Why wouldn’t they deliver? They have consistently been delivering on their promises the whole time.
Have a few timelines been amiss? Yes.
But even then, they promised Midtown would be built, and it has.
They promised and audit would be done, and it has.
They said we would break into the US market, and we have.
So this is the new attack tactic?
I read every PR, and I’ve never once read what is it that any of the people who work in Amfil Technologies actually do.
I just read what they say, and what is delivered.
I read how they bought a game making company for a measly $150k deal, while avoiding any liabilities, and gaining access to all past and future content. That sounds like a good deal to me.
It also sounds like the future synergy between Morning Plays and Snakes&Lattes will be amazing. Was John Fox the only one who delivered on that?
I also read how the multi year audit was completed, released and filed. Was John Fox the only one who delivered on that?
I am extremely grateful to John Fox. He is a man who saw an opportunity and jumped the gun. He knows the potential of Snakes&Lattes, and he will become the envy of many investors soon enough, and I’m not talking about the people in this board, I’m talking about the big shots who pride themselves in taking a small business and helping it grow in a large way.
What were my expectations for 2018? The completion of the audits, up listing, dividends, and maybe 1 more location.
What did we get? We got the completion of the audits, a game making company, 6 more locations announced for 2019, and participation in the Worlds largest board game conference. We still are pending the uplist. There is still time.
Why is the credibility of the company messed up?
There is a gaming company that is notorious for delaying games. You might have heard of them. Nintendo.
One of their legendary developers has a saying: “A delayed game can eventually be great, but a released game can be bad forever.”
It sucks that their deadline wasn’t met, but if the game comes out better for it, then all the better.
Although in this case what they are working on seems to be more of presentation, still presentation is a seller in itself. Take food for example. The only thing that should matter with food is it’s taste, and yet, if something looks bad, you probably won’t want to taste it.
Morning will release the game soon enough. It will miss this holiday season, and that sucks, but if the game is good, it will survive for a long time. And the next holiday season we will have more games ready. Remember, the importance of Morning isn’t this one game, but the fact that they will continue to make games for us. These titles add up.
Awesome!
I’ve got a favor for those going to the Shareholder meet and greet that will be going on in Tempe:
Could you keep the rest of us posted? I won’t be able to go and I’m sure that lots of very nice details will be shared. If you could let the board know, I would really appreciate it.
Don’t they distribute to the Canadian market so far? I haven’t heard of any Walmart deals for the USA
Well now we have some claim to MJ:
Amfil Technologies Inc.'s GRO3 Division Enters Into Exclusive Agreement with Cannabis Infused Beverage Maker, Kalvara, With LOI to Provide an Estimated (8) EcoPro3 Antimicrobial Technology Systems in 2019
Press Release | 11/05/2018
TORONTO, ON, Nov. 05, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- via NEWMEDIAWIRE – Amfil Technologies Inc. (OTC: AMFE), is pleased to announce that the GRO3 subsidiary has been selected as the exclusive supplier of ozone based antimicrobial technology for Virdi Group, the owners of Kalvara, for use in the production of their Cannabis Infused Beverages.
The EcoPrO3 systems will provide complete process water pre-filtration and antimicrobial treatment to ensure they meet and exceed the highest food safety standards while maintaining quality, flavor, and potency. An LOI has also been issued which provides for an estimated 8 EcoPrO3 systems in 2019.
Kalvara is a provider of innovative and high-quality cannabis beverages that are environmentally friendly and free of chemicals, calories, sugar, and preservatives. Kalvara Single and Kalvara Eco four-pack are infused drinks offering an easier, cleaner and more consistent cannabis consumption method. Kalvara uses a proprietary nano-emulsification process that allows a rapid onset delivery of a precise dose of water-soluble THC to the bloodstream, avoiding problems associated with other edibles.
Kalvara utilizes Virdi Group’s innovative VESSL™ delivery system. VESSL™ is a nitrogen-pressurized storage and delivery system which preserves the active ingredients from environmental factors without the need for artificial preservatives. The patented VESSL™ closure delivers a precise and consistent dose of THC in every bottle and maintains product integrity without the need for refrigeration.
“The deal with Kalvara is a perfect fit for GRO3,” stated Ambrose Fillis, President of GRO3. “Kalvara is dedicated to providing products which are natural, healthy, and free from artificial preservatives. GRO3 provides an all-natural, organic, and safe solution ensuring Kalvara’s Cannabis Beverages are of the highest quality and exceed food safety standards.”
The EcoPr03 GRO3 Antimicrobial System was jointly developed between Amfil Tech and A.C.T.S. Inc. which recently rebranded its technology under Advanced Ozone Integration as an extension of the existing ozone technology being utilized in the food and beverage industry and integrated by A.C.T.S. into companies such as Pepsi, Nestle, Sysco, Sun Pacific and many others. The system is a triple-function sanitization unit capable of naturally eliminating 99.9% of water and airborne pathogens and the typically problematic pests that wreak havoc for cultivators (like aphids, whiteflies and spider mites), as well as bacteria, fungus, microbes and mold on surfaces, all without chemicals. The unit can also constantly regulate a given facility's water supply, oxygenating the water and maintaining a consistent PPM infusion of ozone that prevents the formation of algae, bacteria or mold (allowing for comprehensive water recycling), simultaneously removing the need to use pesticides and/or dangerous, often carcinogenic products to treat production problems, as is common throughout the industry today.
