Russ is magging everything and the divers are physically checking out all of Russ' hits. We are not currently working the privateer because the divers are checking out Russ' hits. The divers will definitely be going back to the privateer. There are only so many hours in the day and the divers are working about 10 hours/day. Confident that we have so far located six (6) wrecks. Four are modern era, our wreck and one that iron keel spikes were excavated from today (possibly much older). Also located a coral head with indications of metal inside, which would suggest a very old ship. Divers will attempt to penetrate today and spend significant time on tomorrow.
More to follow.

Subject: Wed Update
Howard,
Russ is systematically surveying the reef, both inside and outside, working towards the east. The plan is to eventually survey the entire reef. He is pushing the envelope for 9 hours a day in the whaler - eating on the way (pretty tough on 66 year old). This is tough duty in a whaler, especially when you are working right up on the reef. Two days ago they had a pretty harrowing experience when the whaler was nearly slammed into the reef by an unexpectedly large wave. Russ gave Damion the credit for getting them out of that situation by surfing the whaler - pretty awesome considering Damion's experience at the helm. There are constant spikes that pop up in front of the whaler that could rip a hole in the hull. The sun is unrelenting and even with the sun screen and popping in and out of the cover, they come back drained everyday. Russ then spends three to four hours, on board the ship at the computer, disseminating what he has magged and planning for the next day's operation. We also have a meeting with Russ, Vince and the dive crew to discuss the day's activity, look at pictures and assist them in determining their course of action for the next day. According to Captain, there is an estimated 35 to 40 square kilometers inside and outside the reef and so far we have magged about 10. A great deal of the work is being done on the outside of the reef because the weather has been so good and the seas calm. The 882 is right on the money and working like a champ. The crew is playing a pivotal role in support of the whalers. They are re-fueling, cleaning, doing maintenance, re-stocking supplies and generally preparing the whalers, so that in the morning, all the crew does is bring what ever they are personally responsible for to the boat and take off. It's like each whaler has a pit crew. But even further, on board the NWL the crew takes as much care as possible to make things easy and convenient for the whaler crew - cooking dishes that they enjoy, changing bedding for them, washing for them. The whaler crew only has to concentrate their efforts toward the daily operation in and on the water. John Pahl has his engineering crew on top of anything that isn't working properly so that there are no delays. The cadets are working out well and are showing a good amount of self-motivation. It is a thing of beauty when its clicking. If we stay on the course we are on we will succeed and you will be proud of your "A" team.
That's what we do!

Subject: Preliminary Report
Howard,
Vince and his crew did a visual inspection this morning on the 13 hits that Russ identified yesterday. The following are the rough notes as a preliminary report with more detail to follow:
1) 55 gal. drum
2) 12' depth flat sand/gray clay bottom. negative underwater determination - request sub-bottom profile (sbp).
3) 12' depth flat - request sbp.
4) variable depth 5'-30' - modern trawler wreck - salvageable 5 blade wheel (bronze/nibral) 3" - 4" diameter stainless steel shaft approx 15'-20' - both have high salvage value (please comment on this one)
5) same as #2 request sbp.
6) 10' depth, coral/sand possible small anchor 3'-4' - modern?
7) same as #2 request sbp.
8) same as #2 request sbp.
9) new pipes - modern could have salvage value.
10) our wreck
11) 12' - 15' coral bottom/towing bit (large) and late 1700's - early 1800's large main anchor approx 12' length - very close (400-500') from #10. possibly main anchor from our wreck - easy salvage.
12) same as #2 request sbp.
13) same as #2 request sbp.
Request preliminary thoughts on salvaging the wheel and stainless steel shaft. It is believed that they could have good value as they are in good shape. Also, same on the pipes (#9) good recovery training for the crew - can always dump if not considered of value.

#4 My inclination would be to plan and get this near the end of the trip. If we have nothing better, we will have this. If we have better, we can get it later.
#6 I assume that this is not worth the time.
#9 Leave for the moment and look at the end if we have time.
#10 Is this the Steve Foster wreck? Are we talking 27039? More details please.
#11 Should we want this? What do you recommend? Let's leave till toward the end if we want it.

