Actually if the MM's have sold nothing but FAKE SHARES for the past 6 years then there's a high probability that all of those supposed 6 billion shares are fake and won't get the divvy. LOL
Funny how the silly conspiracies come back to bite their inventors in the butt.
Not sure that there's anything funny about a group that supposedly holds 6 billion shares trying to spread false information about the company.
I know it's overlooked by most because it's supposed to cast the company in a positive light but either way it's disturbing.
"Just my group IN ONE STATE"
So someone who has a "group at their fingertips" has a history of posting misleading statements?
What exactly is the intention of this supposed "group"?
GBPCHF- Nice double top on the 1 hour. Daily look even nicer for the short. 167.49
My post regarding the PR came before yours, so why would you claim that?
Aside from the obvious MI...
MFridge: "March 2007 when the big ad campaign (magazines etc.) was supposed o be started."
DCJR: "The company never stated that. Do your DD before posting such frivolous accusations."
MFridge: "My DD is a PR from the company. What's yours?"

PayChest Announces Marketing Plan for March 2007
HUNTINGTON BEACH, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- February 22, 2007 -- PayChest Inc. (PINKSHEETS: PYCT) today provided updates regarding the commencement of the company's Marketing Plan for the remaining part of this financial quarter (ending March 2007).
Our public campaign in the US will include advertising and editorials in major business and community magazines and other publications and performance based client generation programs (internet, commissioned reps, telemarketing, ISO's, etc). This will generate awareness, interest, leads, customers, vendors and more revenue generating joint venture opportunities. The first articles are expected to be published in early March and will be an ongoing process. Celebrity, other prominent business endorsements and TV coverage are expected to commence during second and third quarters of 2007.
PayChest is already in an advanced stage of negotiations with a few prominent US-based partners for our E-commerce solution. These partners will be joining PayChest in a revenue sharing program that can lead to the generation of mutually substantial profits, from their sale of goods and services. PayChest is expected to close the first contracts during March and will continue to attract other bigger players on a similar program.
Management has also started attracting offshore manufacturers, distributors and other offshore portals to join PayChest in a global business venture. PayChest will have its first contract signed within the month of March. We have other similar groups on standby and plan on bringing between one or two major players per country in each of the next two quarters. PayChest will be provisioning its technology infrastructure with local partners in each of these countries. This will lay down the foundation for our joint global infrastructure. This coordinated marketing effort will provide faster and easier expansion within each region or country. We are currently negotiating with partners in South East Asia and China, Parts of Africa, India and Latin America.
Our consumer marketing involves focus and special interest groups with a substantial membership base that we have been negotiating with from the past. The world rewards program will be released during March providing savings, incentives and purchasing power for our consumers, with access to products and services globally.
Mr. Pillay, PayChest's CEO stated, "We are leveraging the resources, products and marketing skills of our strategic partners to create rapid growth and mutual profit sharing opportunities for all of the parties involved. This is the most cost effective way to do business and compete on a global scale. This distribution system provides a win-win relationship for consumers, distributors and local manufacturer partners."
Celebrity endorsements even. LOL
They are a creative bunch.
Once again you are incorrect.
Do your due diligence.
"please give us the links to those surveys??? "
Hmm.. there don't seem to be any. Ever stop to think that if the product was in high demand that there would be such surveys accessible- and that there would be such a product on the shelves currently all over the world?
It doesn't matter who makes the pads sold by Tomkit- if there were a big demand, then the company who does make them would be huge. If the product was in such high demand then one of the Big 3 would produce them.
It's a multi-billion dollar market yet no flushable pad has any sizable part of that- that's because of lack of demand. Surveys aren't needed to know that- just common sense.
The same common sense that says that this stock isn't going to go up 10,000% or 40,000% as you claim- or whatever the story is today.
Actually the huge month was supposed to be in March 2007 when the big ad campaign (magazines etc.) was supposed to be started.
But it was a "good thing" that Pillay reneged on all that given that he's done nothing but good for PYCT. LOL
"your support for their competitor is somewhat puzzling."
