Very sorry for anyone who sold in the first half hour.
You fell for the oldest short game in the book.
A little fear, a little drop, and you're running for the door? The day after this product finished up its first sales meetings???
The longs, specifically those heavily invested before that first run up, are still holding their shares!!! The stock ISN'T going to drop back to sub penny levels.
It can't. They're in the way.
And it's going to have a run way before that could even conceivably occur.
YES! EXACTLY! THIS IS the FIRST RAS ELECTROCOAGULATION SYSTEM! It had been used in open fish farming in the past successfully, but applying it to closed recirculating system makes IT WORTH BILLIONS!
It is the only ONE IN EXISTENCE AND THE FIRST! WHICH is why they had back to back meetings at this weekend's aquaculture convention in its first maraketing venture since announcing the completion of the patent test last week.
THanks for pointing out it has been used in open water fish farming!
The pps isn't down by 15. The pps has been at a support bottom of .32 since last Monday. This is the first drop below that support level. We're waiting on announcements since the beginning of its marketing campaign Friday.
GREAT TIME TO BUY!
WSJ has phone numbers publicly posted on the internet M-Saturday. Put them in your search engine it's easy to find in about a second, under "contact" on their website.
You're so wrong.
Good luck with all that though. Pushing to get the price down.
The company just started marketing on Friday.
FRIDAY.
After five years of r&d to get their prototype perfected.
Licensing alone is going to bring in millions.
Everyone knows that.
The success was never hinged on a buyout, it was just one of many scenarios.
Their stated plan has always been to license and expand their own shrimp business to different cities.
From the interest at the convention, it appears we're going to be seeing a real wealth of licensing agreements to start.
And the first will send this stock skyrocketing.
It bounced and is ALREADY recovering sheeshhhh.
.28 was the next support level...even CT got that right.
It takes little fish to catch the big fish.
It hit the .28 support level and will probably creep back to .32 today.
Fear shook out the few.
This fear is irrational. The product just hit the market on Friday and is a billion dollar worth patent.
Every meeting they took appears to have the intent of doing business with them.
CEO Bill Williams has done more than 35 mergers and buyouts in his history.
Nobody can reproduce or "steal" this technology without investing years and millions. Their development of an RAS electrocoagulation system has been in the aquaculture media for five years and they're the ONLY ONES who have finished, patented, and now brought it to market.
The failure of biofloc that has a mortality of 45% to 75%, and has not had problems solved even in its latest updates makes the use of their technology attractive and crucial around the world.
SHMP is going to explode out of the gates with the first announced deal and anyone not in it at that point will lose out. FACT.
Actually, .32 had been the wall since last Monday. It could even recover back to that in an hour, otherwise it's going back to it's original retrace support of around .23.
Foolish expectations by buyers who came in during that gap up is what's going on here. They are impatient to give the company the time to start reporting deals after it only started marketing on Friday.
The longs are going to make a killing any hour any day now, and we all know it. Trying to time when that might happen is impossible.
Buyers who bought in during its rapid gap up a couple of weeks ago are the same ones selling on fear when it retraced, and if they made it through that and the slight bump up with the news of the patent test completed, they are selling again. They will be the same ones chasing this stock when the first deal is announced.
They are throwing away money for nothing, in my opinion, if they're in the red when they sell. You only lose on paper until you sell.
And that gap up is nothing compared to what is going to happen with this stock on its first announced deal.
It will bounce up again today, and in the meantime, it will hold levels until that first deal is announced because the longs are holding.
Nothing will get longs to sell because they believe the craziness that the stock should have soared on the first couple of days in the marketplace following five years of r&d to get this patent developed and tested.
One uses little fish to catch big fish.
That is in response to concerns that the manner of doing business by waiting for a buyout is the savvy route. In the meantime, just remember, every use of an electrocoagulation ras unit by a licensee for shrimp production brings in a percentage of that company's profit...I believe it's 1%.
That would add up pretty fast.
Considering the issues with biofloc, mortality remains even with its improvement this year, it is not surprising to hear this company did many meetings and feels they may do business with everyone they met.
