We got confirmation from the company. The games will be delivered this month... and it makes sense, it doesn’t take long to print the games now. The initial run always takes the longest time because you have to create molds, tweak the press/process, etc.
Morning won’t be confirming the shipments on kickstarter anymore, because the backers already got their product. Walmart or any other retail order does not concern Kickstarter backers, there will be no more public updates on the shipments, other than what comes from FUNN.
(repost) But what LOGICAL/SINCERE reason is there to doubt that Walmarts order won’t be filled??? This is the heart of the matter and the aspect that keeps being ignored... Walmarts order is a “firm PO” and the game is already listed on the site: https://www.walmart.com/ip/Kill-the-Unicorns-An-Enchanted-Card-Game-For-Evil-Geniuses-Exclusively-Sold-on-Walmart-com/548174258
They were able to produce and fill the Kickstarter backers orders, I don’t see why they can’t fill and produce anybody else’s order... and the only reason why the backers got their games first is because that is part of kickstarters contract.
Can you imagine the comments if these backers found out that Walmart got filled before them? The company is doing this right, it’s not hard to comprehend. It only requires simple DD, which i highly recommend doing instead of guessing.
Soon these games are going to be on the shelves at Walmart, excitement is going to hit record levels and this topic will no longer be relevant... Just like hundreds of other BS negative claims that have proven false with time.
_________________
But that half-assed DD ignores the fact that multiple products from Morning are about to hit the shelves of the largest retailers... and the potential is tens of millions in the first year.
If Morning wasn’t bankrupt, we would’ve never been able to buy them for $150,000... and we wouldn’t be sitting here on the verge of the biggest news/events in company history.
It blows my mind how it can be claimed that this is somehow a bad deal for this company. This game has the potential to push AMFE deep into NET profits, even if the game sucked, which it doesn’t. It’s a perfect eye-catching impulse product.
Other titles, like Exploding Kittens, are doing $50+ million in this market, in just the first year... and “Kill The Unicorns” appeals to the same demographic as “Exploding Kittens”:
That is completely nonsensical. Venders don’t get to choose how much shelf space they want and how many of their products Walmart stocks. lmao
Walmart doesn’t even carry 1% of the products on the market. If vendors could force Walmart to carry their products, why don’t they?... Walmart chooses and continues to carry products based on popularity and profit per square foot
Every day Walmart reviews many many products and MOST of them don’t get a deal. This is an undeniable fact, I’ve actually pitched products to Walmart.... everybody wants to get on their shelves.
That is false. It is very hard to get a purchase order from Walmart STORES. They will put anything on their website, because it doesn’t take up any valuable shelf space, but it’s not easy to get product in the actual stores... Walmart doesn’t even carry 1% of the board games on the market, but they will carry multiple titles from FUNN/Snakes
This order is for the stores, because of the size of the order. They wouldn’t need this many units to sell online, at least initially: https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=151883283
Walmart knew from the beginning that the games were not created when they place the order... The fact that they placed an order for games that were not created says a lot about Snakes sales ability + connections within the largest retailer... Snakes has sold millions of dollars in product to Walmart, other than these new games and Wally is highly aware of the sector being red hot
If Walmart was upset they would have removed the products from the website a year ago... But no doubt snakes kept in contact with them the entire time and everything is fine with this “firm PO”
Lets also keep in mind that It was not snakes/FUNN fault for these games taking longer. Mornings was bankrupt and had other issues which happened before we acquired them... this is also the reason why FUNN purchased them for only $150,000, which is a freaking steal. FUNN/Snakes saved Morning and now they’re on the verge of millions of dollars in high margin revenue.
Amazing how many of the facts are always left out. I don’t see how this game hitting the shelves of the largest retailer is a negative for this company. Everything is going to come together this month
FUNN weekly chart: Major LT breakout starting + huge events are coming. Only 25 million shares issued over the past 2+ years.
1st self published title already on Walmarts site. Make sure to sign up for "in-stock alerts": https://walmart.com/ip/Kill-the-Unicorns-An-Enchanted-Card-Game-For-Evil-Geniuses-Exclusively-Sold-on-Walmart-com/548174258

Snakes & Lattes segments: There are so many aspects to the Snakes sub, it blows my mind to think of all the different ways they could rapidly add to the bottom line... along with synergies between these segments...
Cafe/bar/restaurant: They can satisfy the morning to night crowds. Something for everyone... and they're able to charge a, $8 cover and still pack every table in these large locations.
Game retailer: Snakes sells games in each location + online. This revenue source has a higher margin than any other game retailer, because Snakes buys their inventory below wholesale (master distributor)
Event planning: For parties, corporate events, etc supplying food, games and Gaming Gurus... Location #3 (Midtown has a catering size kitchen which will allow them to expand this rapidly growing segment of the biz.
Marketing: Snakes can charge publishers to launch their game in style. Snakes can provide Gurus that push and teach these games. Along with marketing decor, themed cocktails/pastries/etc, drawings, sales displays, online videos, etc.
Publishing: Several games are about to launch under this new division and since they cut out the middleman, it will likely be the highest margin aspect of the biz + the fastest growing.
Fulfillment: Snakes is a fulfillment partner for smaller game designers. They ship individual Kickstarter orders out to Canadian Backers... FYI, gaming is the #1 most funded section on the Kickstarter site, ahead of Tech at #2. As Snakes locations expand into the USA, i expect their Fulfillment contracts to expand there as well
Master Distribution: Snakes is a master distributor for exclusive and non exclusive game titles. Along with several new products added through the Natural Stuff Inc acquisition. They sell to Walmart, Chapters, Amazon + anywhere that carries the hottest games.
Franchising: Big potential for this segment. Many people want their own location. Snakes would do well in any big city.
What am i missing?

