OMG that is completely wrong. Congress has nothing to do with our fate. FHFA and Treasury will sign off on the conservatorship in a 3-4 page document. This occurs in 2027 or 2028 when the capital rule is satisfied and we are fully recapitalized. Warrants will be cancelled. SPSA will be triggered diluting us by a factor of five. That’s my understanding.
