up over a buck at noon! haha go baby go!
BBI, 3rd day of run
and we're off!
i call a buck tommorrow
Rick, i'm not truely even interested in exiting this year or next. Facts are there is a global recession / depression of GIGANTIC proportions, the worst since 1930. This too affects Iraq in some tangible ways that all the micro and macro economics can't provide data for.
i paid 550 :) so i'm good.
just have patience, i think the selling is over. A few will jump out at 90. But even those buyers will wait till 1.xx to exit.
Buyers have it now. We just need to have patience.
bbi making a little run for me :)
buck 30 or so i bet. What you think the top can be?
keep on a climbin BBI
oh yea it was a plot. 2 nutbags with 8 screaming brats.... add a train wreck and you have a hit.
Next season...
Kate 8 vs Octo 8... queue the drums, it's time to rock! I can see them running around now with 16 snot nosed future psycologist patients performing acrobatic routines and doing tug of wars. Ahh, american media at it's best.
That article is about service centers. The steel companies them selves are in dire straights. Service centers are still full.
You keep hoping for a quick fix and maybe the tooth fairy will drop some orders on some books. God knows, i'd like to see it.
i can't believe this is running into the 6s. ah well. I work in steel, it's likely best i not play in it.
LOL. I'd have to agree.
aye aye captain
Goths on water..... i'm thinking we can film it and call it "Goths gone wild" hahaha.
If we can get the girls gone wild guy to sue us... we'll be rich.
hahaha, now don't go lieing, standing in the dark doesn't constitute a tan. ok little ladie, outside with you first. LOL
I don't know alot about the asian market, but i've not considered any possibilites there.
Whether i personally like Kiosk or not has no bearing. If it makes them money, that's all that counts. I'm one person out of 6 billion on this planet. My refusal to use a kiosk means nothing lol.
For overseas, KIOSK may be a ultra money maker. The way they live and we live are different.
Go BBI go is all i want ;)
lol, ok, good morning HOP
GM is juggernaught, just stay away from it and you won't get crushed lol.
Tina already told me that Goths are just a lot of pasty white people wearing black eyeshadow. I'm a bit of a redneck, i'd just turn on the lights and tote you all outside and let you tan a bit, get ya some sun and fresh air.
Nothing to be afraid of, a little bee sting and snake bite never hurt nobody... much.
Maybe teach you to shoot guns, beat up the high school jerk that made you want to wear all that black stuff anyway. Black just isn't a fashionable color unless it's a slim black dress or something like that. Ahhh, i see the goth community donning ball caps and cowboy hats in jeans and overalls.
Awww hell, i'll have ya spittin skoal in no time at all.
Good times, oh yeaaa good times. A 12 pack of beer in there... oh boy the fun sure rolls then.
LOL, her special day and nobody tells the poor woman "lovely wedding dress", we're all swillin beer and yellin "NICE BIKE!"
ROFLMAO.
Ok, so when we make a million bucks, we need to chip in and buy them a nice trip somewhere to atone for our sins.
now that idea i truely find hilarious. The whole reason to go to the movie theater is to see a movie on a BIG SCREEN. I think that would be a horrible idea for kiosk there.
But, if they do it, they will probably triple revenue and leave me thinking "why, WHY, did that work?"
I haven't thought of that perspective, which i will say sounds good. However, that leads to the road of Starbucks becoming a trinket shop which i'd think would alienate a large part of their customer base which is under pressure already from job losses and the economy in general.
It may be a brilliant move, but in the face of on demand video and the brick and mortar i just don't see kiosk survival. I think the kiosk have a better sales pitch than anything.
Who knows though, i've been wrong many times before.
the buy and sell volume are near even. Good sign imo. Maybe bottom is 65 or so. Come on baby, get back to a buck.
That makes even less sense than the circuit city deal... but who knows. I'm here for the short term, i feel that BBI is going to survive, i also believe they will eventually bury netflix. I'm all about a new way of doing business, but when i want to watch a movie i want to go get it and watch it. I don't want to be tied to a stream for 2 hours cause i'd be ticked to have to leave it after 30 minutes and not get to watch it for some reason.
KIOSK is dead, lititgation by MGM and others is about to put them under. :)~
Not to mention everyone is putting streaming online. Blu-ray is being pushed by BBI and growing despite the odds. Streaming capital is something to be considered as well, new things out and revenue considerations. Brick and Mortar, it's where the young go to oogle at their high school sweet hearts rear end (Kiosk doesn't have that going for it).
The sell volume seems double the buy volume. IMO, i think the 80 day traders have set stops and a few others hoping for a fast scalp are exiting.
Low overall volume, so i don't see a massive rush to get out killing the price. We drift for a bit.
I personally think brick and mortar will survive long term. People are social, we can't do everything online. I like to feel and read the packaging and products i buy. You can't do that online. Besides, these types of places are good for high school boys who want to go with dad to the store just so they can oogle at the girls.
ghost town? What part of the woods you in? Smaller town or larger etc., please.
At 200 mph, i bet those mashed potatoes will give a serious head injury.
Nucor just enacted a price hike of 20 per ton for the same products these guys make. The question is will it stick. The end users are laughing at this for several reasons, one is that they just made import steel more attractive.
Will GNA follow suit? Virtually no current demand for their products in comparison to past years, and things are going to get uglier for these steel makers yet. Many are closing up, shuttering furnaces etc.
Good luck on this one, i think the downside potential is huge on this next run of financials.
We had a GNA distributor here that recently vacated and closed up shop.
DD is good, i'm finding luck is better. LOL
John, what i know is what you know. But these stocks are driven on emotion and demand.
I know this, i rent from blockbuster, and with sales over 1 billion dollars so do many others. I drive by my store every day and see people there, movies out of stock etc. The company has a high gross profit which is good, if they need to they can trim fat and make profit.
Right now, people are thinking, eh do i want it or not.... maybe, maybe not. But i saw alot of shares soaked up on "terror news" as i call it. So we have alot shares sitting in hands that are likely waiting for a 1-1.2 range to let loose again. I'm holding 80 cent shares and will be patient. If it hits 50, well heck, ante up some more. I think 7x should be bottomish but who knows. I do know that when all the shares sold have been sold it'll go up because only the buyers exist, and once it gets on a run then you can bet the chasers will come out just like greyhounds after fluffy.
nice girl, but where's the bike? haha.
Congrats to you, i hope you have a long happy life with each other.
I'm dabbling again. Things i think are stable. I'm feeling a little gutsy these days lol.
My acct took a kicking from withdrawals during the death spiral our economy took. Stable now, time to rebuild :)
no, i don't like the shallow volume of the B. I don't want to get stuck.
That looked to me like a military type transmission. Maybe for our forces overseas?
Looks good to me. When i was on duty in all the countries i was in we had to deal in their currency. IMO, this is a move in the right direction. One nation can't have 2 currencies, it makes them both worthless.
that report doesn't read all that bad to me considering the state of the economy. Unemployed folks, rental movies are cheap. Cant have internet and streaming if you are cutting every non essential cost. Rental allows more folks to get together and watch.
IMO, the right stuff and BBI comes out kicking the snot out of Netflix in the next few years.