Snakes Workforce Photo: This is not a 2 person penny stock pretending to be bigger than they really are. Amfil has the workforce to handle whats coming...
_____________________________
Publishing: A single self publishing deal could double annual revs by itself, with very strong margins... IMO Snakes has extremely high odds of hitting a winner on their first deal. They have game designers on their staff that study EVERY game on the market and make video/podcasts about them online... Plus, they know which types of games sell via the observations from thousands of customers that come to Snakes.
In their videos/podcasts they critique everything from the gameplay/dynamics to the artwork... They KNOW their stuff and are in the perfect situation to select great titles.
A single red hot game can match the revs of a dozen Snakes locations... and it will be the highest margin deal Snakes will make, since they cut out the middleman and have exclusivity from day 1, worldwide
This is one of the least discussed topics, but possibly the biggest thing they have going... They could drop several hot titles on the market and make 9 figures having exclusivity worldwide.

Snakes in the perfect position to push a game and get it KNOWN...
4 friends walk into Snakes. The Game Guru talks them into trying the new self published title. Guru quickly teaches game to table, which gets them playing faster, with little hassle... 1 of 4 players sees the title at a promotional price while leaving and since they just learned it and had a great time playing, she decides to take one home. Just so she can beat her boyfriend one more time!
3 weeks later a different group of friends are at her house and she pulls out the game... 4 new people quickly learn how to play from her mimicking the Game Guru... 1 of these players sees game at Walmart, remembers how much fun he had and decide to buy a copy...
... he takes game home, plays with kids... Kid pulls out game when friends are over...
THIS "viral" sales flow is why table gaming is growing so fast imo. The masses are HUNGRY for human interaction, away from digital devices...
... and what better place to spread the virus, than a Game Cafe? The Game Gurus are practically injecting it into them!
________________
The odds of Snakes hitting a big game are strong... Any company can create a game, but most fail because they only have one option (their own game). Snakes is in position to CHOOSE games because people want to get in bed with a solid distributor and marketing vehicle like Snakes. A deal with Snakes helps ensure the game will get noticed and sold. Its big risk investing time and money into something that never gets discovered
The Gurus can PUSH games onto customers... "hey try this new game. Its easy to learn, ill teach it to you." Boom, groups of people being taught, every day...
... then these customers see the game in a nice marketing display + a discount, on the way out the door... and because they just learned it and had a great time playing, one or more of them pick up a copy and take it home, playing with family/friends (free marketing).
They are in the PERFECT situation to choose a solid title and sell it to the masses, in every aspect
This will lead to sector domination imo

Might see some blocks get snatched up before end of day.
Dilutor looks done + bottom chart
PCTL dilutor looks done + bottom chart
Yeah, but i dont see them dumping. lol... The people that own the stock are holding tight and the price is right under the high of the recent uptrend. Why is that? WHO is losing confidence?!
Todays selling isn't much different than any other day. There are 500 million shares out there, being clenched with a tight fist at these levels: https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=152040939
Any negative is factored in at this valuation, but the upcoming positives are not: https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=152037061
(repost) DD/opinions: Most of these penny stocks have to dilute to survive. AMFE dilutes moderately, but when they do, they are diluting to fund growth initiatives that have, in most cases, already proven to be a successful growth area of the biz.
This is what you want to find in a small cap investment. They all have issues, debt, etc, but the effectiveness of their investments is what a savvy investor focuses on. Snakes has grown significantly since going public. The business plan is working! Minor dilution = solid growth
Its possible that none of these upcoming self published titles will be a big hit, but the position Snakes is in will allow them to sell enough copies to make it a profitable division imo.
Most of these small startup publishers have to work their tail off to get noticed. They are nobodies... Snakes only needs to mention their self published titles to the clients they are already dealing with on a daily basis. This is such a MASSIVE advantage when it comes to sales. Who you know is everything and Snakes is becoming a top dog in this rapid growth sector.
_________________
IMO they are close to unveiling a USA penetration strategy for the Distribution and Fulfillment segments. This will be a MONSTER growth initiative, because game designers and Kickstarter backers love Snakes. There are countless positive comments online... and billions of dollars in games are distributed/fulfilled in the USA each year.
Many of these creators will choose to do business with Snakes over others imo. If its not for the fact that they love Snakes, it will be because we have game cafes, which is a marketing/sales advantage.
I predict they will make a large acquisition in the USA, to gain them an instant foothold... These private distributor owners will jump at the chance to get stock in Snakes/FUNN. Its a great retirement growth plan. It will be an easy deal to make, so its coming imo: https://www.snakesandlattes.com/distribution/
Snakes is in position to CHOOSE who they want.. and it might be more than one distributor that they purchase. Snakes could "roll-up" the sector
_______________
Potential Acquisitions: Morning was one of them and the deal is complete... The next acquisition could drop at any time and it will be a big one. A KEY component...
Snakes & Lattes Inc. is currently in initial discussions with two companies that have expressed interest to be acquired by Snakes & Lattes Inc. The first is one of the largest board game distributors in Canada, and the second is a distributor and publisher in Europe. As the company expands into the USA, the company will be looking at a potential acquisition of a distributor in a key location in the USA, in addition to our own planned distribution center in Chicago, IL. The strengthened US distribution arm would serve as a satellite to complement the initial Northern offices and warehouse in Chicago, and the South Western presence in Arizona.
Further updates relating to the expansion of the Snakes & Lattes brick and mortar locations, as well as the potential acquisitions in the publishing and distribution sectors will be announced as they develop. The company is very excited with the recent developments in terms of US expansion and remains steadfast in its commitment to increase its reach throughout North America and beyond.

