I understand your theory of being ridiculous to pull out if you got in at .0002. Nowhere but up right? Until a reverse split then that changes the game completely. I stand with my answer. Get out. Go to the big boards or a stock with more activity and potential. Even if you get in at the low now, you can still lose it all with a reverse split and this company's history of dilution.
Actually an addendum is supplemental meaning an addition, not a change.
bnfkdb4, what will be your attitude towards this company if the 8K does come out this week or next? Will you feel more positive with it or still very skeptical?
Pull out and move on to something else. Seriously, this turkey is dead.
I have to admit, that was funny.
Wait! Wait! Let me say it, "Ahem....Calm before the storm."
Yea, innovative new door stop. Details to follow.
rbtree, I'm not surprised by the price action because the spikes in PPS can be enormous when on the grey sheets going in either direction. Low volume, no real market makers. I was under the impression that you can't trade a grey unless you call your broker. I could be wrong.
What surprises me the most is that a pink stock company actually put out a PR about it today (MTEK). I've been in a pink before that went grey because of a halt based on a false pump (false claims about involvement in the solution for the Gulf of Mexico oil spill). After over one year, that company still does not update shareholders, does not answer phone calls or e mails, phone lines disconnected, basically invisible to shareholders wanting answers.
I've seen PR's and heard forward looking claims from conference calls from MTEK that haven't materialized yet which made me very angry and skeptical but on the other hand, I've seen them change their plans from past statements to better their position in the industry. I haven't noticed any dilution or gross pump and dump tactics either. When I became a bagholder, I started to question them and turned into a 'moderate' basher myself but at this point, I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt. Brent Fouch's past record is unimpressive to say the least but maybe he found his niche this time. Maybe not, time will tell. I hope he succeeds. Call me a dreamer, bonehead, sucker, but if they get back on the pinks quick enough, I will be more than mildly impressed. Bring it on MTEK!
Yea but at least we're back to .0001 again. Thanks for the shareholder value kuni.
Any news? buffering~~~~~buffering~~~~~buffering~~~~~
Hanging on by the first digit of my left pinky finger 120 stories up.
No offense to anyone on this message board but honestly, what a broken record these posts have become. I post nothing because I haven't found anything new with any substance. GLTA!
One left at .0002 for 875,000 shares. Anyone want 'em?
We have volume...yippee!!!!
This is the first time I noticed that LJ say's 'southern sweet tea' instead of 'sweet southern tea' as it's printed on the bottle.
And that's when everyone should (of) have sold.
Until confirmation news~~~~buffering~~~~buffering~~~~buffering~~~~buffering~~~~
I have TDA too and I love it. I also have Zecco which is pretty lame as far as tools go and the fact they reject stop loss orders on a lot of penny stocks. They allow trades for penny stocks that TDA 'rarely' rejects but their trade rates have gone up so I will most likely dump Zecco in the future. Those are the only two that I've ever used so I can't compare to other popular brokers such as Scottrade or E Trade. Check this out too:

Whatever the case, I don't trust anything anymore either. All pinks are short, day/swing trades as far as I'm concerned anymore. In this economy, I won't go long on anything no matter the index it's on. I bailed out of this in the .03's a few weeks ago. I just can't take it anymore.
LOL, that's what I was thinking. Thanks for pointing out that board to me. I will be following it.

And who is that? George Soros? Why won't you tell us?
What a shame. It truly is.
I'm no expert either but a Reverse Merger is the only way I can imagine PIHN pulling this off. And as far as I know, yes, it would be a good thing for PIHN shareholders. IMO.
The questions that were asked were good questions but the replies were vague with answers that were not informative except for forward looking prospects. It was OK overall but disappointing. It almost seemed that they have something in the works but can't comment on them now. I think that's why they postponed the first CC so they could comment on the second CC but the timeline didn't work. Hard to say really. I think they were planning to say more on the CC this time because they thought things would be ready but they weren't but didn't want to postpone the CC again.
Is Kuni even real? Does anyone have a photo of him? Honestly. Who is this phantom?
It really wasn't worth listening to. Pretty flat. Nothing special.
Your stock market principles are right on target. Unfortunately, a rookie's losses are the cost of his education.
The music is beautiful, lol.
Yes, a lot of times. They give time for late comers.
I'm in now and it's live. Maybe you need a windows vid update.
Look at the stickie "Chris"
Webcast is live.
I believe it is.
I was actually bid sitting at .0002 for 2MM and got a partial fill. I wasn't expecting it with the ask at .0003 but that was earlier today.
Someone slapped the .0003's for a million shares.
Point well taken. I don't disagree with any of it.