Also, do not underestimate Bill Williams has a long history that includes presiding over at least 35 mergers and buyouts.
Next is the seafood expo with all the big distributors, so we may be hearing more about the shrimp production end.
Either way, they hold the patent on the only and first working ras electrocoagulation system in existence with automatic sensors for feeding...it cost in the millions to develop and test, it is not something so quickly mimicked and produceable, and everyone in the aquaculture business is aware and taking meetings with shrimp in a marketing campaign that only started Friday...
So to think overnight someone will steal the idea and make their equipment worthless is PATENTlY absurd...there have been five years to do so in any case because this technology and their efforts have been anything but secretive in the aquaculture media, and R&D on this scale is an expensive and risky enterprise from concept to patent to prototypes and testing...SHMP is through the hurdles as announces a week ago.
And now the marketing phase begins so PATIENCE. I believe first deals will be announced sooner not later.
What is the patebt worth?
With biofloc consistently producing 45 to 75% mortality, in an industry bringing in billions, with 85% coming in from overseas from questionable sources, perhaps a billion give or take.
It will gap up a little in the morning because the big boards flew up today, a Monday, and the OTC stocks, even the most attractive, tend to have money pulled out when that happens. Plus we all know a deal is going to be announced any hour of any day in the next few weeks...by gap up I mean in the same way it gapped down a few pennies today to its same support level. It did the same thing all last week. To gap up in an extraordinary way of course a catalyst is needed I agree sorry I wasn't clear.
Part of my point is the longs are not selling and we bounced off the same bottom support pps today as all last week...since last Monday.
The people who bought then sold by the way were many who came in when the stock did that fly up to .95 on rumor the patent test went well, which then quickly retraced to its bottom at .22. Where we are at now is after another rise with the patent test completing, and now the bottom is a dime higher.
Obviously, longs who have been with this company through its entire R&D period are not selling the week they began marketing the patent and the company, a reason the bottom has been holding...the stockholders who bought in high and sold will regret that decision in the days ahead when the first deals are announced and we fly past that rumor spike.
You have to spend money to invent a great technology. Investors in this company know that. $750 a day is nothing for what we now have and what they are now marketing with back to back meetings at these conventions that started Friday. The patent will bring in over a billion give or take in licensing, buyout, and shrimp sales.
SHMP became an R&D company when it went public...that meant five years of developing the patent technology and building prototypes until it was ready to be marketed, which only commenced Friday with this first convention. A company gets off the ground by spending money so your comment, whether the numbers are true or not, is a given and all investors in this company knew this, just as we know there's going to be a return on all our investments because they honestly succeeded creating a breakthrough no competition technology that can only be described as the Apple stock of aquaculture.
And watch the stock fly up in the same way. That happens when everyone wants what you got and it's a necessity in the business.
The convertible debt you mention was triggered when the stock flew up on rumor of the patent success a couple of weeks ago and is already a nonissue...it is on the books because the company posted it, shareholders were made aware, the os showed it, and that dilution is no longer a factor impacting the pps, nor, it was announced, are there plans at this time to issue more or the necessity to do so.
Our bottom is now a dime higher than the day we gapped up on a rumor of the success of patent, which then quickly retraced, and has held the new support level for over a week...because longs are holding this stock waiting on the first deal announced. Now's the time to buy and hold or lose out.
The marketing campaign started Friday what nonsense to think the company just failed when they only received their patent and finished the test of patent a couple of weeks ago and announced it the week prior after five years.
Read the DD they have the gamechanging technology that GUARANTEED is going to change the industry and the only people saying it ain't so never got in on the cheap shares.
Don't sell a single share and watch this stock make history in days or weeks not months.
Seriously? Musical chairs. Whoever doesn't own when they announce their first deal in the works will lose out on a ton of money. Tomorrow morning, next Tuesday morning, it is coming.
It's going to gap up in morning tomorrow to where it was from last week.
A lot of us bought today VERY EAGERLY, so they did us a favor.
Onward and upward very soon.
SHMP LONG.
There is none.
Post proof of any.