What dumping? Todays selling is not much different than any other normal trading day. Every day has buyers and sellers, but i dont see any heavy dumping.
Remember the "strong sell" claims at .05 and how it was "headed to .01"... now its .07 and the biggest events in company history have not even started yet.
Pictures of Snakes retail section...
People often forget that Snakes is a retailer and the sector is growing fast...
Snakes purchases games below wholesale (Master Distributor), so theres a strong margin selling at retail. I see this segment growing and increasing per location profits... Walmart, Target, etc do not carry as many titles and at Snakes you can actually play/learn them before you buy...

WHO in their right mind sells today after last nights announcements???
That is exactly what will happen, at a minimum imo: https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=152037061

A lot of "im selling" claims for such low opening volume. lol.... Ask is not even coming down much

If this wont get people selling, i bet the fence sitters are going to start buying soon... cause many of them were hoping for a dip, which does not appear to be happening. Check this out: https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=152012076
Any potential negative is factored in at this valuation imo and then some..... what isn't factored in are the massive events which are just days away.
We could see a strong close today. Very very big month in the making, for multiple reasons. Do the DD, do the simple math
The delays suck, I understand why people get frustrated, but when one puts things in proper perspective they realize these problems are minimal compared to most penny stocks... These problems are a product of growing too fast, not because there’s a lack of growth. Most companies are already uplisted by the time they reach this revenue level
The most important aspects are solid with this company. How many pennies have $XX,XXX,XXX growth and barely any dilution in years?... and with unlimited expansion potential within their easy reach?
There was already hundreds of millions outstanding when Roger took over this company many years ago and there was zero revenue with a .002 price... he has barely needed to dilute to achieve this much growth
Again, I get why people get frustrated, but I’ve studied thousands of penny stocks over the decades and this potential does not come along very often, especially at these market cap levels. IMO AMFE Is worth hundreds of millions as it is, because the concept is extremely popular, with so much untapped potential. No one does it better!
The real issue with this company is that Rogers hands have been tied. The stop sign has prevented him from being able to help support the stock, because OTCmarkets has rules against anything they view as “promotion,” while having a stop sign... in the coming weeks Roger will no longer have his hands tied and imo he is going to aggressively attract a lot of interest to this stock, using the biggest/most profitable news/events in company history.
I bey everyone will start speculating nine figure revenues, which will push the price hard and fast.
Again, I get the frustration over the delays, but after holding this long this would be the dumbest time to sell imo.
This will likely he be the most exciting month we have ever owned this stock... for multiple reasons.
Heres one of the reasons: https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=151883283
If we want to make money, the only goal is to get the stop sign removed, not to be uplisted(yet). Pink stocks run every day, especially with the type/size news that is coming. With the stop sign many brokers restrict people from buying the stock and it also deters interest, which is why we need it removed before the biggest/most profitable PR’s/events start hitting back to back to back... And it’s within Rogers reach to get the stop sign removed, even if he has to release unaudited reports for now.
I like making money, you?
(reposts) IMO no matter what we’re going to get filings for both years, even if they’re not audited. He wants the stop sign removed before the high margin sales PR’s start hitting the wires.
There’s a good chance at least one will be audited, but regardless he knows that the stop sign needs to be removed to get the maximum impact for the upcoming news
Frankly, I don’t care either way because I know I’m going to make money when the biggest retail names start getting announce back to back to back, worldwide... if someone can’t see that this is the time to be buying, they shouldn’t be investing their own money. In the coming months we’re going to see more revenue than this market cap, easily imo. They will make this VERY clear with the upcoming string of PR‘s. Read: https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=151883283
_________________
(repost)He should have never stopped filing unaudited reports and he knows this now. By doing this it has limited his ability to help support the stock, while also limiting who can buy the stock(broker restrictions)... hence the low price
... but now the biggest/most exciting events in company history are just days away and imo he knows he has to use this opportunity to get as much market cap value as he can to reduce any acquisition costs, growth financing dilution, etc in the future.
There are multiple acquisitions on the table, but imo he does not want to execute them at this valuation level... and because of this stocks behavior the companies he is looking to acquire might not be willing to take much more. this all changes when the stock starts screaming to new highs with back to back to back multi million dollar growth PR‘s. These companies will jump at the chance to get a deal done, at higher valuation levels... IMO a big US acquisition is coming, which will give us an instant foothold into US distribution, just like they have in Canada