The GRO3 Team has made significant strides toward penetrating the Cannabis Industry with the EcoPr03. Currently, GRO3 has 8 additional deals/contracts progressing behind the scenes across multiple sectors of the cannabis market including cultivation, extraction, and infusion. Further details about these upcoming deals can be expected over the coming weeks and as they continue to develop.
You know, many people rightly question the certainty of an LOI.
And you know, there is definitely an Exit point with forward looking statements.
But again, here I think It helps to look things as a whole. What is AMFE’s history with LOI’s?
Way back in 2016, Amfe signed an LOI to buy S&L. What happened? S&L got bought by Amfil Technologies.
Then an LOI was made for the lease of Midtown. What happened? The largest S&L and the flagship got built.
Then an LOI was made for the lease of a building in Tempe. What happened? Tempe got built.
I don’t know about you guys, but the history of the company shows that when an LOI is signed, the company tends to follow through on what was signed.
Sure, we can not predict the future, and something could mess up a deal. Happens to every business. Look at Synchrony Bank and it’s relationship with Walmart. They had a relationship of almost 20 years working together, and yet Walmart chose to break that relationship. Poop happens.
That said, history is witness that to Amfil Technologies, LOIs are not meaningless things.
I see a lot to be happy about, and very little to be unhappy about:
PROS
1. Audits are done and filed. Nobody can question those numbers now.
2. S&L is large and growing. Many joint ventures on the way, with 4 locations now, and projected to have 10 in 2019. Once the 10k is finally filed and we get uplisted to the QB, franchising can really kick in. There are already way over 20 people interested in participating in the future of S&L.
We also participated in the biggest gameboard conference in the world, which brought a lot of new eyes, not only to our new games (self published I should add) but also to our BRAND. I wouldn’t be at all surprised if we got a PR announcing the LOI for the first S&L in Europe...
3. EcoGro3 lives! We now have an exclusive partnership with a maker of infused products. This contract is for 8 units, which brings about $2 million extra for revenue.
And not only that, we have 8 contracts pending as well! This side of the business could equal what S&L brings in with 3 locations (roughly 15 million).
I see a lot of growth. We recently got word that we received exclusive distribution rights for an ENTIRE product line in Canada. We see new KS deals which are distributed by S&L daily, all this in Canada only. We just penetrated the largest market in the world, and we are off with a bang!
By having this corporate location fully funded by a 3rd party, we will reap the rewards much quicker. And the JV will help in that as well.
CONS
1. The 10k isn’t posted yet. We missed a deadline. This would be a pretty huge negative... if we weren’t in the market were we are. It’s a blessing in disguise that this happened here. Where are we going to be delisted to? We are already at the bottom of the barrel. We are at the lousy Pinks...and yet here we are, standing up on our own 2 feet without the need for toxic financing.
Plus, this didn’t happen out of the blue. The auditors had a lot on their plates getting the audits done. So it is very understandable that the work simply ate into the schedule.
But with the audits done, does anyone have any doubt on their minds that the 10k will be also done? Is there any question that they will be filed? No. The audits are proof of that. The 10k will get done. We will meet the requirements for QB, and we will uplist. Along the the whole other catalysts that will happen along the way. It’s as simple as that.
2. The PPS is not were we expect it to be. I think that we all expected this to be in the teens by now. Minimum. It only makes sense. I mean, how is it that so many companies do not make any sort of revenue and their stock is worth .20-.30.50?? And yet, here we are, a legit company, making legit money (in the millions mind you) only trading at .08? Does it make sense? Hell no. The company is set to grow (both in revenue and in size) by leaps and bounds and yet we trade where we are.
I no longer try to understand this market. The sooner we get off the Pinks, the better. All I know is that these prices, they are very cheap. You should buy. Why? Because the company is going to be worth a lot more in a very short time. Distribution. Joint Ventures. Publishing. Franchising. EcoGro3.
The story is EXTREMELY compelling. The writing is on the wall.
My take on the most recent PR:
It was great! It was a great reminder that GRO3 is actually still a thing, and as another poster pointed out, the 8 contracts pending could actually meet what S&L does with 4 locations!
It served to shit people like myself up. I am here mostly for S&L, but now I am forced to recognize that this adds true value to the company, and as Jackpot says, this could be even bigger than S&L!
Now we need to make sure to report this news to all the players who deal with MJ stocks. Do you really think AMFE is well known? Lol
Let’s share the good stuff, there is plenty to share
Welp. With this AMFE is officially an MJ play
That really puts things into perspective. In terms of growth I mean.
