1 Patent settlement with largest cable companies pending
1 SEC delisted but company paying share holders 40cents on the dollar pending was supposed to close July.

Also in Asta they removed old CEO for fraud and currently in process of removing there shares.

Wshe just got pink current today after 3yrs working though some old fraud a director was evolved with.

Long story short CRGA has something unique about it and the story will come out. Hedge funds books are getting cleaned up. Shorty has been covering either by themselves or court ordered/settlements.

Buddy posted accumulation at 78mill. Believe the float is 68mill. Shorty short 10mill shares here. Good luck getting the volume to cover that position before filings hit.

I agree going current isn't the same catalyst it use to. Some move alot don't. Smart management would want filings current so as many investors could buy.

I think we are under the radar because of the FL name issue. People think no filings no merger. Since that the usual path. We already landed the merger and when filings it I Believe it will surprise the market. With our Mico float and Diamond Hand holders this can 1000% the same day.

We differently set up for a solid move. All share blocks are small know 50k100k last few weeks I've seen some big walls 300k 500k. Smart money accumulated those and know dealing with flippers little blocks.
