimp
May 2, 2019 12:00 PM ET|1 comment | About: NaturalShrimp Incorporated (SHMP)
Robert Schaefer
Summary
Raising shrimp is a multi-billion dollar business, but bacterial and viral diseases and the build-up of ammonia and nitrate have stymied all sustained attempts at raising shrimp.
These problems have plagued shrimp growing companies to the point of bankruptcy. Any company that solves these problems will benefit from selling into a growing market of eager buyers.
The NaturalShrimp patent of using eletrocoagulation cleaning of the saltwater in their 65,000-gallon, electronically monitored/controlled shrimp raising tanks, showed all pathogens and contaminants completely eliminated.
Now is the time to buy NaturalShrimp as it gets ready to raise shrimp with its industry-changing patented process which will literally bring in increasing millions of dollars yearly.
People are looking for healthier food choices, and they are turning to fish, and crustaceans, such as shrimp, as a healthy protein source. Aqua-farming, raising fish, or crustaceans, in man-made ponds, or giant commercial sized saltwater tanks, can meet this demand. This would be especially lucrative for companies raising shrimp because shrimp can be raised to commercial jumbo size in less than 6 months, and the price of shrimp keeps climbing. But the die-off rate of both fish and crustaceans, due to disease and the build-up of contaminants in the saltwater in which they are being raised, has thwarted companies trying to raise fish or shrimp commercially..."
Thank you Elcappy1 for that clarification. Much appreciated.
I bought this stock without doing due diligence. It had showed up on Market Club as a Penny Stock that was rapidly rising. This was when it recently went up to .02 cents, only to fall back down quite rapidly.
Who is this mysterious Daniel? I would love to hear a counter argument to my concerns listed below.
I sent an email on March 14th 2019 to the contact email listed on the BRKK website asking:
1. When will you be posting SEC documents and updates?
2. When will the BRK Inc website be updated?
I have not received an e-mail back, wondering if the email box is unmonitored?
I reposted the news today about Gary Shields being hired as Chief Technology Officer (CTO). However, according to Bloomberg, Mr. Gary Shields has been the Chief Technology Officer at BRK, Inc. since July 14, 2017. Why was this presented as new news today?
Lonk to Bloomberg information regarding Gary Shields:

Holding long. This is a great opportunity. "Hurry up and wait", a military adage applies here. It always takes longer than you expect it.
Bought more shares of VYST today.
Everyone has their own investing style and no-one should be criticized for holding stock as opposed to selling on the way up. Although long plays are not typical for penny stocks there are cases when an investor might think this is appropriate. To each their own.
Not worried, I will smile and buy more at this price.

Hello Bigarow,
I looked at the Wallet Investor report. These forecasts are done by AI.
I would like to know what data is used in the algorhythm.
If they are basing it only on past performance of the stock price, then VYST and most penny stocks are not good invsetments, based on that alone.
However, many VYST investors, includng myself, are basing investing in VYST due to future events and the ability of the company to finance the growth of the patents owned by VYST.
1. There will be a consolidation/merger of a publically traded stock company and a private company Rottmans that has abundant funds to advance the patents owned by VYST.
2. Patents on:
a. Air purifiers to be used hospitals that purify the air using light technology,
b. Virtually nonallergenic latex that can be used in numerous products (more than I can count)
c. Fluid Energy Conversion which has applications in dialysis, water purification, and water desalination.
Best Regards,
Ktf7
Good to see the rise in SHMP price share today.
Confident that there will be news coming soon.
But, contracts need to be written and checked by the lawyers.
Patience.
Will naked short selling be less likely to be used once a stock goes up in price and meets the Nasdaq requirements? I think that might be the case?
Found an article about naked short selling on Investopedia:

All the drop in price means to me is that I will buy more SHMP stock.
In my opinion Shrimp Management is being wise by not "showing their cards" yet....
Hi Shermann7,
Yes, traders are certainly allowed to have their own opinions.
IMO, this is a buy and hold stock and our patience will be rewarded.
For those who say "Shrimp is done." I say, No, it has only just begun.