People focus on this audit so much they forget about all the other DD on the table... and growth is the number one aspect. Its bigger than any audit or overhead BS.
These audits are going to get done eventually, but if a company doesn’t have growth there’s no point in the audits to begin with. It would just be a failing company with a lot of overhead expenses... but growth is not going to be a problem for this company, which is why so few debate this aspect. The evidence is overwhelming
If this stock dips, it will be short-lived. We are too close to these massive events. Five high margin SKUs are about to be sold all over the world, via the largest retail names. First retail sales started in Europe just last weekend.
... and they barely need to dilute to achieve this growth. Only about 25 million shares of been issued over the past 2+ years
Amazing how many facts are left out of those claims. No matter how many times we provide the proof...
For example, how many times have i proven that the Pigicorn has never been sold before? A prototype was created in 2017 for the kickstarter campaign, but they never ATTEMPTED to sell a single unit to retail, because it’s an ancillary product to kill the unicorns, which is just being released right now.
Does this extremely important aspect not matter??? How can someone sincerely call a product a failure if they’ve never attempted to sell a single unit until now?!
This is just one example of the BS, heres another: https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=151807055
No, they already announced that we would get this info. He is just reassuring the same PUBLIC info. We learned nothing new by Bens comments, only that they are still on course.
Amfil Technologies Inc. Issues Audit Update and Plans on Going & Remaining Current Moving Forward
Toronto, ON, Oct. 15, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- via NEWMEDIAWIRE -- Amfil Technologies Inc. (OTC: FUNN) is pleased to announce the projected completion date for the Company’s 2019 audit. While the audit process has been an unpleasant and lengthy experience for management and the shareholders, we are happy to announce that it is finally assumed by all parties involved that the entire audit process will be completed before the end of this month.
It was suggested to the company mid-audit not to release unaudited numbers until the prior year’s audit was completed, as the opening and closing year end balances would not match until any and all adjustments were made to the prior year. Considering the length of time it took to complete the adjustments, in hindsight the Company recognizes that this may not have been the best strategy. Moving forward, the company remains committed to financial transparency, and it will publish/release timely financial statements by the due date, regardless of audit status. This will ensure the company remains current and prevent any future “Stop Sign” designations on OTC Markets.
FYE 2018 and FYE 2019 will be filed/published before the end of the month, and Q1 2020 will be issued before its November 14th due date. Completion of these filings will reinstate the company to ‘Current’ status and ensure it is maintained through to the Q2 2020 filing in February 2020. The company is committed to have all future financial statements filed on time to ensure it permanently retains a ‘Current’ status designation from OTC Markets.
The past few years working through the audit process have been a learning experience for the company. Understanding auditor expectations has driven management to make multiple adjustments that will improve timelines for all future audits. It has been an ever-evolving process, one that has included several adjustments, the implementation of new policies and procedures, and changes in staff. Adjustments the company has made include the hiring of the CFO Squad, moving the primary accounting firm, and a number of internal accounting/bookkeeping processes and protocols. These significant changes to the Company’s infrastructure have been implemented to ensure timely future audits and promote the Company’s continued growth sustainability, with the intent to both protect and increase shareholder value.
The last two years undergoing the audit has been a difficult, but necessary, process for the Company and shareholders alike. Since the acquisition of the Snakes & Lattes Inc. subsidiary, the Company has experienced tremendous growth and has continued this growth trajectory at an ambitious rate. It is, of course, imperative to ensure that the Company’s growth is also sustainable. The financial audit and subsequent uplist were/are key requirements to allow the Company to continue aggressive AND sustainable growth.
The company is excited to move forward from this process, committed to the timely completion of all future audits, and very excited for the multitude of growth-related initiatives moving forward. Once completed, the company intends to further accelerate its comprehensive growth strategy including the opening of new Snakes & Lattes venues, the holiday sales rush of the Kill the Unicorns game title, and a multitude of additional initiatives which have been developing behind the scenes. We look forward to delivering maximum value back to our current shareholders while concurrently attracting a new range of investors and/or institutions following the submission of our audited financials.
We remain steadfast in our commitment to our aggressive growth strategy, and upon audit completion, we believe that we are strongly positioned for the continued expansion of our core business, vertical and horizontal integration, and expanding the scope of additional initiatives to deliver enhanced shareholder value.

