Seattle, Washington--(Newsfile Corp. - July 10, 2019) - CFN Media Group ("CFN Media"), the leading agency and financial media network dedicated to the North American cannabis industry announces publication of an article discussing Strainwise Consulting, otherwise known as STWC Holdings Inc. (OTCQB: STWC). 2018 was a momentous year and real turning point for cannabis. Canada became the first G20 country to legalize full adult-use of marijuana. The FDA approved the first cannabis-based drug, Epidiolex for certain rare forms of epilepsy. In a different vertical, Congress passed the Farm Bill, legalizing industrial hemp, a non-intoxicating cousin of marijuana that contains cannabidiol (CBD). More states jumped on the marijuana bandwagon, bringing the total to 33 that allow medical cannabis, including 10 that have legalized recreational use. While those are the headlines that bring some commonality to the marijuana space, the minutia of the lifespan of a cannabis bud varies tremendously from state-to-state. It's a dynamic animal that is ever-changing as the industry matures, leaving most small companies struggling to navigate regulations and grow their business. That is where companies like STWC Holdings Inc. (OTCQB: STWC), come in. Cannot view this image? To view an enhanced version of this graphic, please visit: https://orders.newsfilecorp.com/files/5503/46177_ezgif-4-0f1809b98c9a100.jpg Experts in Every Sense of the Word To say that Strainwise leadership knows the business is a gross understatement. Co-founder and CEO Erin Phillips sits amongst an esteemed list of Who's Who in cannabis pioneers. She holds claim to being the first person in the world to secure a recreational marijuana license, one for The Annie's: a Strainwise-branded dispensary in Central City, Colorado. Click Here to Receive Additional Investor Information She has since consulted on hundreds more cannabis licenses. Before entering the cannabis space, Phillips was a small business owner in the mortgage industry. As it goes with most small companies, she wore many hats, including leading auditing and funding, mortgages, loan originations, title company closings and more. While Erin handled the cannabis consulting business, her husband, Shawn, was building a dispensary and cultivation business, taking it from the one original shop in Central City to nine locations, backstopped by over 36 licenses and 90,000 square feet of grow operations. Phillips has aggregated her hard-earned knowledge of finance, real estate, start-up business and cannabis and parlayed it into the diversified Strainwise Consulting that it is now. She takes a back seat to no one in her success and advocacy legitimizing the industry as a founding member of the National Cannabis Chamber of Commerce and roles on advisory boards for the Southern California Association of Cannabis Professionals, the National Cannabis Chamber of Commerce and eCannex, as well as sitting on the national Cannabis Industry Association's Policy Council and testifying as an expert witness in cannabis-related cases. By The Book Phillips didn't just read the book, she wrote it. Literally. Strainwise designed and trademarked a cannabis education program detailing responsible consumption of different types of cannabis that has been adopted by many marijuana businesses in Colorado. Phillips has also co-authored cannabis regulations for a Native American tribe and several local jurisdictions. It is this knowledge of maneuvering the regulatory pathway, standard operating procedures and the more than 13 years living, eating and breathing cannabis operations that the Strainwise CEO brings to clients and partners. And it is fair to call some partners, as Strainwise is not opposed to making an investment if the deal is right. Click Here to Receive Additional Investor Information SquareOne and Strainwise U If you need assistance with cannabis operations or knowledge, Strainwise brings the goods. The three-phase SquareOne platform is the roadmap used by Strainwise to deliver consistent results to clients and partners. Phase 1 is focused on market entry services, including a forensic look into the business model to decide if it is feasible and devising a plan for raising capital and building the brand. It also includes licensing support customized for every state. Phase 2 involves operational readiness and launch services. Inter alia, Strainwise walks the client through timelines and milestones from concept to advertising. Further to this process, Strainwise in April launched their own packaging division, which provides customizable cannabis product packaging for its own goods, as well as clients. Phase 3 is essentially follow-on advisory services, where the company is there to provide continued advice on all aspects of the business. To that point, Strainwise partnered with Dana Ress of Denver's RedPoint Solutions on a joint venture to develop a software solution, dubbed "Supergrower," that addresses complexities in operating a cannabis business, albeit cultivation, manufacturing, distribution or retail. Expectations are for Supergrower to be unveiled next month. Click Here to view Video Interview with STWC Holdings President: 7 Minutes with Matt Willer and a Little Cannabis Alliteration - CFN Media In addition to its traditional consulting services, the company offers Strainwise University™. Run in collaboration with the National Cannabis Chamber of Commerce, the comprehensive coursework includes classroom training, live webinars and recorded online sessions. The education covers the cannabis gamut from regulatory compliance to best practices and, of course, how to get a license. Moving Forward The U.S. is moving ahead with marijuana legalization at a frantic pace, as a cascading effect is gaining steam, bolstered by the demands of the people and government visions of new revenue. Illinois is set to become the 11th state to allow recreational marijuana now that legislators overwhelmingly voted in favor of House Bill 1438. The marijuana community is now turning its sights to New York and New Jersey and a handful of other states (CT, FL, NM, MN, DE, NH, RI) to see who is going to be next. Whichever state it is, STWC Holdings Inc. (OTCQB:STWC) will likely be there to game plan and help companies keep checking boxes towards success while avoiding pitfalls due to inexperience. STWC Holdings joint venture to solve cannabis issues via software
Real-time, Salesforce-based platform for business expected July 2019
April 11, 2019 12:54 ET | Source: STWC Holdings, Inc.