People can check out the DD for themselves. To suggest this company, these directors, this technology, this patent, these conventions and meetings, is all illusion, is nonsensical.
There will be a run with the first deal announced, to be clear. I base this comment on just the run up on rumor of the patent's success a couple of weeks ago.
This is a groundbreaing, first of its kind technology to grow shrimp in a closed recirculating system that solves problems biofloc hasn't solved in over 15 years.
Today is last day of the US aquaculture convention. Longs are confident there will be deals announced soon, anywhere from today through the month, and are holding strong.
The next convention is next weekend in Boston, the huge seafood exposition with huge buyers attending.
Meetings set up weeks to months in advance booked them solid throughout this convention in meetings with many interested in the patented technology and shrimp distribution.
Longs hold this stock. That is why it has maintained its position bouncing off the same support level for over a week following the announcement of completion of patent test.
No one is selling.
It has held even with low volume.
Low volume discourages shorts, so we are seeing less of them.
The pps is only going to move up and there will be a run when the first deal(s) are anounced.
Congrats! Welcome to team SHMP.
Anyone who reads the DD can figure out for themselves the truth of any statement posted on here.
Natural Shrimp had been using Biofloc before deciding to become an R&D company and develop a groundbreaking technology to solve the issue of high mortality in biofloc and prior systems to raise shrimp in recirculating systems.
And to license that technology if successful, as well as to expand their shrimp growing operations.
And the report analysis based on the success of that technology.
The successful expansion of their shrimp business is part of the payoff of the technology working. Ergo the significance of the additional electrocoagulation equipment ordered on the eve of their successful test completion a few weeks ago.
If the only focus of Naturalshrimp was growing shrimp they'd not have bothered with partnering with F&T. They'd not have bothered with an assessment on the cusp of their final test of their patented system.
They'd not be in the eye of the storm of companies seeking an alternative to biofloc.
The DD is out there for anyone to read. As is the patent. As is common sense.
Thank you!
Read the harbinger's report again. The valuation was actually based on the finalized patent test passing at moderate (40% discount was the language) success. It even said if the technology didn't greenlight the future of the company was probably a wash.
We're way past that hump.
And yes...we're GOLDEN!!! And they knew it already two years ago, in my opinion, the last two years were spent tweaking the mechanics of the thing...they've been very careful to make sure everything was on the up and up way before any announcement.
The result has been high viability, unheard of density...
And clean water from larval through 23 gram harvest weight.
The implications of this technology have not hit the general public yet, but the aquaculture world has been very aware and we'll see that interest translate into deals...considering the average viability at great cost with biofloc has been 50 to 75 percent mortality on average for shrimp farmers alone, this is a very welcome breakthrough.
For those still on the fence about investing in SHMP, break down the risk.
the company has just completed its final test on years of prototypes of the first ever RAS electrocoagulation system on shrimp. It was assessed at 2.16 if it had a modicum of success in viabiity.
90 plus percent viability, the officially reported MINIMUM by their pr firm e&e communications, puts that value at double at LEAST.
They began pitching to interested licensors, buyers at this weekend's convention...their meetings were packed minute to minute with prearranged parties from all over the world.
We expect a run with the first announced deal. That could be tomorrow, or two months from now, but IT WILL HAPPEN.
SO SAY YOU invest $5000. Today that would buy you approximately 15.500 shares. AT 4 dollars you'll have made $60,000. At 20,000 invested you've made close to a quarter of a million dollars. And probably in less than two months.
Will the stock hit $1? Indubitably, because on just the RUMOR the test would be successful it hit that a few weeks ago.
Will the stock hit $2? Highly likely, because in April Harbinger's research analysis rated it @2.16 a share by this April following the harvest being moderately successful.
Will the stock hit $4? Very likely, because the viability has been reported as over 90% and this number would double that original assessment.
will the stock hit $10 or higher? Very possible. Based on seafood companies with moderate production running $10 to $20 on the big board.
So say you spend $1000 today and it hits $10 in 6 months if shrimp production and technology licensing are on course? That's approximately 3000 shares. At ten dollars you've made $30,000. At $5000 invested, you've made $150,000.
