Badge and Lowman were great hosts for the get together and it was both a joy and informative to share a day with them.
Thanks Lowman for providing lunch and Bruce's presentation. The info provided formed a basis for understanding the company past, present and future. There is nothing like looking straight into the horse's mouth as he presents the information. Bruce was a great guy and I am glad that he was a part of the day and is a part of CTUM.
Thanks again to Badge and Lowman. Yes, I will make time to do it again. It is MORE than worth the expense.
Lowman is being toooo kind.
We, Badge included, were all required to bow down and kiss his feet to gain entrance!
No, really, they, both Badge and Lowman were great hosts and it was both a joy and informative to share a day with them.

Worth a reprint, post #64:
Only one of many options/possible reasons for the big D the past couple of days:
"I emailed the CEO a few months ago and he told me that he would turn it over to his new IR firm. It took a couple of months but they did reply. The said the share structure was the same as it is on pinksheets.com. I'm at work and I don't have access to that email, or the email address of the IR firm but I will post it later. The email came about 3 weeks ago.
I've done a lot of DD on this one a few months back. Basically the company that owned 50% of WRNW as cashless and sold their half to a creditor. I dont know if the creditor still owns half of this company or not.
IMO it's a real company that is coming back to life."
Good to see the post Lowman.
IMO its up from here.
See ya Saturday!

Old Bold, please reference again post #15147
The words of this post start with this: “Oldbold, please understand that the Mesa delays are not Tom's fault. He is not the operator of the Mesa well, and therefore he really has no control over when the well will be tested. GeoSurveys, the operator, makes all of these decisions. I can assure you that the testing of the Mesa well has been delayed for a number of very good reasons…..”
I don’t know what your problem is, but a little reality and an actual acknowledgement of the facts will go a long way to solving it. If your purpose is only to p&m, than take that to a mirror. If it is to find info, the above post, from the operator of the site, will help.
You blaming Tom is in no more reality than me blaming you. Get it?
I have no problem with people who review past performance. I have no problem with a full discussion both pro and con.
Unfortunately, you discussion is neither of the above. It is fully twisted! Perverse even in its accuracy and purpose.
For example, in you past 3 posts:
Haliburton - you speak of such in the past tense, accusing Tom of hiding info when such work has yet to be performed. Sorry, the completion rig and independent testing has NOT been done, by anyone. But it will be done in the near future.
Another - you make the false accusation of the board being one sided! Another misleading and twisted statement to serve your hidden true purpose. You certainly did not miss the very recent past discussion both pro and con on the stock structure.
Your tongue is forked, your words are misleading. I continue to question your true motivation, as should all, especially actual stock holders.
EDEX will stand or fall, for the near term on the 3rd party opinion of the completion rig and testing performed. Those results will be released, good or bad, as soon as possible, which is how Tom has performed in the past. Again, quit assuming Tom has control over that which he does not.
One thing on which we will agree, when the truth does come out on the findings of the completion rig, then we will know.
Oh dirty one,
You, w/o my permission have assigned yourself my grand, sovereign protector.
I hereby resign you of your position.
Fact is, if you actually do hope for me to do well in EDEX, your words expose your fantasy.
Now for the rest - I for a moment, do not believe that you are not trying to be my/our protector. I believe you are trying to shake weak shares. I could be wrong.
Your extensive time here with all you negative spin is, as usual, self serving. Either your are psychotic (over wrought with the bitterness of losing $ and trying to take it out on others - us here on the board) or you are trying to shake weak shares. The self appointed grand protector badge leans towards the prior.
Please use the time you have left to seek professional help.
I wish you well.
Eek, a mouse.
Better you go back and actually read Tom's reply to your dirty speculations.
I guess you aren't gonna take me up on the truth or consequences. Yup, you never called Tom. I knew it.
I guess you haven't got enough shares and your trying to scare investors into panic selling still isn't working well enough.
IMO, just "extrapoilating" your data, as usual, shows this true!
Here's hoping you don't get what you want.
Thanks Wildcat for the explainations.
It's truly amazing how some of the alley cats around here can only see the mouse under the queen's chair and totally miss the queen, yet they still do.
Thanks again for the background info.
Let's play Truth or Consequences!
Dirt, you wrote: "Broken record I know. Also I have talked to Tom" (Your punct., not mine.)
Specifically,
1. What were your questions to Tom?
2. What were Tom's specific answers to your questions?
Lets see if Wildcatter will concur.
Tick, tick, tick.....
Time for me to get to work. I will check back later for your answers.
Dirt,
I'm not selling. Thats a fact. You're not buying, so you say. Funny, if you're not buying, and your here posting only negative spin, why are you here? I think it is to shake weak shares. And please spare us about you being the self appointed grand protector of all lemmings and actual DD'ers.
Here are some other facts: I've personally held the seismic print out in my hands. I'ver personally talked face to face with Tony about PIP, its good and bad, its strength and weakness. I know you haven't!
Why don't you quit posting and talk/post after you've talked with Tony and with Tom? Somehow, I don't think you will do this.
Your post only ask vague question to the wrong parties. Classic and pathetic.
Apparently, dirt wants back in at your panic sell.
I for one don't buy your "dirt". 100$, yea, give me a break.
You offer insults to get panic sellers. Pathetic.
To Wildcatter:
IMO, your presence at Ocala and face time with the shareholders and your personal discussions with them will do a lot to increase confidence in EDEX and in you. I hope you will invest, yes, invest in this opportunity. I don't think that your presence will immediately change anything or opinion, but it will be a great first step for all. Are you listening Wildcat?
I make one promise to you if you do invest in this opportunity, and that is that I will be respectful in what and how I speak with you and will do my best to see that others do the same. I will make every attempt to see that your time in Ocala will not be a "war" but a helpful "discussion" for the good of all involved. So, how about it?
It is a good and timely discussion.
abbam, you wrote: Tom owning 44% of the company.
I don't really think that this is a problem, and I also hold the opinion that others have no real problem with this % also.
Here is the crux of the problem.
Whenever the A/S is increased, Tom automatically gets free shares, 44% of what is issued, for free! This is the way he wrote it. (I do understand that it can be argued that he is working for these shares...) But, on into eternity he gets free shares whenever he increased the share structure. (I could be wrong in this, but this is the way I understand it. Please correct me if I'm wrong.)
This is not an issue of control. He could have written in that he holds all the voting shares and limited his shares to whatever % to begin with. This would be no problem with anyone. I don't think that most would have a problem with this.
Even now, he could change this, keeping full ownership and limit his shares to his current level with no new shares issued to him as the A/S is increased. He has not chosen to do this. IMO, he should for the good of the company.
This is the problem: An ongoing automatic 44%. I believe that this should change and his shares limited or at least shares issued (from this point on) on a performance based issue to be determined, not an automatic basis.
I know you understand this whole problem, but I thought I would take a stab at splain' it once again.
Bottom line: Tom is free to do as he pleases. His choices may or may not increase the value of EDEX. His choices may also decrease the value of the PPS. Those are the questions he has to grapple with and choose. Many shareholders are now questioning the ongoing 44% freebees.