Hi andyk803,
I own both VYST and SHMP and am very excited to own both. We are going to really enjoy the upcoming weeks and months ahead!!
Hi Sherman7,
Where did you get the Shrimp t-shirt? I want one.
Bought more shares today to lower my average price per share.
Waiting patiently for more news about VYST. News will come, not sure if it will be this week or next week, may even be the week after that.
So happy, bought more SHMP shares today!
I am not worried about the SHMP price share drop. I am going to buy more stock.
Very solid company but do your own due diligence to see if you agree:
Read the history of the company.
Look at the owners and their history.
Look at the patent.
Look at the benefits of antiobiotic free seafood.
Look at the benefits of a company that can double the typical harvest amount of shrimp.
With that being said everyone must do what their own gut tells them.
Hello Swamp Boy,
I understand that it is difficult to wait, But, I have a great deal of faith in this company. They are not showing their cards yet because they want to make the best deal possible.
Love your post:
"Talk to me a year from now when I am lighting my grill with $100 bills....LOL."
Hi Curt D,
Just a great opportunity to buy more SHMP is what I say.
Opportunity knocks is all I have to say about the share price today.
Going long, very happy I own this stock. Want to buy more.
Hello Curt D,
Love it! I can hardly wait to try some Natural Shrimp myself. I am not worried about the dip at all. I have done my research on SHMP.
This Natural Shrimp stock is solid. When I see it go down, it does not worry me, it makes me wish I had cash of hand to buy more. When I bought the stock it was based on loads of personal research. I have no idea how fast or when the stock will go up but in my opinion it will.
Now there are obviously conflicting opinions being posted here.
All I can say is, research the company and predict what the ability to double the harvest of a popular seafood can do. It will be fresh, not frozen and and was grown without the use of antibiotics.

Hi Crowin regarding WSJ
I am new to Investors Hub so I am trying to confirm information I see.
I had even reposted it myself so I thought I should check and be more careful about what I post in the future.
However, I am leaning towards believing there will be an article in the Wall Street Journal based on prior posts.

Husband met with bill yesterday at the country club in fair oaks ca. WOW is all I can say. Great guy, very excited about all interest and the future for natural shrimp. He mentioned that the Wall Street journal is running an article next month. He gave us a bag of shrimp to try and it was very delicious! Here is a link of the pictures my husband posted on Facebook
https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=10161307748145244&id=529310243&sfnsn=mo
He also tagged peter so if your friends with peter you can also check it out. Let’s just say everyone in my extended family and friends all are buying today. News to come very soon and the future is bright! If we hear anything else I’ll post. So excited! You will never see this stock at this cheap price again. Get in now and stay long!"
Hi Cherry,
I could have gotten another person at WSJ who keeps things close to the vest. I will be watching WSJ like a hawk.
Wall Street Journal - unconfirmed - will keep watching too.
I thought from several posts I saw here that it was confirmed. It might be true, will keep watching.
Today I called their customer service for their subscription service for the online version. The customer service representive said she could not confirm a story before it was published.
So all we can do is keep checking.
Thank you for the invite to Kaboom City Stock picks.
I like AVGR: Avinger Inc., Medical technology for peripheral vascular disease that can use a camera in smaller veins.
Avinger earnings announcement date moved forward to earlier date.
Is this likely to mean it is more postive for earnings? Statiscally yes, but we will not know for sure until Wednesday, March 6th. It does seem to bode well.
Avinger to Announce Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2018 Financial Results on March 6, 2019, not the March 18, 2019 as Nasdaq.com currently reports. Last year, the fourth quarter announcement was made on March 19, 2018 so this was a move forward.

October 8, 2014 article
"The expansive study of 4,000 companies and their earnings announcements was made over eight years by MIT Sloan School of Management professor Eric So. He concludes that investors can profit from the earnings season by identifying which companies have shifted their scheduled dates. The data shows that when firms move their announcements forward, they'll usually report better-than-expected earnings. Likewise, the firms that push back their earnings dates tend to report earnings below forecasts."
I love shrimp too, another reason this stock appealed to me, breaded and fried, coconut shrimp, shrimp on salads, shrimp gumbo,....
And so healthy without antibiotics!
Go shrimp!
I am looking forward to the Wall Street Journal article next week covering Natural Shrimp.
Hoping that the company will do super super well at the Aquatic Conference next week March 7-11.
I did a ton of research before and contnued research after purchase. Do your own research and see what you think.
I am extremely glad I stumbled across this stock.

I agree with Mud4X4's quote:"Im not in this stock for a harvest of shrimp , the shrimp are the guinea pigs for the technology."
The shrimps' viability confirm that the patented technology can be applied to other aquatic species. I love to eat shrimp but I also love eating salmon and many other aquatic species.
So much value in this patented technology!!! I do not know yet what that value will be but we will a find out. GLTA.