Stockholder Questions
If you have a question that you would like to have answered please E-mail us at admiraltycorp@mindspring.com with the question.
What is Admiralty’s position on the Pedro Bank Project in Jamaica? (March 31, 2005)
We are not abandoning the Project in any way. The construction of the Conservation Laboratory continues with Admiralty paying for the building materials. Our relationship with the Jamaican Coast Guard (JDF), Fisheries, the Maritime Authority, the Maritime Institute (we have cadets on board the New World Legacy doing training), JAMPRO and the Jamaican Government is excellent. We have strong support from our Jamaican shareholders, some of which are very influential. Certainly our relationship with the Jamaican National Heritage Trust (JNHT) is strained. We will work to improve this.
The pace of doing business in Jamaica is a bit more relaxed than we had anticipated. We are late with the ATLIS™. We had felt that it would be possible to perform work such as ship identification without the ATLIS™ being available or the laboratory being completed. This has been a larger issue than we anticipated. In the interim, the New World Legacy sat. We made a business decision several weeks ago that we must go to work, either in Jamaica or elsewhere. We tried hard to move in Jamaica, but is has not happened yet. The other work came into place. Therefore, we are going to work elsewhere at this time.
We have done significant work on the Pedro Bank Project. We are not about to abandon this opportunity. If a more leisurely pace is needed, so be it. The wrecks have been buried over 300 years; a little more will not hurt. It is most important, however, that we do useful work and not just wait. We are doing that and will return when everything is in place so we can proceed without delays. Our goal is to have a range of work sites, not just one.
Ruby Mining Company Sails to Site of Shipwreck
3/31/2005 8:00:34 AM
ATLANTA, Mar 31, 2005 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) -- Ruby Mining Company (RUBM), conducting operations through its subsidiary, Admiralty Corporation (Admiralty), announced today that its ship, the New World Legacy, is scheduled to depart from Port Royal Jamaica tomorrow to the site of the shipwreck that it recently arrested. When on site, the area to be investigated will be filmed and documented. Upon arrival, a more complete examination will be initiated to better map areas of interest.
Personnel from Corazon a Corazon, Admiralty's joint venture partner will accompany the New World Legacy, on their ship, the Corazon Grande. It is expected that valuable time will be saved due to the past experience of the Corazon a Corazon personnel who have already dived the site of the wreck. We are anticipating conducting a quick check of the cannons to determine their status and then to move on to the area that it is believed that the ship sank.
Admiralty has retained Abiyoyo Productions, Inc. to film and document the examination and recovery of artifacts from the shipwreck. It is intended that a documentary will be produced to preserve the recovery work and to maintain a history of the findings. Abiyoyo Productions is an Atlanta, Georgia based film and video production company, with experience in broadcast, corporate, non-profit, educational, under-water and specialty projects such as this.

US company granted treasure hunt license pulling out
OBSERVER REPORTER
Wednesday, March 30, 2005 LOTT... says pull-out temporary
ADMIRALITY Corporation, the American company that was granted a licence to search for treasures that are believed to be still aboard Spanish treasure ships that sank 300 years ago, is pulling out of Jamaica, the company said yesterday.
The company said it was being pressured by the Jamaica National Heritage Trust (JNHT) - the government's main contact with the treasure hunting company - which it claimed wanted Admirality to identify sunken ships and do a full-scale recovery at the same time.
"We can't do that now as time would not allow it, so what we would do now is identify the ships and come back after the hurricane season and do the full-scale recovery," said Clarence Lott, a vice-president of the American company.
Officials of the JNHT could not be reached last night.
Lott told the Observer last night that the pull-out was a temporary one, but warned that the company may not return if it goes elsewhere and get a more lucrative offer.
"We are now being offered 35 per cent and the government is getting 65 per cent (for treasures found), which we find as unusual.
"Why should we come back and take 35 per cent when we could go elsewhere and get 70 per cent," an obviously upset Lott said.
He said Admirality had already spent US1.7 million on the project since it came to Jamaica seven years ago and that it was costing the company US$4,500 daily to maintain it boats in Jamaica.
Lott said the company has received good cooperation from all other government agencies, except the JNHT, which he said wanted to introduce some compliance issues, which the company has agreed to, but which he said are not now necessary.
The licence allowed Admirality to salvage treasure and split the earnings between the company and government on all finds of gold and precious stones. Additionally, all artifacts that possessed cultural value would also belong to the Jamaican Government.
But last month education and culture minister, Maxine Henry Wilson said the company did not live up to the obligations of the licence and warned that they would have to follow Jamaican laws which pertained to protecting the environment as well as the cultural heritage.
Admiralty had targeted ships in the vicinity of the Jamaica Pedro Banks such as the Genovesa, a Spanish bullion vessel laden with treasures that was on its way from Cuba to Madrid went it capsized in 1730. The estimated value of the treasure aboard the Genovesa was estimated at US$1.2 billion.
In a recent interview with the Observer, Lott said that on a 14-day hunt they found three ships from 1691 that they went in search of as well as at least four other ships that they didn't know were there that are believe originated from the 1500s. It was estimated that the treasures amounted to about US$1.2 billion.
Ainsley Henriques, a former chairman of the Jamaica National Heritage Trust (JNHT), who resigned in protest when the salvage licence was granted to Admiralty, last month suggested that it was time to revoke the permit for non-performance because the technology to allow the safe salvage of the historic ships was not yet in place and the government was being mislead by the company http://www.jamaicaobserver.com/news/html/20050329T230000-0500_77757_OBS_US_COMPANY_GRANTED_TREASURE_...
Ruby Mining Company Arrests Shipwreck in Caribbean
3/28/2005 2:39:37 PM
ATLANTA, Mar 28, 2005 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) -- Ruby Mining Company (RUBM), conducting operations through its subsidiary, Admiralty Corporation (Admiralty), announced today that it has arrested a 30 square mile area, in international waters, in the Caribbean, which it believes contains at least one ship wreck from the sixteenth or seventeenth century. Several dives on the wreck site and the surrounding area resulted in the discovery of 28 cannons; 5 anchors; cannon balls; musket balls; lead sheathing; bronze spikes; a rusted iron piece, thought to be a rudder pintle; several flints; a bronze peg, thought to have been used to hold planks together; and many other items of interest.

Admiralty intends to further examine the wreck site area within the arrested location in an effort to identify the ship which wrecked and to locate additional artifacts. Admiralty is working closely with its joint venture partner, Corazon a Corazon in this effort. To date, all artifacts discovered are in less than 100 feet of water and we believe that the bulk of the remains also lie at a relatively shallow depth.
Admiralty CEO, G. Howard Collingwood stated, "In order for us to use our assets productively, we need work in addition to our permit in Jamaica where the weather precludes working during almost one-half of the year. We have been trying for some time to secure other locations of interest. We are most hopeful that the arrested area will be important for our company."
