There is still one VERY important item no one has yet to touch upon. It is the security that is required in the handling of this new 'goldmine' Tom has now discovered, and make no bones about it, it is a black goldmine!
Where there is money, there is people who want it. They will lie, cheat, and steal for it. Since people even murder for it, the other tactics come much easier.
A grave concern of all inside parties involved here, is how to secure this 'goldmine' from the greedy, selfish entities that will do whatever they can to get it or get at it.
For the very fact that Tom does not want to attract any more attention to this new find than needs be, we are forced to endure 'fuzzy' PR. Without question, if large entities learned of the truths of this new discovery, EDEX could be a target for having the rights to it, stolen from them. In short, EDEX now risks being 'lawsuited' out of this discovery. Hence, the less they KNOW, the less they have to work with. This puts EDEX in a precarious position: keeping investors informed, but not so much so, that undesirable entities also know how much EDEX has 'potentially' hit pay.
Even the very landowners could sue EDEX right back out of mineral rights to it, with a crafty team of lawyers. Why would such a landowner do that? To start his own drilling company and thereby earn a much greater reward from his acreage.
Ultimately? Be patient. When the time is right, all things will be known.