To all,
I have really appreciated all the discussion which has taken place the last few days. It does represent both the possibility/future as well as present reality and cons of share structure. It has and is allowing all to make a wise investment decision. I for one have appreciated all the posts.
Again, my kudos on all the presentations both pro and con.
This board is a credit to Ihub and each in particular deserve credit.
So thanks to Badge, Abbam, Harsh, 6kidz, dioblo, wildcatter, Jag, (of course), geo, wtc, dawg22, kingman, mpsna, earl, gator, nervious, nelli, oldbold, tdog, and all the rest.
I hope to meet many of you in person in Ocala.
Top Hat
Geo, any chance of you coming to Ocala? I cannot encourage you enough.
Reminder:
For those who may be interested, we are beginning plans for a shareholder gathering in Ocala, Fla., March 9-11, 2007.
Ocala, Fla, is convenient to 3 different airstops: Orlando, Gainesville, and Jacksonville, and is somewhat centrally located (in Fla.), yet away from pricier tourist destinations.
Tentative location of meeting is planned at the Ritz Historic Inn, of which yours truly will be staying at, from Feb 12th -March 12th, 2007. The phone number for the Ritz is 352-671-9300, lower rates apply for March. Also the web: http://www.ritzhistoricinn.com/
Catering, as well as exact date (10th?), will be determined as event gets closer.
For those who may be interested in attending, contact me at lowchevyman@aol.com (be sure to enter EDEX in subject line).
(It should be noted that this meeting can be considered a tax-deductible trip, and should be planned as such. Shareholders may be needing all the tax deductions they can get, by the end of this year. You only live once!)
Cheers to Badge for the accuracy, context, and vision.
Thanks!
I have spoken with each of the parties and spent fact time with each. Badge, the picture you presented was the same I came away with regarding each ones purpose and part in the plan we call EDEX.
The only thing I would add is a special recoginition of Calvin. He is half the PIP team. He is the drill/geology specialist on the PIP team. With 25+ years of on site experience, he too is a major plus. All told, this gives us: technology, drill experience, geology expertise, leasing and oil experience, as well as fundraising. We do have the makings of a well rounded team.
You, as always, nailed it and also came away with a hope based on the facts.
Kudos, Top Hat
I appreciate the post Hillz.
Confirms what to me was obvious from all the PR recently.
It's now just a matter of time.
Nelli, Thanks for the informative email post.
I trust that this email might even make you change your name!