Ok, so people are supposed to bash competitors? For what reason?
This product (flushable pads) is supposed to change the world and make everyone rich. Why would a competitor's success be looked at as a back thing? If anything, it should used to support the claim that there's a need and a market for the product.
The only one who's actually supported the competition is the person who purchased their product- and that's you.
So you find it puzzling that you're supporting them?
"this looks like siginifcant step forward for the company"
LOL- I hope those errors were introduced in cut and pasting and not what the company actually put out.
Since when do wrong answers heat up a kitchen? Save the smugness for when you're right.
Your statement that cotton is not biodegradable was flat out wrong. The statement regarding it being flushable is moot because neither company we're discussing has said anything about providing a flushable cotton product. Next time take a moment to understand the conversation you're taking part in.
No, like washing cotton panties. That's what most women do with theirs.
Good lord.... what don't you understand? They don't claim that you're supposed to flush the cotton panties! You flush the biodegradable pads and throw away or wash the panties.
How many times do you need to be told this?
If you personally feel that TomKit is off topic then you should probably stop posting about it.
The rest of us will continue to post about any companies with like products. Posting about the industry is not off topic.
This is an IHUB pinky board. Any company with a similar product is going to be attacked, made fun or and criticized for no reason.
Interesting that Flushaway is going to be huge because it's green, but anyone else with a like product is BAD! It doesn't count. It's easier to mock it and bash it even though they've got what PYCT wants- customers.
Of course if Flushaway announced tomorrow that they were going to purchase the Tomkit deal then Tomkit would become the greatest thing ever! LOL
I'll bet you're right. I'll also bet than a ban or two might be in order.
Then take that up with Prima Soriano if you believe that they're lying about the product.
And since when is cotton not biodegradable? Can you provide some due diligence there?
That discussion is two-sided so no one is trying to run anyone off the board. I will state that the bets need to stop though.
And unfortunately many posts are off topic but I'm trying to be a moderator and not a babysitter.
"Why don't you order their pads and find out if what you believe is actually valid? There's alot more required of the ladies to ensure their flushability. But then, you'll never really know unless you test them, right? "
What are you talking about!? You think people should buy the product, attach a little string, flush it then pull it back up to see if it's degrading properly?
It's not the consumers responsibility to test the product- why would you insinuate that it is?
"do you have any idea what the lady must do in order to flushaway to any degree of success?"
I believe it has something to do with the little handle on the back of the toilet.
If you find out something to the contrary let the board know.
Yup. Tom was happy to verify that the pads being sold are not Flushaway's. Unfortunately a poster wanted to insinuate that they were.
"You mean like Vietnam contacts, PYCT being the next Paypal, PayPal buying out PYCT, a global product, call John Young and the like? I see.
Good to know that it's not just the company that's concerned about the untruths being spread about them.
"and the e-mail was 10 days late"
The email was late? Did they promise you a response date and then not deliver? Anything to knock Tomkit huh? LOL
"all they do id buy the pads from someone else and RE-PACKAGE THEM"
Indeed. They buy the pads from a company (not Flushaway) that manufactures and markets flushable pads- apparently to some degree of success. That's something PYCT certainly doesn't do.
"but im sure you knew that."
LOL- seriously I didn't. Not sure about some people ya know.
Glad you know there's a difference between the two. Not a bad idea at all really.
Something tells me that stuffing a pad into a bullet wound isn't going to have the same affect as a tampon- and with no applicator it won't be easy either.
For about the 50th time...
When a post is deleted there is a note that tells you who deleted it. DO NOT accuse the moderators of this board of deleting a post when they CLEARLY did not and you've been clearly TOLD that they have not.
You are free to take the deletion up with the ADMIN WHO ACTUALLY DELETED THE POST!
It makes no sense to continually ask someone why they deleted your post when it's clearly noted that they are not the one who deleted it.
Can I possibly make this more clear?
"More "TWISTING" I see?"