About Us:
Amfil Technologies Inc. is the parent company to three wholly owned subsidiaries.
1). Snakes & Lagers Inc. holds the trade name and is the owner of Snakes & Lattes Inc. which currently operates 3 tabletop gaming bars and cafes located in Toronto, Ontario and 1 in Tempe, Arizona. The company is in the process of expanding throughout North America. Snakes & Lattes Inc. was the first board game bar and cafe in North America, is believed to be the largest in the world and has the largest circulating public library of board games in North America for customers to choose from. Snakes & Lattes Inc. currently has a 100+ member staff and recently acquired the exclusive distribution rights throughout Canada for some of the most popular board games in the world. The company also operates a lucrative fulfillment and distribution division and has recently entered into the board game publishing business through the acquisition of Morning which is expected to add significant revenues to the bottom line. For more information on Snakes & Lattes Inc. feel free to visit the website at www.snakesandlattes.com.
2). The EcoPr03 GRO3 Antimicrobial System was jointly developed between Amfil Tech and A.C.T.S. Inc. which recently rebranded its technology under Advanced Ozone Integration as an extension of the existing ozone technology being utilized in the food and beverage industry and integrated by A.C.T.S. into companies such as Pepsi, Nestle, Sysco, Sun Pacific and many others. The system is a triple-function sanitization unit capable of naturally eliminating 99.9% of water and airborne pathogens and the typically problematic pests that wreak havoc for cultivators (like aphids, whiteflies and spider mites), as well as bacteria, fungus, microbes and mold on surfaces, all without chemicals. The unit can also constantly regulate a given facility's water supply, oxygenating the water and maintaining a consistent PPM infusion of ozone that prevents the formation of algae, bacteria or mold (allowing for comprehensive water recycling), simultaneously removing the need to use pesticides and/or dangerous, often carcinogenic products to treat production problems, as is common throughout the industry today. This environmentally-friendly solution also eliminates odors, while slightly reducing the air temperature, lowering energy consumption by the HEPA filtration and HVAC systems and could potentially allow for a facilities process to be labeled certified organic in the U.S.A. when the crop is no longer considered illegal on the federal level, otherwise "Clean Green" or "Certified Kind" in the meantime. The EcoPr03 GRO3 Antimicrobial System recently passed product review by a registered USDA certifying agent for use in California as well as Pennsylvania and surrounding states. The subsidiary has developed a strategic partnership with Roto Gro, the creator of proprietary rotary hydroponic technology. More information on this product line can be found on the www.gro3ozone.com website or on twitter @GRO3Systems.
3). Interloc-Kings Inc. is a hardscape construction company servicing the Greater Toronto Area. This subsidiary is an authorized Unilock installer. Unilock is North America's premier manufacturer of concrete interlocking paving stones and segmental wall products. Interloc-Kings Inc. has an A+ Rating with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and a 10/10 rating on homestars.com. Specializing in stone and wood installations between $5,000 and $150,000 per project, Interloc-Kings Inc. has quickly become a top, high quality installation company of outdoor living areas in the GTA. More information on this subsidiary can be found at the website www.interloc-kings.com.

Not from Ben. I can’t remember one instance where Ben said something and it did not happen... He didn’t fly to go see the auditors for no reason. They likely needed final signatures. Make sense?
Anybody selling before these upcoming events might be making the worst timing mistake of their life.... because the potential is thousands of percent in gains. There’s real $XXX,XXX,XXX growth potential with these five high margin self published products that are ready for retail.
The DD is not hard, but one actually has to read/comprehend it to benefit from it... I see no reason to be fearful at this valuation level. It can only improve once this pain is lifted + the big sales PRs start flowing
Reposts....
If anyone thinks its exciting to see these Kickstarter backers reviewing the product positively, they are gonna LOVE seeing the products on the shelves + reviews all over the internet.
Remember, it took almost 2 years for these Kickstarter backers to get their product and they were REALLY pissed about it, per many comments online. Then FUNN/Snakes (the hero) stepped in and saved Morning + the backers from a total loss... These backers have EVERY REASON TO BE UPSET, but now they are giving this game great reviews???
If these board game Geeks/Gurus think the game is great, what will the future buyers think about the game when they have no negative history with it?
This is simple DD, but i dont think many are comprehending how massive of a clue it is. We pretty much already know that the game will be liked and have a chance to load before the rest of the market figures it out... Hot titles are doing $50+ million in the first year and this is going to drive speculation.
Snakes will be pushing this high margin self published title to thousands of customers per week (maybe each day), which means they will learn it easily and have a chance to buy before they leave, possibly with a promotion...
... and future investors that buy a game will likely enjoy it, driving their speculation...
We will see all time highs long before we see $5+ million revs from these games imo. Speculation is what drives the penny market, actual results are a bonus

Another FUNN game that’s about to hit the largest retailer: https://www.walmart.com/ip/Red-Panda-Card-Game-Exclusively-Sold-on-Walmart-com/979543007
Very soon the first deliveries will reach the stores and this stock is going to launch off these levels, from the biggest PR/event in company history...
Remember, all the previous distribution deals were limited to just Canada, a country 1/10 the size of the USA... and none of those deals had margins this high, because they were just distribution deals for other companies, not their own titles. This release is a #gamechanger
____________
Really, you dont think Snakes knows which games do well and which ones do not? Most publishers are nothing more than a game, Snakes is game cafe FIRST, which is the ultimate advantage. none of the these competitors have first hand experience with consumer demand/interest like this, which is why some of them turn to Snakes to get known. lol
Toronto is the 4th largest City in North America and guess who is the Big Dog with THOUSANDS of customers per WEEK, maybe per DAY? This game could go viral, using Toronto as a launching pad
Roger has made mistakes, i have no problem pointing that out, but lets not confuse the highly skilled people working at Snakes (250 employees) with his mistakes. You dont land Walmart before the game is even produced unless you can SELL... and SALES IS EVERYTHING!
1000's of customers per day can become thousands of strong reviews all over the internet, thanks to learning the game EASILY within these Snakes locations.... and so far most, if not all the KS reviews have been positive, even though these customers were upset over how long it took them to get it. If THESE customers are liking the game, when they have every reason to be pissed, it says A LOT!.
We will sell a ton just because of the theme imo. The hardest part is getting on the shelf of the largest retailers (check!). No doubt it will get picked up/spotted by MANY people now, due to millions of people walking by the packaging/theme

