Thanks for sharing the experience.
I will share my experience of counting the zeros on my UOIP special dividend with the board too. I expect the payout to be between 20 cents to 2 dollars per share.
It is very easy to transfer $0.00.
This is just my opinion, of course. I am sure there are others who have been in such situation so they can help better here.
It may depend on whether we get our special dividend via check or electronically deposited into our accounts (some prefer to send checks as it is a better form of tracking/recording a fund/special dividend distribution).
If by check...definitely more than a week.
If electronically, it should be done by Friday (within a week time frame).
I think financial institutions are required to distribute funds to their clients as soon as they are able to. It is like when you try to transfer your 401K to your IRA account in another institution (or broker) after you retire or change jobs. They cannot keep your money for too long.
This is a great read on how TAs are responsible for Maintaining Share Records, Dividend Payments, IRS Reporting (of dividends), Handling One-time Events, and Handling Votes of Shareholders even for smallest shareholder!
Our TA has the list of shareholders before it was revoked.

"Transfer Agent – Meaning, Functions And Importance
Transfer Agent (TA) is a term that you would have come across if you trade in shares or securities. It is a financial service provider that keeps the records for a public company as to who owns its stock or bonds. TA performs a host of other services also, such as issuing stock certificates, managing lost or stolen certificates, transmitting dividends, reports and more.
Basically, it is the responsibility of the TA to keep track of who owns a company’s stock and bonds. Also, a TA must determine if a particular security is registered under the name of a broker house or an individual investor.

Final Words
For example, Company ABC has 10,000,000 outstanding shares. If it shares trade daily, how does it keep track of who owns the shares and how much. This is what the transfer agent does.
Transfer Agent is usually a bank or a trust company or any other financial institution that a company appoints to keep a record of its securities. In some cases, a company can act their own TA. When TA performs the functions of a Registrar also, we may refer to them as Registrar And Transfer Agents or TRA.
The use of technology has made things very easy for the TR. Now, using the direct registration system (DRS), one can directly register the stock with the issuer or the transfer agent. Even though ownership records are electronic, a TA may issue stock and bond certificates in physical form to the new investors.
Functions of Transfer Agent
TA performs the following functions:
Maintaining Records
TA is responsible for maintaining and managing records of the public companies. The records include a 4, along with the information such as the name of the shareholder, contact information, dividend information (if any), or any other useful info. Moreover, the TA must ensure that all the information is up-to-date, such as updating records with new contact information, change in address and more.
Dividend Payments
It is the job of TA to pay timely dividends to the registered shareholders. They pay the dividends on the basis of registrar’s records. Also, they are responsible for sending interest payments to the bondholders, and the face value of the bond as well once the due date arrives.
Along with dividend and interest, TAs also sends shares at the time of the stock split. Suppose, if a public company announces a stock split in the ratio 2:1, then TA’s issue additional shares to the existing shareholders.
Transfer Agents
Reporting
TA needs to report the dividend and interest payment to the IRS for tax purposes as well. Also, they are responsible for mailing monthly investment statements to the investors in mutual funds. They also provide the shareholders with the company’s annual reports and audited financial statements.
Handling One-time Events