LAKEWOOD, Colo., April 11, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- STWC Holdings, Inc (OTCQB: STWC), a leading cannabis consultant and industry pioneer, is pleased to announce that it has executed a joint venture for the development of a unique software package customized for the cannabis industry.
The agreement with Dana Ress of Denver’s RedPoint Solutions will result in a software solution called Supergrower, targeted for July, that will address the complexities of conducting business in the arena of legal marijuana, with functionality across all four cannabis verticals: cultivation, manufacturing, distribution and retail. STWC Chief Executive Officer Erin Phillips said the need for this kind of business aid has grown as the industry as expanded.
“After working with hundreds of operators in the cannabis industry, we realized that most operators are looking for powerful tools to manage their day-to-day operations and plan for the future,” she said. “As cannabis businesses continue to evolve and mature, this issue will become increasingly insurmountable. Supergrower will provide the business analytics necessary for an operator to thrive in today’s cannabis industry.”
Phillips said Ress and his company were selected for this partnership on the basis of their experience building enterprise software across a number of different industries. After graduating from Suffolk University, Ress began his career working in operational roles at consumer technology startups in Boston and New York before transitioning into enterprise software consulting.
Under the joint venture, STWC and Ress will work together to develop an efficient and scalable software platform that will be the first comprehensive management system for the cannabis industry. The Supergrower platform, a SaaS product, is designed to operate across all standalone software, aggregating data, performing analytics and providing valuable insights to customers via customizable reports and dashboards. The web-based software will be built upon the long-proven Salesforce™ platform providing powerful workflow and CRM functionality to the marijuana operator. Furthermore, Supergrower is built as an out-of-the-box solution that can also be customized to whatever extent an operator needs.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Shawn Phillips is one of the early pioneers of Colorado’s cannabis industry. He entered the industry in 2010, with one store and 4000 square feet of cultivation space. At the time, his plan was to get the store running and profitable, and then sell it. Eighteen months later, he took the decision to expand his single store, and began building an extensive Colorado-based cannabis operation. Under his management, the brand boasted nine dispensaries, 90,000 square feet of cultivation space, and roughly 150 employees. According to The Denver Post, this ranked Shawn Phillips as one of the top ten license holders in Denver. In addition to being a co-founder of STWC Holdings, Shawn now takes on the role of Senior Business Development Strategist for the Company.

STWC Holdings Announces Corporate UpdatePress Release | 11/19/2019
Cannabis Industry Pioneer announces progress in multiple projects
STWC Holdings, Inc. (OTCQB: STWC) is pleased to provide a Corporate update spanning multiple projects and divisions.
STWC Oklahoma activities: STWC successfully secured multiple licenses on behalf of a joint venture client to open both retail dispensaries and a cultivation facility. Earlier this year, the Oklahoma projects began commercialization with the opening of a CBD retail location which has been in operation for over 6 months. Shortly thereafter, STWC completed the design and buildout of a retail cannabis dispensary in the same retail plaza. These locations are able to leverage overlapping customer traffic and harness increased brand recognition. STWC has been retained to provide services on an ongoing basis to both locations. Separately, a cultivation facility buildout is underway and is 75% complete. Its anticipated that this facility will be ready to commence operations in early 2020.
STWC Puerto Rico activities: STWC successfully acquired multiple licenses to open retail dispensaries in Puerto Rico. The first dispensary location has been secured in an active community in San Juan that is very popular with both tourists and affluent locals. The buildout of this facility is set to commence in the next 30 days and it is anticipated that this location will be operational in early 2020. STWC has been retained to provide marketing and operational oversight to this location on an ongoing basis. The remaining licenses will be deployed as suitable retail locations are identified.
STWC California Activities: STWC has been working on a retail dispensary license in San Diego since 2018. Through a joint venture, STWC has made considerable progress at the local regulatory level and a location has been secured. Further updates will be forthcoming on the prospective timeline, however STWC has been retained to manage the entire process and ultimately render marketing and operational support to the project. San Diego is a very attractive market with a limited number of licenses issued and a demographic management believes to be ideal for the success of the project.
STWC Corporate divisional Activities: STWC has continued to grow its internal divisions that support the legalized cannabis industry. These areas include application and license consulting, packaging, accounting, compliance, design and marketing and operational support. As multiple emerging markets are developing, STWC has been retained to render service in multiple new regions and continues to so a strong pipeline of new customers looking for assistance in one or more of these categories.
Commenting on the progress the Company has made in 2019, CEO Erin Phillips said We are pleased that there has been considerable, measurable progress across all fronts. With extensive regulatory oversight, nothing happens as quickly as it does in other industries, however our focus on best of breed services and support are demonstrated through our customer relationships by the care and attention we give to each projects success. We think the market as a whole provides ongoing tailwinds, and we look forward to the progress to come in both existing projects and new initiatives under development.

$SNMN
One tweet from the company about kannabiskings & or other acquisitions & its off to races.
What attracted me to $SNMN is the Marijuana sector. Trying to verify the information from the latest press releases as well.
Also triple zero stocks have been posting multiple hundred percent gains on no news. $SNMN is overdue for an update with a thin ask.
Will ultimately trigger a run out of trips & higher.
Time will tell.
