Long term holders have been through the whole audit debacle.

Compared to that, waiting for the 10k is completely understandable.

We held through the audits and were rewarded with the audits.

We know the 10k is coming.

To sell now would be complete folly, especially with all that is coming.

To the contrary, those of us who know where the company is headed see these prices as gifts to buy more shares.