___________
This cap is getting really cheap imo, the single-game can make this an $XXX,XXX,XXX stock.
They are in the perfect position to push this game into retailers, then get it known by thousands of people per week.
Any day now the biggest PR in company history will be released. If anybody has held this long it would be unsavvy to sell now, at these levels. Walmart is going to drive a significant wave of hype. When we can all walk in and see a self published title on the shelves, across the USA, it will change the way people view this company. Right now Snakes only distributes games in Canada and none of them are a high margin self published title
This will be the first game that we can sell worldwide... and two more titles are coming up right behind it
#gamechanger
______________
Morning does not need to update anyone on the shipments anymore, because the backers have already received their orders.
Morning is not in charge of corporate info, other than what directly relates to Kickstarter. KS backers have nothing to do with Walmart, etc... The next update will be from FUNN and will likely announce the rollout to Wally, Amazon, etc
I expect several big name retailers to be announced in the coming months, all over the world
This next shipment might be drop-shipped at Walmart.
_____________
BTW, FUNN will see $$$ from these titles for years. Dont put too much focus on having to have the game out by a certain date, these games sell alllll year... and when you can market to THOUSANDS of people PER DAY via your locations, they are in a great position to succeed.
I FULLY expect this game to make FUNN extremely NET profitable, even with just moderate sales. They are close to breakeven now imo
I just hope Roger does more to paint this picture for the maket, so we can sustain over inflated levels (like other rapid growth stocks), instead of at the bottom of the valuation range.
____________
If people have held this long, they would be wise to at least wait until this board is full of KTU pictures, on the shelves of the LARGEST retailer, who controls 50%+ of the toy market = very busy toy/game isles!
Millions of people will be walking by our title... CRAP titles can sell well with this level of foot traffic and KTU has a popular theme + attractive/attention grabbing packaging, within the right impulse price range
Walmart will sell out of the first order FAST imo. I bet single longs clear out locations, forcing an instant reorder. lol
This stock will be flying on the reorder PR. Speculation could reach record levels... tick tock...