How much are you making on dividends off your mutual fund in six months?
How much are you even making on cbd now with hundreds of competitors?
SHMP HAS NO COMPETITION FOR THIS NEW TECHNOLOGY.
OK, I've made my point. You have to risk to benefit. You can risk on buying lottery tickets the rest of your life, you can play it safe and make your couple of hundred off a mutual fund, you can maybe see one of your stocks bring in a few thousand this year, or you can gamble on what I am 100 percent sure is a positive thing.
SHMP'S RAS TECHNOLOGY, the first of its kind TECHNOLOGY USING electrocoagulation that has been a proven killer of pathogen in medical instruments and even open water fish farms BUT THIS IS THE FIRST APPLICATION TO THE RAS CLOSED RECIRCULATING SYSTEMS FOR INLAND FISH FARMING! Solving endless eco issues and producing mass harvst for consumption, replacing the endless viability issues harvest to harvest with the biofloc technology, these issues still remaining even with updates a month ago, and doing away with the need to consume the contaminated frozen imported product that grows less and less available every year.
SHMP ordered additional electrocoagulation units a couple of weeks before even announcing the final patent test was successful. They wouldn't have done so without definite plans to expand operations. They will be producing a minimum of 7000 pounds of shrimp a week at full capacity with the number of tanks they have at present, with plenty of space to add there, not to mention the ease of establishing similar plants even in warehouse rentals in other cities.
Patience is necessary they just finished the test, got the patent and announced these things a week ago and have just started meeting and solidifying upcoming deals at a first convention followed by another next week with parties that have been following their progress with their technology since they first proposed a giant leap away from biofloc.
In my opinion the patent will be worth a billion give or take regardless of whether they become a huge shrimp producer on their own or not...regardless, in my opinion as well, they will be producing shrimp in that capacity under the aegis of a large seafood company, or there will be a buyout of the patent...either way a win win.
Reading the patent went a long way to convincing me and convinced I am 100 percent.
E&E communications, Texas, their pr firm, is available as investor contact and can respond to viabiity results, which were quoted over 90%. Comments during the official test grow out were 97 percent, give or take, but those weren't officially reported numbers.
And following test EXPANSION to other species: https://www.perishablenews.com/seafood/naturalshrimp-places-additional-equipment-order-to-facilitate-shrimp-harvest-expansion-at-lacoste-texas-facility/
And in the financial news: https://www.equities.com/news/natural-shrimp-inc-shmp-rockets-after-patent-chatter
This stock is going to go green in another hour, in my opinion, and if not there's going to be a lot more buying because there's no way there isn't going to be a run in short order.
And for the even somewhat patient that means a week, two weeks, a month, what does it matter when we all know the equity analyst report in April by Harbinger at 2.16 a share was for even the most modest of successes with this technology.
No way this stock isn't going to be $10 a share minimum within 6 months.
Yes, the technology is that good.
If you're new, read the patent. Read about biofloc, and then get on board before this shrimp train pulls out of the station.
There are people with millions of shares still holding even after a recent run up on just the RUMOR the test would be good.
I'm holding far less than that and keep adding every chance available. Because I'm sure this is the buy of a lifetime.
Just picked up 3000 more shares. WOOHOO! Another 5 before day is out.
I'm selling some cbd to buy more today.
It won't be months because they ordered more electrocoagulation units a couple of weeks ago in preparation for starting weekly harvesting in LaCoste.
And that's just in regard to their own production.
Meantime, all those companies unable to count on their unreliable stock viability WILL be licensing.
And let me point out, a larger company would BOTHER to license JUST FOR COMPARATIVE on their own tanks...they wouldn't have to license for a whole facility, but it's worth it to start to switch over from biofloc starting small as SHMP did to simply test the device as they developed it.
Think about it.
All over the world.
Aquaculture is a new industry. The quicker people begin using these units, the faster their product will be a guarantee to market without the die off issues and contamination issues.
The company's tech is VERY QUICKLY GOING TO MAKE THIS COMPANY A billion dollar company.