Thats what they used to do before
For those of you who have Reddit, I would consider spreading the word through their forums.
There is a page on Reddit called pennystocks which has 77 thousand subscribers.
They also have a page on Marijuana stocks etc.
I was under the impression that AMFE released the AUDITED financials just a few weeks ago.
Are they late for the current filings? Yes.
Is there a logical explanation for this?
Yes.
Are they making money?
Yes.
How can we possibly know?
Just enter any of the 4 locations currently available.
Are they growing?
Yes. S&L is projected to have 10 or more locations by the end of 2019.
Yes. We are set to release our first published games for this holiday season.
Yes. Our distribution deals grow by the day.
Lol you finally got your wish. GRO3 coming soon!
Let’s hope the news is good and it brings in the MJ hype!
Why are people bringing this up? Did I miss anything?
I know Roger said news by Monday, but he never said uplist or 10k filing before that did he?
Agreed. Best news in my mind would include numbers.
But at this point, any update regarding all other subs, particularly GRO3, will be welcomed.
LMAO
At this point I don’t think ANYONE can explain what the heck goes on in this market.
The company is OBVIOUSLY growing, making MILLIONS in revenue, and still GROWING.
I can’t wait until we get off the Pinks. Maybe then the market will be moved by logic.
Oh, I agree. There is a lot of hype still for the MJ market. Many eyes.
Sadly, many of the companies don’t have any revenues to speak off, and are yet worth billions.
I think this is a great chance for us, because we do have revenues, and we are growing.
If those eyes can see us, I think AMFE would become a very attractive buy.
I’ve made it pretty clear that I’m invested here because of Snakes&Lattes, but as long as the other acquisitions bring revenues to the company, I’m all for them!
New Tweets!
GRO3 lives!
How many games can one person bring?
How many games does S&L have?
It doesn’t make any sense to compare what a single individual can bring to what the location has.
The individuals are much better off paying the fee which gives them access to S&L hundreds of games for as much time as they want
Lol why would they change their proven business model for one or two people?
I won’t be able to go to the party :(
I hope you guys can keep us up to date with any new information that you learn!
Long term holders have been through the whole audit debacle.
Compared to that, waiting for the 10k is completely understandable.
We held through the audits and were rewarded with the audits.
We know the 10k is coming.
To sell now would be complete folly, especially with all that is coming.
To the contrary, those of us who know where the company is headed see these prices as gifts to buy more shares.
Is it part of Snakes&Lattes? I was under the impression that it was its own thing.
Can’t wait until we get a company feedback from the results of participating in Essen
Well, tomorrow is a big day. The biggest board game convention in the world starts tomorrow, and Snakes&Lattes will be participating !
Excellent! This is good news! NOW I can consider GRO3 to be worth mentioning!!
Awesome!!
Yes I realize I did. I did not invest in AMFE because of GRO3.
I’m invested in here because of S&L.
You guys know who else is going to attend the Board Game event in Essen? ASMODEE.
Who are they and why are they important?
They are going to bring board games to the Switch.
This is a GREAT place to make relationships
Ok, AMFE is currently at the bottom of the pecking order.
Everything suggests that will change very soon.
And just as you so clearly stated, the market is subject to change.
Isn’t “change” one of the most important factors for any investor?
HUGE changes are coming for AMFE soon:
The AUDITED 10k
UP LIST to OTCQB
IK spin off, dividend in shares for a new company
Self Published games
Participation in the worlds BIGGEST board game convention
More locations!
Yes, the PINKS will act as the PINKS do, usually without any reasoning behind it.
How will the QB act?
You just admitted to the existence of various markets:
“The market, wether PINK or otherwise...”
Yes, the pinks have not treated AMFE well. We will soon see how the QB treats AMFE.
All DD suggests to a huge upside.
I understand how frustrating it is to see one’s investment go down instead of up, but while I understand your frustration, I don’t share it. At least not entirely.
See, in this past year we have seen incredible growth for the company. For some reason or another, the market is not reacting to it as we would hope. But the company now is in a better shape than before. THATS the big picture.
The company is poised to keep growing and making MILLIONS in the short term. That is the big picture.
The CEO has a double duty. One to the company, and another to its investors. Which should he attend first? This is kind of like the question, who came first, the chicken, or the egg?
What has happened so far is that the main attention of the CEO has been towards the company. The company has grown, the audits have been done, we are very near completing the process of the up list. Once that is done, I would expect his attention to return to the stock. He also has a duty to us.
But first things first. He chose this path. Let him finish it.
That said, I am hoping that once his whole ordeal is over, he starts focusing more on the stock action.
“In every investor”
That’s good to know. Once we uplist to the QB, we will have access to a completely new pool of investors, who will have much deeper pockets and will have less shares to buy.
So, this means another promise kept by Roger huh?
Not that anyone’s counting...
Is this the same disclosure that Roger told us about in Twitter?
The awesome thing is that this is big network, on a National level. Excellent!