(repost) There's an initial risk in printing these games and not selling them, but this risk is reduced significantly when you are a MASTER DISTRIBUTOR of many other hot titles.
Its harder for a small publisher to approach a company like Walmart, with no sales history or other products, which can be worked into the deal to get it done... this is why publishers seek out distributors/sales rep to move their games, which Snakes already is...
... and distributors carry MANY titles, often thousands of different games... just because you land a distributor, does not mean they will put PRIORITY in pushing your titles to the retailers. The reps will have many other titles/toys/SKUs that are making THEM money and they focus on those. You can only talk about so many games in a session.
This is where the synergy of being a publisher, master distributor AND Game Cafe (free/profitable marketing) all tie into each other... Snakes can put priority on their OWN games and push them into Walmart, Target, etc increasing volume fast.
Snakes already has sales history with Walmart.... and the largest Canadian book chain (Chapters)... and other big Canadian retailers that sell games. Snakes is on pace to OWN Canadas gaming market. Look at how many Kickstarter publishers choose Snakes now.
I love synergistic business concepts!
_______________
(repost) Morning is a creative think tank/publisher. This is why its such a powerful acquisition for this particular company. Snakes fills in everything else they need to get these products into the hands of the masses.
Snakes even offers them a place they can play test their games with a very experienced/large gaming staff + real world customers. IMO there will be no weak games in the future. Their titles will grow in strength as Steve starts adding his EXTREMELY EXPERIENCED input on game mechanics, rule alterations, how to write precise/easy instructions, etc. Steve is a grand master at this stuff, watch his videos, listen to the podcasts, read his articles, etc. He trains all the other staff on HOW to teach games and even edits rules to make them easier for customers to learn. He is a major asset alone, esp when combined with a game publisher.
___________________
(repost) How many publishers have distribution and game cafes?
There are a lot of GREAT games that never get noticed. EVERYTHING is about getting noticed nowadays... Weak games can sell $XX,XXX,XXX just because it was in the store, not because it was good. A customer only needs to buy ONCE
... and is there any better place to get noticed than Game Cafes, with Game Gurus that can direct customers to play the titles they want?
Many customers rely on the Gurus to recommend games and teach them... and if people EASILY learn a game and enjoy it, the odd increase that they will buy a copy before leaving Snakes, or the next time they see it at Walmart and think "Hey, that was a fun game! My nephew would love to play this with me".. Either way we make $$$
__________________
(repost) All snakes has to do is advertise that all or part of the $8 cover can be applied to one of Mornings games , if they buy before leaving... and this is off the FULL retail price, which means they would still collect more than if they sold at wholesale
This would not only get people interested in TRYING the games while in Snakes, it would also drive per location sales. Snakes cuts out the middleman, so they would STILL make a strong profit per copy at a sexy discount price...
... and most of these customers that buy one of these copies will take it home and play with others, because most games cant be played alone. This markets the game to additional people, who then might buy a copy when they see it at the store, on Amazon, etc.
This is why the sector is booming right now. People want to do things that are more social, away from their digital devices. This viral sales process is powerful and can push a game from nothing to $10's of millions, in just months.
... and all we need is ONE of these titles to be big... or all of them to do moderately well...
______________
As ive been saying for months, the current revenues, net profits, etc are nothing compared to whats coming from their self publishing division, alone
No need to overthink it, just do the simple DD. They are going to push these titles hard and no other aspect of the biz will have higher margins.
AMFE could have ZERO revenue right now and a SINGLE game could make this a fairly valued $XXX,XXX,XXX company. The growth potential is not only massive, it can happen FAST.
_______________
The Snakes & Lattes Inc. locations have been hosting game designer nights for quite some time now and with being so deeply entrenched in the table top gaming community, it has begged the question internally for many months now as to when the company will begin entering the game publishing arena and bring new titles to market in-house. Snakes & Lattes is currently positioned to manage all stages of new projects beginning from inception to product launch, and will use its current resources for research and development, product testing, marketing, and of course sales and worldwide distribution. This move would bring a far greater ROI when compared to the ROI on the current game titles that we stock and distribute, essentially 'cutting out the middleman' and allowing us to stock and distribute larger volumes and further expand into additional markets internationally.
The current costs associated with stocking game inventory is comparable to the costs to print and manufacture our own game titles, which would not only provide larger volumes for the same price, but also immediate worldwide exclusive distribution rights. We will use our retail locations as 'proving grounds' for new game titles prior to publishing in order to determine which titles will generate the highest demand. This will of course be in addition to maintaining and growing our current sheet of exclusive distributorships from other popular game producers.
The company is currently working on acquiring the rights to publish our first game to kick-off our publishing division. The first game under this initiative is currently in the works and will be developed in conjunction with an experienced game author based in Switzerland. The specifics of the game are still a closely guarded secret so no further details relating to the game will be released at this time to protect the intellectual property. We will provide further details relating to the project when appropriate to do so, likely coinciding with the upcoming Fan Expo in Toronto this August, where Snakes & Lattes will be hosting a board game café and retail store in partnership with CAH and other major publishers.
Capturing world-wide distribution as well as maximum margins from production to sale leaves the company better positioned to expand all aspects of the business, and significantly increase the rate at which retail store and gaming café locations are opened. With the new Midtown Toronto location being the third and largest location, set to open this summer and boasting an impressive 2 stories, 55 tables inside and 5 tables out on the patio all the while accommodating up to 340 customers, the company has its eyes set on the immediate expansion across Canada and the United States.
The newly formed publishing division in addition to the successful retail and distribution divisions, is expected to significantly increase profitability at a minimal start-up cost by utilizing the company's existing assets, resources, and market reach. In terms of the company's expansion, this is the most cost effective and logical step towards the company's intent on complete market domination by continuing to execute on its successful business model which has been proven year over year.

Pic of the playtesting arena for Unicorns: This is where most of the positive online reviews were derived...
This was at a trade show. The game is tested and enjoyed... IMO this game should spike revs/profits fast...
Looks like 3 tables were for IKAN, which is another title that is close to print...

_____________________________
#lifechanger

_____________
Warehouse Pics: This is what $5,000,000+ million in game inventory looks like...
Since it is very hard to deposit pink certs now he is putting an open offer out and contacting them... He might not get them all but i bet he gets some, because they have sat dead for 7+ years. Esp the smaller lots which are not worth opening a special broker account to liquidate.
I bet many of these people have tried to deposit/dump, but cant, so they will take the easy route through Glenn and he knows it, which is why he is lowballin... These people were likely given free shares by the previous management = family, friends, etc, so he dont care about lowballin them.
This is a cheap/savvy way to reduce the OS/sitting valuation... Its only a matter of time until this starts rising. The valuation is too cheap here.
Glenn continues to be a good steward of the share structure
Per the previous PR these are holders from long ago, not the CEOs shares...
We recently passed a resolution which has enabled us to buy 100MM shares of our stock to be retired. I discovered a rich vein of shares that I believe can be purchased way below the market. We have 38.5 m shares on our books that are restricted. They have been on deposit with the transfer agent and have remained untouched for 7 plus years. They are as small as 10k shares and as big as 500k to 1 million shares. One thing is for certain, they are never going to be deposited to trade. I have begun to call some of the listed owners. I have discussed buying them back by the company at severe discounts and there is good interest. I believe over the next couple of quarters, we will be able to repurchase the majority and reduce the OS by between 5-8 percent. I am very excited by this prospect and so should CMG shareholders be. As the process moves along, I will keep you informed.

