If what the fudster is saying had any merit, then the recent 10K would have mentioned it, if a potential denial of approval was at stake....based on a "patient" that was given the treatment without their say-so 9 years ago...and coupled with he did not have GBM...Very fishy I say 'ol chap!.
Seems like you're over extending your nip.
"So... after NWBO is approved, will you stay here..."
For all of their efforts, the stock is not going down...Most likely buying everything retail is throwing out there.
They need 10's of millions to cover not 10's of 10's!
Couldn't happen to a "nicer" bunch!!
"Controlled GMP cryostorage: existing capacity for 3 million vials."
I can hear it now....The infamous 7 saying (on a conference call)...How in the hell did this piece of shxt company accomplished all of this??....We need to cover soon and fast because our losses here will be far greater than what happen to us on GameStop!
The supply chain issues WILL improve...Because there is money to be made to improve them!
Money is the motivator!!!
Seemed like buyout after approval.
New peer-reviewed publication already accepted:
"a patient with an enormous (14 cm.) GBM tumor of which only half could be removed by surgery and the remaining half regressed with treatment by DCVax-L and nutritional support for the immune system (case study accepted for peer reviewed publication)."
I wonder if that 100,000 block at .57 is a spoof by CTSI?
One would think, if they had half a brain, they would attempt to cover ASAP...Perhaps the is what is going on.
Odd trading...lots of big blocks
Let's see if that block is pulled as we get closer to the close...we may have a positive day after all.
It is a signal to buy and that is exactly what I did today.....I added yet again...My kids also have added significantly!
Last call for the .56xxxxxxxx
This will be a great month!!
I believe we are on the cusp of a major run!
Why?
1) We are over half way thru the 150 day submission.
2) The charts indicate such.
3) The fudsters are unprecedented in their tactics. No shame whatsoever.
4) The 10K was delayed in order to postpone the real news of a partner.
5) Shorts need to cover desperately.
6) New buyers want in before news.
7) Because I said so! LOL!!
Some fudsters are getting brave thinking the MTD will be granted AND they won't be discovered!
Can't wait for the MTD to be dismissed and discovery identifies these fudsters.
They are SOOOOO Desperate!
Looking forward for the run to begin and see them scramble!
We are over the 150 day hump....acceleration will pick up and thus the old fudsters will use new alias.
People, people, people….
Ignore the nemesis!!
Can’t you see, so many have all the other fudsters on ignore that they had to create a new alias to generate negativity?
Just ignore. And we are so very close!!!
That’s why they are coming out of the woodwork to generate fear.
They are so desperate BECAUSE they are in SO DEEP. Let them cover at $10…Oops…Good thing I didn’t sign a NDA! :)
My understanding is the company will settle (if the price is right) AND if if the parties agree to stop the manipulation.
Even the company wanted to go all the way, with a trial, the lawyers (who are funding the lawsuit) may want to settle.
Perhaps we finally see revenue from compassionate use.
Interesting that problem occurred in Q3 and didn’t find the error until Q4…
I wonder if it was the result of value determination for a potential partner?
would still be partially personalized as the dendritic cells themselves
If so, think of the paradigm shift....What would that be worth?!!
I wonder since many of the brain tumors have many of the same characteristics, is it possible to treat a patient(A) with the tumor lysate of another patient(B)?
Especially, if patient A's tumor is unreachable, then is it possible to use lysate from patient B?
I can see it now....The PR on approval will mention the fact, the MHRA approved in record time, which is a testament of the safety and effectiveness for DCVax....The compassionate use data was instrumental in approving DCVax for all solid tumors!
It is possible!!!
test...system is still extremely slow....
In the next few days we should be entering the FOMO stage.
We are at a point where excellent news can happen at any day!
I’m looking forward to it!!
Thank you!!
Is anyone else having issues accessing iHub on a Mac? My phone is okay it’s just my desktop. Keep getting error “503 Service Unavailable” with both google and safari.
NWBO and Advent will need to make projections about sales
Very nice!
He is speaking at 1:00 pm EDT
Global Calumny Funds:
Third would be to always have someone there, 3 shifts, 24 hours a day, so busy from the line of oncologists and patients wanting to use DCVax.
100 per month and 1200 annually
Will this be the week we start our climb?
With so many newsworthy events, on the near horizon, it's about time we start the move!
I've been increasing my position the last couple of weeks and will again today!
Instead of pushing your stock screens, give us an idea where you think the stock is heading and if you are correct, then you have something to push.
Until then, you are just noise.
into a new era of excellence
I wonder what the backup plan is in case of fire?
At least hopefully, they will have a market disruption insurance policy.
I wouldn't put anything past these low lives HFs/MMs.
They already, lie, cheat, steal and have no respect for the sanctity of life.
I gather, by the number of posts that are skipped when I hit the "next" button, the "shorts"/fudsters are out in full force and it is easy to discern that they are losing the battle they desperately need to win.
I take it their bonus check next quarter won't look very good!
"Here's another bit that caught my eye
What your question really goes to is how will international recognition impact on our regulatory role for the future? My hope is that we will certainly retain some of the important innovation pathways where we add value. Let me give you an example in relation to personalized immunotherapies. Because the U.K.’s health ecosystem is joined up, we're able to bring clinicians and health care organization leaders into the regulatory discussions. In this way, we can consider dedicated regulatory pathways for products that have a very short shelf life or products that are tailored to the genomics of a particular cancer or indeed therapies for very rare genetic disorders. These are quite a challenge for regulation, and it's not going to be ‘one size fits all.’ The question is whether we can license platforms as opposed to products. This is a really exciting time in the evolution of regulation, and my ambition is for our voice to be part of that international discussion that is now ongoing."
How many would take $3 in a bought -out right now?
I woudn't be surprised when the MHRA grants approval it will be more than brain cancer...
If all the MHRA's rhetoric means anything, the shock and awe moment will occur very soon.
Just remember this:
We committed fully to the goals of addressing health data governance internationally and grasping the opportunities of use of real-world data to enhance regulatory decision-making
Thanks for the post! Great read!
Besides the quote you provided, I like this:
My hope is that we will certainly retain some of the important innovation pathways where we add value. Let me give you an example in relation to personalized immunotherapies. Because the U.K.’s health ecosystem is joined up, we're able to bring clinicians and health care organization leaders into the regulatory discussions.
And this:
We committed fully to the goals of addressing health data governance internationally and grasping the opportunities of use of real-world data to enhance regulatory decision-making, including evidence generation in areas where there are data ‘deserts’
Bottom line, MHRA’s Approval is going to be STUNNING!!!
Been away for awhile. Sold 80% of my shares at $6.16 but am now looking to get back in if things are shaping up