Some good points as always Low, thanks.
Hemi has a bright future, now and to come. I glad to stay a part of them.
I traded a little Hemi for Eldorado today. Seems the EDEX ship is still too good of a bargain especially at over 2 for 1. I'm still keeping my core though.
But don't worry, I'll be back for more!

Harsh, your posts show a very emotional attachment to EDEX, and your perceived offense.
Rule #1. Never get emotionally attached.
Tis a good starting place. I recommend it to you.
Punch in Clovis, NM.
Its just out of town towards the west.
Bronco, I pm'ed you a week ago about this very issue. Don't know if you are able to receive them or respond to them.
Anyway, do also keep me posted.

The story my broker told me (Etrade) is that different MM's have different stock and can fill whatever first. Then they may look around for other MM's to fill an order. So, if the guys from etrade were lazy, bingo. Mine was a small nothing order, why waste the effort.
I have it in today as a GTC. Will see what happens.
OMG, only 25k Shares. Sorry for the confusion.
Not large, 25K. Your basic good for day limit order.
I placed it before market open. Yet they filled millions at the same price and lower. Games are afoot.
I had a buy in all day for .0036. It never filled.
Don't forget, for people transfering in money to purchase EDEX or for people just jumping into this as a newby to investing, there is now a 5 business day hold on funds after the transfer, (6 business days for most in reality). For real first timers it is a 2-week wait.
For those who read between the lines last Friday and didn't have immediate funds available, it will be next Monday before they could purchase shares.
(I know there are ways around this such as wire transfers....)
This is one of several reasons that the pps is what it is. Others have mentioned several good possibilities.
who are you at Yahoo?
I'd also like to get EDEX at .05! But, it ain't gonna happen.
Heck, I'd like to get it at a penny. Still ain't gonna happen.
Today are sale prices and IMO they won't last long.
Low, best post of the day. We all need to read and reread.

Many things can be said on this board that simply cannot be put in a PR. That is one of the valuable things about a board like this.
There is still one VERY important item no one has yet to touch upon. It is the security that is required in the handling of this new 'goldmine' Tom has now discovered, and make no bones about it, it is a black goldmine!
Where there is money, there is people who want it. They will lie, cheat, and steal for it. Since people even murder for it, the other tactics come much easier.
A grave concern of all inside parties involved here, is how to secure this 'goldmine' from the greedy, selfish entities that will do whatever they can to get it or get at it.
For the very fact that Tom does not want to attract any more attention to this new find than needs be, we are forced to endure 'fuzzy' PR. Without question, if large entities learned of the truths of this new discovery, EDEX could be a target for having the rights to it, stolen from them. In short, EDEX now risks being 'lawsuited' out of this discovery. Hence, the less they KNOW, the less they have to work with. This puts EDEX in a precarious position: keeping investors informed, but not so much so, that undesirable entities also know how much EDEX has 'potentially' hit pay.
Even the very landowners could sue EDEX right back out of mineral rights to it, with a crafty team of lawyers. Why would such a landowner do that? To start his own drilling company and thereby earn a much greater reward from his acreage.
Ultimately? Be patient. When the time is right, all things will be known.
Badge, I wholeheartedly share the same belief.
I too think that Tom & team are bringing in a completion rig because they have good reason to.
I find both the last 2 pr's very positive based on Tom's past performance and conservative approach.
Glad you're back in at an great price. Now time for the ride.
One good thing about the wait into the 1st Q'07, is that it gives Tom & team time to sign more leases!
I too picked up some more! 400K.
I like the fire sale.
Good to hear about 4degree, any word about Stabilo and who he is?
Thanks again for the update Low.
Plugger, my understanding from talking w/ Tom in the past was that next spring '07, we would drill the next 2 wells back to back if we can secure a drill in time. The specific locations were shown at the shareholders conference in CA.
Time will tell.
Badge, if this girl was a past lover, I might be more concerned with her casting out false measurements.
Fear and Greed drives the market.
That explains what is happening, both w/ EDEX and HMGP.
