Wow! Chugga, chugga, choo, choo, keep it going!
I have an account with TDA which hasn't been migrated over to Chuck Schwab, but maybe that's because I already have an account with Schwab too.
No, but getting closer every day.
Next week will be interesting; would like to have seen a higher close, could dip again, just holding and waiting.
The pressure to expand Medicaid in Tennessee is steadily increasing. It'll have an enormous impact on the performance of rural hospitals there once it's accepted. It's just a matter of time.

Wrong. Not trillions. 29 billion outstanding. Here's a quote from page 55 of the latest S-1/A on May 9th: "1% of the number of shares of our common stock then outstanding, which currently would equal approximately 299,343,200 shares"
'Cause we got one helluva storm brewing here. $$RNVA$$
Tic toc, this is headed up soon.
Yep. And it was 2 and 3 Billion last month. RNVA getting chomped.
There are other, easier ways to get this above a cent such as announcing some good news.

Blue Star Foods to Participate in EF Hutton Investor Conference on May 10th & 11th in New York City. It could be the catalyst we need to launch BSFC.
But it was 1.2 billion today, which is down from 2 and 3 billion. It's headed in the right direction.
Interesting article here:

"President Joe Biden’s administration has offered a $1.5 billion bonus to incentivize states that haven’t expanded their programs. That played a role in North Carolina's change of heart, as GOP legislators say they’ve found a way to expand the state's Medicaid program without raising taxes or compromising quality of care. Expect the last 10 states, most of which are strongly Republican, to eventually sign on, too."
"Several factors have made it more palatable for Republican states to adopt the expansion.
First, the ACA is helpful to hospitals in less affluent rural communities, which often are Republican-leaning areas. And hospitals are the big institutional losers under the ACA when a large number of their patients remain uninsured.
Expanded Medicaid remains a great deal for state budgets, since the federal government covers almost all the costs. Right now most states have healthy budget situations, but when they don't? It's going to be hard for them to say no to an easy fix."

Sub cent actually makes it easier to buy the stock.
Continuation of an entity as a going concern is assumed in financial reporting in the absence of significant information to the contrary. "Going concern" is standard auditor language (a disclaimer if you will). Get that through your thick skull.

Matt Harris, an economics expert from the Boyd Center for Business & Economic Research at the University of Tennessee, spoke about the need for a Medicaid expansion in Tennessee. He believes that it's a good idea.Tennessee is one of the bottom ten states for health coverage and an expansion would also support thousands of new jobs, boosting earnings in the state by $1.5 billion.
Looks like the reversal is on.
Agreed 1000%
I wish I could say it was me.
Tic Toc
OR, orrrr, the real ask could only be 500 mil.
Wow, 2 billy to 1.5 billy in one day!
The demand for better access to rural healthcare, and the increasing need for behavioral health services, clearly adds strength to Rennova Health's position, representing significant potential for shareholders.
According to the American Hospital Association, nearly 20% of Americans live in rural areas and depend on their hospitals as important – and often only – sources of care in their communities. Meanwhile, The U.S. behavioral health market size was valued at USD 76.44 billion in 2021 and is projected to grow from USD 79.69 billion in 2022 to USD 105.14 billion by 2029, according to Fortune Business Insights.
Nope again. That 200 billion on the ASK does NOT have to all be sold at .0001. The ASK amount can move up at any time...like as soon as we get a bid at .0001.
Nope. The news alone of Medicaid expansion in Tenn will be enough to launch RNVA to copper.
Anticipating one (of many) catalysts that could move RNVA soon - Medicaid expansion in Tennessee.
"There is no moral, medical or monetary reason not to expand TennCare. Since 2014, Tennessee has forfeited more than $20 billion dollars, a portion of which were taxes paid by Tennesseans. If expanded, 300,000 uninsured people would receive health care and hospital closures would be reduced, especially in rural areas. It is important to note that since 2014, other states have expanded Medicaid, leaving only 11 states not doing so. Four of the eight states surrounding Tennessee have expanded and there are serious discussions in two other states.
It is way past time for our legislature to get over its problems with "Obamacare" and the governor to put an immediate stop to this 10-year moral failure, one of the worst in Tennessee history. Medicaid's longtime success and popularity make a wise and fiscally responsible choice for Tennessee to expand it this legislative session."
Actually, the "odds are" that there will NOT be another R/S after it has already had an incredulous 9 reverse splits.
Many rural hospitals need medicaid to survive. Jellico would have survived if Tennessee had Medicaid. But there is renewed effort to get Tennessee onboard with the program. It's only a matter of time now that Tennessee has National attention lately and the "Tennessee Three" have gone to the White House to meet with Biden today.
"Since the passage of the Affordable Care Act in 2010, states have had the option to expand their Medicaid programs to every adult with an income below 138% of the federal poverty level.
Tennessee remains one of the 11 states that has declined to do so. As many have noted, this makes no sense – financially, medically or morally."

Patience will pay here
...Blue Star Foods Corp ... is pleased to announce preliminary unaudited fourth quarter and full year 2022 revenue growth of 22% to approximately $2.0 million and 20% to approximately $12.0 million, respectively...
John Keeler, Executive Chairman and CEO of Blue Star Foods, commented, “We are pleased with our finish in 2022, as our business has returned to growth following a slowdown from the Covid-19 pandemic. We have witnessed increased demand from our retail channel partners for our imported crab meat from overseas. Additionally, our RAS segments, with salmon in British Columbia, Canada and soft-shell crab in South Carolina, are performing well and poised for expansion.”
Yessir, it does. Loading up more.
You already posted that at least twice TODAY. Got any new material? We'll see who gets the last LOLOLOLOLOLOL...etc
"Davis ended the interview by asking Lagan what message he would like the Company’s shareholders to take away from the interview. Lagan responded by saying that he hoped the listeners would see the progress that has been in the past year and that continued progress would be made for the remainder of this year."
Interpretation: NO MORE R/S
He has to have the 250 billion in reserves. Once the buying frenzy begins, the volume will be astronomical. 29 billion volume in one week when it went to .0004 a few months ago.
NOBODY LIKES THEIR COMPANY TO BE A SUB-CENT STOCK! And he said that BEFORE the last two splits! He is NOT saying that now. He recently stated that he see NO R/S in the foreseeable future, which means as far into the future as you can IMAGINE or PLAN!
That statement was from 2018.
Yeah, I know you already acknowledged that.
Key word = "potentially"
"As of March 30, 2023, the registrant had 29,934,322,257 shares of Common Stock outstanding."
