That Instagram page has manufacturing license and cultivation license. Is that 2 of 3? And awaiting one more?
Anyone know the share conversion amount or have a link?
Definitely shows growth and follow through on plans. Great timeline. In my opinion, WW provides truthful forward guidance. Share reduction coming and 18 labs in 2018. In another 2-3 years this will be a known and established brand in the cannabis space, given the states continue to exercise their rights and continue to legalize.
Agree. Will that result in a later buyout price/ conversion of CMED to acbff
It’s on mine
Well good news gap filled and I’m assuming RSI and other trading fundamentals have been reset with the pullback and now that clarification about leaving it to states is spreading we should be back to $2 by end of week.
So really he should have just protected the states if that’s how feels. But I guess he doesn’t want to encourage the growth safely.
CNBC said Sessions will let federal prosecutors where pot is legal decide how aggressively to enforce federal marijuana law.
Depends the value of how the money is spent. No different if you were giving $300,000. It wouldn’t be good for your stock if you bought all candy bars with it or bought an investment property that was swamp land and couldn’t be used for anything. You’d want to put it to work to maximize your gains. It’ll be good for the stock if they use the money strategically to maximize its potential growth and revenues. Always about getting the most bang for your buck.

Thanks to this board for all the insight and entertainment from all the regulars. Here’s to another blessed, grateful, and happy new year!
D! GP has 1.9mill in revenue and almost same market cap as EVIO right now and we are guesstimating about 3 million in revenue? Would that mean we should be about 50% more market cap than them which would be about 18 mill = about $1.74 right now in comparison to D! GP. And on 9.4 mill in revenue that’s about $6.72.
What multiplier do you use for your share price valuation of EVIO.
1.9 mill*
About 1.5 mill in revenue from 1 lab?
The thing about the end of the year taxing selling myth for EVIO was that everyone had all year to sell for a tax loss.
That’s 100k in volume
Bid above share price.
Agree. Hit above that mark last year and expansion justifies share structure value just need the numbers reported to confirm and growth to continue at same pace with increasingly better financing. Also share reduction, only waiting meeting.

Was down for me earlier but is working now.
Cliff notes from article:
https://www.theverge.com/2017/12/22/16808964/california-weed-laws-legal-prop-64-safe-labs
There is a transition period of six months, which means dispensaries won’t have to throw out weed harvested this fall; they’ll just have to affix a label that it hasn’t been tested to the state’s current standards. There is now a phased-in testing schedule, where labs need to test for pesticides, residual solvents, and other contaminants at one level on Jan. 1 and a stricter level on July 1.
Back in the spring, California released a document about the contaminants they’d be screening for: pesticides, residual solvents and processing chemicals, microbiological impurities, heavy metals, and foreign material. Some of these contaminants are universally and immediately understood: who wants to buy weed mixed with a bunch of rat hairs (more formally: foreign materials)? Scanning for heavy metals like lead and arsenic seems to make sense, but not every state does it. When it comes to pesticides and some “microbiological impurities,”
“We spent a tremendous amount of time just educating the market,” Glauser said.
Oregon is a much smaller state with fewer testing regulations. If Oregon is any example though, Glauser said California labs can expect to get flooded with marijuana, see a backup in the labs, experience huge stress in the industry, and, eventually, find an evening out.
Meanwhile, EVIO is on a hiring spree in California, where they’re getting ready to open a handful of new labs in the north and the south. (The Central Valley is a bit of a dead zone for weed testing, both because it doesn’t have comparable population centers and because there’s enough pesticide drift there that Central Valley weed rarely tests clean unless it’s grown indoors.) “There are lots of people who are chemists with experience testing similar substances and using this kind of equipment – maybe they test grapes or pharmaceuticals,” Glauser said. “But I haven’t seen many migrating into cannabis yet.” She hopes to win the best of California’s fruit and pharma testers over to the weed side.?
“If Oregon now has 20 labs, you’ll need more than 100 labs in California to get this to work at the same scale.” EVIO is currently opening a location in Costa Mesa and eyeing a number of others in the Inland Empire, the Emerald Triangle, the Bay Area, and the Sacramento Valley. Glauser opened their first seven labs in a year and a half. “We’ve got the system down,” she said.
Really hoping 10k is timely.
What exchange?
10k is right around the corner.
Any speculation on how many potential labs this could fund in Canada?

Says was originated in NYC but that is a Canadian branch. So hoping this will be used to Canadian expansion of Evio.

Obviously this isn’t the type of financing we hope for. But comparing this deal to previous is it better or worse? And does it mean anything the article was posted in Canada?
We need meaningful news while there’s interest. Estimated numbers for Oct/Nov. estimate for quarter. Early 10k. Something.
If we are profitable this quarter filings showing that are due feb 15th ish.
How do I calculate 20 day VWAP of ACB?
Thanks!
Sounds like a no brainer for CMED holders. That’s 4x their money right now. If no changes in deal.
So each share of CMED I’ll be bought at $24 and transferred to ACB shares at $2.28? If 100 shares of CMED will = $2,400 at $2.28 ACB = 1,052 shares of ACB at $7.85 today = $8,258. Is that how it would play out?
I took the gamble that deal would go through before 105 calendar days and aurora was at about $4 (American). I got 257 shares of CanniMed hoping to get 4.5 aurora for each basically buying me 200 more than the 900 at $4. But if over $5.30 and renegotiation I may get closer to 900 or less unless they raise value to CanniMed as well because of “full cap price” valuation. Just hoping the deal goes through sooner rather than later so I get an extra 200 shares for equal invest.
Just what to clarify that your calculations were based on Auroras current CANADIAN dollar? Because the $24 buy is Canadian dollars.