You're doing the twisting when you refer to PYCT as a listed stock, plain and simple.
Luckily the posters here see through this stuff- that's obvious. Sounds like going back to ignoring this junk is called for.
Keep trying though.
You're right in the aspect that they are not required to file but incorrect about the rules IMO. PYCT has ignored the rules for so long that they simply don't apply to them given that they're not listed anywhere.
Unfortunately that doesn't paint the company in a positive light now does it?
"Pinksheet (OTC) listed companies..."
Pink sheet quoted companies are not listed anywhere. Why do insist on referring to them as listed? You've been around long enough to know that what you are posting is false.
"You must not know all the rules for pink sheets. "
All the rules for pinksheets? Go ahead, list those. LOL
The rules of publicly traded companies still apply to PYCT- they just choose to ignore them which is why they're quoted on the Pinksheets.
BTW- samples aren't ready yet. A PR will announced when/if they're ready.
Hopefully no one has been camping out by the mailbox.
"When was that statement made? "
About 3:45 this afternoon.
"Production could have started 2 minutes after that comment."
And all negotiations to produce could have been called off as well.
Try talking to Hands and report back instead of contributing to the nonsense. If it did start before 4pm today I'm sure he'll let you know. This is the so-called "no spin zone" so why would you try and spin something that's straight from IR and able to be confirmed with a simple phone call? Is admitting to being wrong such a bad thing?
Until he or the company has told you that production has started, don't say that it has. Doing so is misleading.
"most the longs here know the truth about this company"
Of course they do, it's been in black and white for some time.
Except for who the CEO is, when the filings and divy will really be out, etc....
But posting about 40,000% gains is more fun I guess. Common sense be darned.
" no one knows what the pps is going to do, but all know we are in for a good ride"
If no one knows what the PPS is going to do, then how can all know that we're in for a good ride?
All can hope we're in for a good ride- that's about it. Hopefully those hopes aren't based on the bogus information posted by some but to each his own.
Well, Tom has indeed stated that production has not started yet. Perhaps you should inform the company that they should correct the last PR given there's "no way" that they can get them on the shelves when they've stated.
Or are you saying that he's fibbing again?
"Flushaway has got to already be in production as we speak. No other way they can get the products on the shelf by "Early 2010"."
Indeed you did not. I lumped your topic in with the other discussion regarding the attorney, my bad.
Regarding your original statement:
"What im saying if PYCT is doing something wrong why would you share an office where you could get busted ?"
They don't have control over who rents that space with them. Not to mention that attorney could have rented after them.
Plus there's no reason to assume a past SEC attorney would cause a problem for a company that shares the office. Of course if it's an old retired attorney that has nothing better to do then research all the companies that share the space looking for pinksheet scams then that might pose a problem.
I do see what you mean though, just don't think there's anything to it, for the reasons stated.
Hopefully the company is more concerned with producing a product and not who they share their rented air with.
""They have to be honest."
How in the world do you figure this? If this were true then there wouldn't ever be any false PRs in the first place.
"The SEC is monitoring their press releases to insure truthfullness."
How do you figure this?
You think the SEC read the PR, hopped on a plane to a destination that they don't even know, headed over to a testing facility that has yet to be announced, knocked on the door and demanded to view the testing process to verify the PR?
Or maybe they simply called Tom Hands and took his word for it. lol
And they obviously didn't "monitor for truth" the PR about a CEO being named soon, or the divvy being done soon, the filings being out soon- or even further back- the huge ad campaign that was due out in 2007. These are all things that turned out to be untrue.
Am I misunderstanding you? I simply don't see any basis for your statement whatsoever.
Retrace the conversation. The untrue statements being addressed are the ones that some shareholders are making up.
Of course I don't expect much from scammy pinksheet companies, but I'd like to think that posters can have enough integrity to not make stuff up and try to mislead people.
If someone wants to attack others for being wrong about a reverse split while repeatedly making stuff up meant to mislead people, then more power to them. To each his own I guess. Ignoring the BS is the best option- works for me.