He should have never stopped filing unaudited reports and he knows this now. By doing this it has limited his ability to help support the stock, while also limiting who can buy the stock... hence the low price
... but now the biggest/most exciting events in company history are just days away and imo he knows he has to use this opportunity to get as much market cap value as he can to reduce any acquisition costs, growth financing dilution, etc in the future.
First retail sales started in Europe just last weekend.

More DD: https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=151611247

________________

Warehouse Pics: This is what $5,000,000+ million in game inventory looks like...
(repost) IMO no matter what we’re going to get filings for both years, even if they’re not audited.
That is exactly what i was thinking. He is waiting to see how much they can do on both years before acting...
The #1 near term goal is to remove the stop sign, cause then he removes the potential for any OTCmarkets promotion penalties and can hype the crap out of the upcoming events, which will make us money... and the upcoming events DESERVE to be hyped, cause they will dramatically improve the company.
Like i said a couple days ago... https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=151965189
At that this growth rate we could see Nasdaq one day, no doubt. This company has all the ingredients. Just as much potential as any other multi billion dollar food/entertainment chain...
All of these issues are just short term growing pains, not long term detriments. It’s a good time to buy a stock when it’s being weighed down by short term negatives, according to the most famous investors... There is no issue that this company isn’t on a path to overcome. The most important aspects are solid.
Getting the stop sign removed, at a minimum, will allow Roger to start broadcasting the amazing potential to the masses... The biggest/most profitable events in company history are literally days/weeks away. Penny investors love high margin sales news to the largest retail names, worldwide. We invest in these companies with the hopes that they can grow, mass retail news validates this like no other.
IMO the valuation isnt going to get much cheaper with the potential for $XXX,XXX,XXX growth.... we just need Roger to relay this potential to the masses, which i have a feeling he is planning to do like he’s never done before. Hopefully with a few of my ideas. I think I gave him some pretty good ones.
Timing timing timing
False, all of those have been doubted. everything this company does has been doubted. Every damn thing!
NSI made $18 million at its peak, then it fell apart when the owners kid almost died, per video news reports that can be found online. Roger purchased them for practically nothing. Not even 1 million shares. Significant?! lol... What was I saying about nitpicky BS?
I don’t even care about the MJ sub anymore. I have not talked about it in a long time, because it’s a failure to me... this ticker is all about Snakes
Most businesses fail, so it’s not a shock to me that Roger had some failures with his first attempts right out of college. Even the most successful CEOs in the world have had failures. They credit that to their eventual successes... But boy did Roger sure hit a homerun when he found snakes. This sub is all that we need to make a lot of money here. This stock is up thousands of percent since Roger took over, without a reverse split
There is no indication that Roger is conning people, as you claim. He Has gone out of his way to put up his personal assets to avoid dilution... only like 25 million shares have been issued over the past 2+ years. Compare that to most of these penny stocks. Some of them take that amount per month in bonuses, for achieving nothing. Roger has taken this shell from nothing to millions and the OS was already nine figures when he took over: Read: https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=151930385
Those links are from 2017-2018 which means I cannot post them per the site rules. I can only repost my comments from back then and I’m not the one that doubted the company
I remember doubts about every initiative. Every single one gets nitpicked, until they’re complete and making millions
Better yet, name an initiative that hasn’t been doubted??? lol
Remember when the 10,000 sq ft Midtown flagship location was doubted, until it opened and was the hottest spot in Toronto?: https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=snakes+lattes+midtown
... and remember when Tempe (first US location) was doubted, before it opened and became a smashing success: https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=snakes+lattes+tempe
Remember when the claim was that Kill The Unicorns would never be completed? https://morning-games.com/collections/all
Same crap, different locations/topics... When a company is involved with dozens of initiatives there will be some that take longer than expected or fail. This is normal with business, esp when there is permitting, contractors and other outside parties involved.... If they only had a couple initiatives and were failing at them, then i would be concerned, but they are growing in multiple directions = verifiable fact
This stock sure gets a lot of attention, dont it? Wonder why?

Amazing level of unsupported garbage. Again, posting random pictures that have no relation to anybody or anything involved with this company adds up to zero proof.
There’s nothing that supports any of those claims. Zero evidence of any fraud. It will be interesting to see the claims once these audits are complete. Poof, The BS insinuations will vanished.
Scammers don’t undergo voluntary audits. They try to hide their books, not open them to auditors and the SEC, Like this company has done.
Roger took over this company with hundreds of millions outstanding and a price around .002 many years ago and only about 25 million shares have been issued over the past 2+ years... where is the con?!
... and he has also increased revenue by $XX,XXX,XXX. Guess what’s coming next: https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=151883283
What a bunch of unsupported/BS insinuations. wow... not one shred of evidence to support that garbage. Posting random pictures adds up to nothing if it’s not even related to this company or anybody involved with it
Got this feeling that tomorrow is a news day + The short term technicals are turning bullish again.
That still does not change the fact that today is not the end of the month. Cant make our own facts lol
Who says I was attacking him?
Actually, 1 second before the Nov 1st is still "before" the end of the month. Is this what we are resorting to, debating seconds?
What did Ben do to anyone other than grow a fantastic biz?!
I can understand people being frustrated with Roger, but Its pretty lame to see PERSONAL attacks on Ben. What is the point?!
