They sell a lot of pet products. Mainly bedding and supplies, not necessarily food products. I could see PAWtizer being sold in the checkout lines.
If TJ Maxx is the actually retail front, then keep in mind that they are not just represented domestically. TK Maxx is their sister store in the UK. I have been to the one's in London suburbs and they are huge and always crowded. They also have stores in the city itself.
Once the international class trademark is finalized I expect to see it there too.
It's NITE maintaining control once again. He has been in the driver seat of this stock since I got in at .0018 Always holding back on runs. Most likely accumulating in the .0185 range and now selling. MMs do trade for themselves as well and the SEC will never monitor a stock down here. When he decides to get off the ask this will run like it always has.
Well their site is only under construction because edits need to be made. Business related activities would be put out via a PR. I don't think hopes should sky rocket too much on this.
I wouldnt be surprised to see the shop page added now to pawtizer.com
Before it was a little sloppy that it was some off shoot site. Being directly on their website will be much more professional
AAPT TECHNICAL PICK OF THE WEEK
AAPT TECHNICAL PICK OF THE WEEK
If anybody has time they should be documenting the time and sales along with screenshots of level two. You can report this stuff to SEC and FINRA and although it doesn't do much, it will force the mm to back off the ask for a bit. NITE has controlled this beast for along time now. Most of the shares trades today are probably for their own accounts. Just playing the minimal spread.
We do not know if the owners received the shares or not. But they have to be available in the A/S so that's why the increase. And the profits have to be put back into the company as per the agreement.
Haha nothing to worry about there. As we know PAWtizer is a real product as I and several members of this board have purchased as well. If he was lending money he should have done a little DD before hand to see the product himself before giving away money. Silly.
There is a reason for all of this hold up. AAPT was on the brink of releasing PAWtizer to brick and mortar stores based on their social media actions and the fact that they put up "April 1st" on their website. That was no accident. I am convinced they had the contracts in place to do this. They have been held up most likely because another player is involved and they want to take this to another level. Leaking the product to a few retail chains here and there is not in the best interest of a bigger player. You loose that initial impact.
Lets look at a timeline of events. 2 PRs about Amazon and C&S (although not directly named) contracts. Amazon took place but we have not heard about any of the C&S news. http://www.cswg.com/about see who they distribute to!
AAPT blows up twitter with coming to retailer soon, April 1st debacle, new DC being setup, hiring of new sales staff to promote and so forth. We see a few PRs about new product line and then the company goes quiet in regards to retail news. During this time Lisa went to Europe to seek out new investors. It was never said if they were like the original "friends and family" investors or bigger players. She shouldn't have to go to Switzerland (Nestle) or Germany (Bayer) to find individuals. In my mind she was there to land a big fish.
Now it just takes some intelligence to connect all the dots here. Eric states his number one goal is to get their financial house in order. Why all of sudden?! Why merge the two entities of MD and NV into one? Perhaps this bigger player has requested this in their deal. Maybe AAPT has been told by their accountants that this has to be done for an uplisting. In my mind all the steps they are taking are the right ones.
Of course a few people will try to spin this all in a negative light, mainly because they bought in at the 52 week high. People expect instant gratification with stocks. Typical pennies will give you intra day runs of 100% and then they will crash and burn. This is not typical play. This is a real company who's share price and exchange define them as a pinkie but their management has a history of real success.
Long and strong since $.0018
Putting out a PR about their product line does not create awareness. Sorry. They have Joel M to create a marketing and advertising campaign that will allow for product awareness. Social media combined with integrated digital marketing will be a great start. But they need product placements on " today shows " along with traditional advertising.
Just being on a shelf is not enough and neither is a PR. They need a multi pronged approach that will create consumer awareness and eventually boost sales.
Let's not forget who is marketing both PAWtizer and Nutra Bars (in my opinion the first products to make a splash for AAPT)
Joel Margulies
Margulies, during his forty year advertising agency career, created advertising and marketing campaigns for Home Box Office, Arts & Entertainment, Weight Watcher’s, Hughes, Seagram, Volkswagen, American Greetings, Molson, GTE, Johnson & Johnson, Lactaid, Pfizer, Michelin, IBM ThinkPad and Arbitron. Joel developed the “watermark” that now appears on every TV screen — A solution to a viewer diary-keeping problem that proved to become a standard branding tool of the broadcast industry.
Currently, Margulies maintains offices in Los Angeles, where he consults for product developers, entertainment enterprises and marketers of advanced technology engaged in velocity marketing – his term for achieving brand awareness in months rather than years. It has become Joel’s practice to provide end-to-end services for his client’s. Over time, he has become expert in transaction based marketing, manufacturing, supply chain management, order processing and online distribution.
He has also developed the LANCERx line of dermatological skin care products, a line of probiotic nutritional supplements and holds two patents for the transdermal application of colloidal gold nano-particles appended with charged antigens and neuro-supplements for the treatment of premature aging and various skin diseases. Margulies also markets GPS transceivers that track marathoners and a library of audiobooks.

