Let's not forget who is marketing both PAWtizer and Nutra Bars (in my opinion the first products to make a splash for AAPT)

Joel Margulies

Margulies, during his forty year advertising agency career, created advertising and marketing campaigns for Home Box Office, Arts & Entertainment, Weight Watcher’s, Hughes, Seagram, Volkswagen, American Greetings, Molson, GTE, Johnson & Johnson, Lactaid, Pfizer, Michelin, IBM ThinkPad and Arbitron. Joel developed the “watermark” that now appears on every TV screen — A solution to a viewer diary-keeping problem that proved to become a standard branding tool of the broadcast industry.

Currently, Margulies maintains offices in Los Angeles, where he consults for product developers, entertainment enterprises and marketers of advanced technology engaged in velocity marketing – his term for achieving brand awareness in months rather than years. It has become Joel’s practice to provide end-to-end services for his client’s. Over time, he has become expert in transaction based marketing, manufacturing, supply chain management, order processing and online distribution.

He has also developed the LANCERx line of dermatological skin care products, a line of probiotic nutritional supplements and holds two patents for the transdermal application of colloidal gold nano-particles appended with charged antigens and neuro-supplements for the treatment of premature aging and various skin diseases. Margulies also markets GPS transceivers that track marathoners and a library of audiobooks.