Companies also use the services of TA for handing major corporate events, such as mergers, acquisitions, annual meetings, spin-offs etc. For such events, a company may use the services transfer agent they already have, or use another TA specializing in such things. Many TA also offers IPO services, i.e., help companies to go from private to public. TA’ role is to make sure that IPO process goes smoothly.
Handling Votes of Shareholders
Different classes of shareholders have different voting rights on various corporate decisions, such as acquisition, merger, and more. TA’s facilitate such votes by sending proxy information to the shareholders.
Final Words
From the above points, it is very clear that Transfer Agents are very important for the financial world. They remain behind the scenes and perform several crucial functions, including protecting the right to information disclosure of even the smallest shareholder or bondholders. In their absence, public companies will have to create an entire department to manage the record of the shareholder or bondholders."
Agreed! I believe $ABQQ is going to be a long term success!
ABQQ is NOT a "get rich quick over night - flipping - day trading" type of stock - ABQQ is a LONG term hold type of stock - BUY - HOLD - RELAX!!
The steps taken by CEO so far is giving me the impression that, LONG term, $ABQQ is a Merger or Buy out Target form American Entertainment companies that are willing to penetrate the China Movie and Entertainment market!
The only way for the American movie companies to access over 1.3 billion chinese population for their movie products is to acquire or partner with a Chinese Movie/Entertainment company!
Only a matter of time! IMO
CEO continues to make or purchase movies for the china box office.
https://finance.yahoo.com/news/ab-intl-group-updates-progress-133000412.html
CEO continues to pay down the company debt (just 4-5 loans paid off this year!)
https://finance.yahoo.com/news/ab-intl-group-announces-completed-180500259.html
CEO continues to pay out of pocket to buy shares ON THE MARKET!
Details on the iBox section of the ABQQ board!
CEO has acquired a crypto company and is developing its own NFT for its streaming service ABQQ.TV
https://finance.yahoo.com/news/ab-intl-group-updates-video-123000342.html
CEO announced partnership with a leading Chinese entertainment artists network to launch NFT Entertainment Marketplace
https://finance.yahoo.com/news/abqq-announced-partnership-stareastnet-nft-141200129.html
I always support positive posts about the company! I think there are more than 7 retails though (just hundreds of subscribers on Stocktwits) but I agree this must be the bottom price. I added a HUGE number of shares just in the last 10 days! This is a LONG investment to me. Daily stock price fluctuations are not emotionally affecting me at all.
I am excited about the ABQQ.TV streaming service and the NFT tokens that will be fueling it too!
THEIR IS NOBODY TO SELL!! ONLY A HAND FULL OF RETAIL. (MAYBE 7 GUYS) AND THE REST IS ALL CHINA INSIDERS THAT ARE HOLDING THIS AND THAT MEANS THE BOTTOM!!! I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH A CASE OF A CLEAR CUT BOTTOM.
OTC investors will believe any of the bluesky nonsense? Of course not! LOL...They prefer to believe the company financials to any fantasy nonsense void of fact BS that is said about the company such as... FBI does not inform their targets when we know FBI has already announced their target by naming it SEVERAL MONTHS AGO!... SMH
United States vs. SVORAI
LOL
Well said!
So basically you have come to terms with the possibility that someone would decide to pocket money that is rightfully yours and your family’s purely out of greed. I will never come to terms with that. The risk we all took when we bought shares is that we would lose the case, not this
The next news expectation should be about the third movie coming out and the status of NFT token development.
ABQQ already merged with a major network of Chinese Artists and Actors/Actresses that own thousands of arts, movies, and series which is expected to sell their work using NFT token (once all done) on ABQQ.TV streaming service.
This is not a "quick rich of" company (not pointing at you...Just a general statement).
Another general comment...There are plenty of worthless companies that are good for flipping. This one is a long term gradual success. AIMO
First movie grossed $2.4 million!