Haha the text message has really corrupted our youth!
I believe the iBox always stated at the O/S was 320million well before that 8-k was released. Can anybody else confirm this?
I believe they could just reduce the A/S. The way I look at it, they had to merge the two corporations to go forward in order to become current, which seems to be a strong goal of theirs. I don't think you can just ignore the share structures of each entity during the merge an opt not to carry one over.
It's not always half empty you know.
You're 55 and use words like "LOLsss"?! You may have traded on wall street but let's be honest here. You bought in at the end of a run on a high and have been complaining ever since because it didn't reach new highs after that. This company is not putting out fluff PRs every week to try to sell stock. They have a plan and they are putting it into action. This takes time and of all people you should know that.
Nick if you want to work on Wall Street then go to school, study your ass off and work hard.
I'd rather see product roll out news jump us into the .20s before any word of a joint venture. I don't think the news will have as great an impact from where we are now as if we were to be at a higher pps.
When AAPT runs, it runs hard.
Yes I see that and I also see they had two applications, one abandoned. But seeing as there is already a product out there (regardless if its trademarked or not) it controls the name solely based on its search dominance through google. In today's world being able to top on a google search is priority #1.
I have emailed AAPT about this already and have not heard back. I wonder if they are in talks with the other manufacturer about this. I believe that company is Canadian so not sure what laws/rules apply there.
AAPT lists both GRRR-NOLA and NUTRA BAR as separate products on their website.
http://allamericanpetcompany.com/products.html
Yea I've seen that one plus I think there are a few others that they pulled away from. Not sure why. This was what I was referring to http://grrr-nola.com/
Well and to further that the GRR-NOLA name is already being used by another company and AAPT trademarks for it have been abandoned by them. This is interesting. Would love to fit all the pieces together.
Nestle has hundreds of trademarks but nothing under NutraBar. There are however alot of trademarks both past and present revolving around the word Nutra. I would think that a company looking to acquire it would probably use the formula and then re-brand under its own product line.
However if these are selling internationally first, then trademarking may be different. Not sure how it works in the EU.
The rest of their product line is in the works. PAWtizer is close to being approved for their INTERNATIONAL trademark.
Nutra Bars in Germany sounds great. Perhaps they are licensing out this product or even being acquired. Either way it's good news. This is a product that could be used hand in hand with PAWtizer. When I'm out on a day trip the last thing I want to do is pack a bowl and kibble for my dog!
Ok so going off what you said about Nutra bars and what somebody has posted about just one product being acquired; I think that this is a real possibility. I have been all over AAPT trademarks and have yet to find one for Nutra Bar. I find this odd considering they have filed for trademarks on future products. Seeing as this is a big one, why no trademark? Hmmmmm
Haha were you not able to scoop any .02s today?!
Probably penny/kngmz
bid back up again
The chart is primed for a run. If we get a catalyst this thing shoots a half a cent at a time!!!
Haha ok ok. I was gonna post this yesterday but ran out of posts...
DD is pretty easy with AAPT. Just so happens we found pawtizer for sale on sears.com today and also that barring opposition from an outside party, the pawtizer INTERNATIONAL trademark will be successful within 30 days (I believe it's 30, on mobile). That is the biggest news of all and it has gone completely unnoticed today!
Where did this info come from?
Well its different because MegaMallGroup has to pay a monthly subscription to sell via Sears. It's not like Amazon where anybody can sell a used book. You have the options found here https://seller.marketplace.sears.com/SellerPortal/d/index.jsp
Sears all takes a commission on sales.
Its not being sold by AAPT. Its being sold by MegaMallGroup. They may be licensed to sell it for all we know. Until this is PRed its all a guess. We usually DD all this stuff before the company PRs it. A company selling stock would do the opposite. Put out PRs with nothing to follow. We are good here. Long and strong AAPT
You seem to be the only one having trouble. I've viewed it multiple times and also each individual product. Ive also added it to my cart. Try another browser perhaps.
Well one main difference is that Mallgroup pays a service to sell product on sears. They most likely source the product from AAPT, house it, sell and then ship from their location. Might order some to see where it's actually shipped from. I don't think AAPT is drop shipping individual items.
PAWtizer INTERNATIONAL TRADEMARK close to be finalized!!!

Haha ridiculous. People want in before tomorrow. MMs allow too much buying on the bid.
AAP Sales and Distribution Inc. You should know about them considering it's all over your PAWtizer canisters!
They are the 6th name down.
That is not the same company. Please remove. MegaMallGroup is based in the Los Angeles area.

Maybe the person claiming "she" had news coming this week was right. I am smelling PR tomorrow!
