Yes definitely. Since the last otcmarkets.com update the a/s has yet to be increased while the current a/s will be maxed out soon if not already. If another run is in the cards it will be now imo. Again Tangiers holds 10% of the maxed conversions to date. Locked float & mega updates will prove catalysts for penny land. In the current market conditions ($$$) this move can happen in mere days.