14. Stock price will follow the path of continued revenue generation and increase in the market cap. IMO

ABQQ movie gross so far: $525,000
Number of theaters: 89
Movie will be on theaters for 90 days!
That would be great! Thanks. If you happened to access your stocktwits account you can just tell john to read our board to get his answer too. It would be cool if we could get some of the twits guys to post here too.
Selling 5 million dollars is a Material Event. By law, ABQQ would have issued an 8-K within 4 days if it had happened.
Thank you. @Johnmiddleton on Stocktwits keeps asking how could this be possible that we have such a small number of theater showing the movie but we have such a high ranking.
Someone that also posts on stocktwits please tell john to look at the small number of theaters for the ABQQ first movie (that I posted in iBox) and take a good look at the number of tickets sold per theater for our first movie (around 1500) and compare it to around 100-200 per theater for the other movies in the same week.
That is the answer to his question.

ABQQ movie gross passed 3 million yuan! It is about $465,000!
Number of theaters showing went up from 35 to 89!
Still 3 days to Chinese Valentine's Day!
Deng, yes, it is a machine that processes orders and we know the machine knows all orders and stop losses. That is the good source of manipulation right there. And, we know how MMs can manipulate too. We also know some just panic when they see price goes down and help it to be a domino effect.
The reality is that this is millions of dollars revenue generating company that is has low float and low debt and...CEO keeps buying shares on the market. We have to keep reminding ourselves of all of these.
The loans that company signs for are not toxic loans that convert to millions and millions of shares. If we read them we see they all have a reasonable price and the loaner cannot just dump shares on the market because there is a limit on both the number of shares and the price that can be done.
Also, if we read the iBox we can easily see company paid several older loans since March. So it is not that company just keeps getting loans and waste it.
Very true! Price was 2 cents in January and went to 16 cents in early February.
Price increase is certainly not a problem when it comes to ABQQ stock.
The focus should be on the company fundamentals and future potential, not emotional reaction to market manipulations.
I have added a lot of shares since last week. Short term price fluctuations don't bother me a bit!
I think long term on ABQQ. I already listed the strengths of the company.
I bet on them... not the daily market manipulations.
And, I am patient.
I did some DD on the status of COVID in China a few days ago. In almost all cases, it was less than 100 infected in a few major cities (tends and hundreds of million people).
So, the rate is VERY low. Government just wants to make sure it does not spread fast. That is why they tend to react swift and strong.
The Chinese box office is still very strong as we see with their weekly numbers.
"On Friday, China’s National Health Commission reported 124 new confirmed cases, including 44 imported cases and 80 local cases (61 cases in Jiangsu, 9 in Hunan, 6 in Hubei, 1 in Inner Mongolia, 1 in Henan, 1 in Hainan and 1 in Yunnan) and no new deaths."
Gross now 2.504 million...Only a few seconds later! WOW
Check out the gross...It just passed 2.5 million RMB and keeps going up as you watch it on screen. As I expected to happen.
https://piaofang.maoyan.com/dashboard?movieId=1433366
You are right, Sonny. Gross is a more precise word to use here.
$ABQQ
Thanks, Ping. I really believe in a bright future for the company.
$ABQQ
My thinking too! I believe CEO is priming ABQQ for an eventual buyout.
Just imagine ABQQ having a good set of movies in the portfolio and an streaming movie service that is run on NFT, and of course...the yearly revenue!
That would be an irresistible buyout target for any entertainment group that wants to get its foot in China! AIMO
ABQQ HAS A BULLS EYE ON THEIR HEAD AS A BUY OUT TARGET. MY GUT FEELING HAS ALWAYS THOUGHT THAT. I COULD NAME EVERYTHING YOU MENTIONED. THE INSIDE OWNERSHIP AND INSIDE BUYING IS THE TELL ALL IMO..
All these are all telling me the price will go up...only a matter of time. IMO

go long and forget about it until Next two movies are released... Or Jeff buys 10 million more shares and sends us into orbit
I am using Google Chrome browser. Once you click on the movie link it will open and then after a few seconds a little "translate" pop up on the top right side of the page will show up.
You can click on "English" and it will show the content in English. If you mark "always translate to English" you will get it in English next time you go to the same page.

The site is showing 183 Wan. Wan = 10,000 in English (google it).
So, it is a total of 1,830,000 (hopefully) yuan which is near $300,000.
$300,000 is not bad considering the fact that Chinese Valentine's Day is next week meaning there is a potential for much higher ticket sales and opening on more theaters next week.
Some believe this almost $300,000 sale information is only from one ticket seller site.
We will find out after total box office is out on Monday or Tuesday.
This is the correct information (page 4)...FUD-FREE!
This is a 3 months old news. And, it is clearly a Line of Credit meaning the shares will be GRADUALLY released and with NEGOCIATED PRICE or MARKET PRICE when company uses the credit.
If company does not use the line of credit no shares will be released. That is why company says...this is a "right to sell" agreement!
"These shares of Common Stock are purchasable by Peak One pursuant to the terms and conditions of an Equity Purchase Agreement that we entered into with Peak One on July 30, 2020 (the ?Financing Agreement?). Pursuant to the Financing Agreement, we have the right to ?put?,? or sell, at our discretion, up to $10,000,000 worth of shares of Common Stock to Peak One. This arrangement is also sometimes referred to herein as the ?Equity Line.?"
So, clearly shares are not "dumped" to the market. That is total BS.
"Shares of Common Stock outstanding after this offering

This assumes that the Company has fully committed on the Equity Line up to the maximum of shares allowable under this Prospectus and has converted of all Series D Preferred Stock into shares of Common Stock.

I wonder if this share info was hiding deep in the bunkers of Atlantis before cause I didn't see it discussed when I was reading "0.14 by Friday" and "0.14 next week" claims that I read on this board.
130K is not much money for the company at this point when we have already revenue much more than than just from the second movie.
I wonder if this a part of the "0.14 by Friday" or if this note worry is a part of the "0.14 by next week" claims?
Of course company can share the viewing data! I was talking about stock price daily fluctuation.
Just a reminder that we always got the movie viewing report for the first movie from the following site. I expect we get to see the company second movie info on this site by end of next Tuesday too.
