Thank you for the post. I respect and appreciate your LONG view of this proposal. As I have stated before I intend to 'babysit' this,,as it is in my backyard so to speak. And honestly,,I have 'gambled' on other pinkies with far less visibility. Like WDRP. In at .006 avg and now it is preparing for what may be a game changing run. You just never know. Vega has been given land and a 40 thousand square foot building by Crisp County Georgia to build a biofuels plant. Vega has signed on as the first customer of the new inland port (train depot) serving the port of Savannah. Big savings for us there. Shipping costs far less and we get paid immediately by our customers around the world as we are issued a bill of lading instantly. A PR should be coming very soon I think referencing some of this and other important issues like financing (maybe). The process we will be using is not proprietary in nature so patents and such should not be an issue. Some of the licenses may take some effort considering the proximity to town but Crisp County is a go so the Feds should be online. Share structure is a little high but basically in line for a pink sheet. They must be a little high to protect against a buy out (some say). We have had a recent article in the Savannah news paper linking the inland port and VEGA which is great for visibility. I am familiar with the Timber Group supplying the biomass and these folks are well respected members of this community. So all this is to say,,read up and good luck. And trust me when I say there are folks lurking here that 'do not believe' and probably with just cause. So, do your own DD and expect pumping and bashing here. Typical stuff. But I am taking the gamble. All I say is my OPINION.

Gold I hate to agree with you. My thoughts are less technical than yours but I feel that until this is tested and proven fit to market we will trade sideways. Yes,,I have spoken to Mike and I am impressed with his frankness. I am old and retired and have been impressed by many people through the years to find some to be less than they appeared to be. I agree. Another benefit for vega is that once the product is loaded onto the railcar a bill of lading is created and we can bill our client. If we trucked the product over,,it could sit in the port for two weeks awaiting loading. THEN we would get the bill of lading and charge our customers. Mr. Molen has thought this out quite well in my opinion and has my attention.

I am predicting a PR by Monday or Tuesday latest. VERY possible this week. I have been delving in to this company and contacting persons in authority with Crisp County and am liking what I am finding. I have also looked at some of the company history and can see where some folks could feel less than supportive. I do not know if this thing will work but I am convinced that VGPR will be diligent in bringing this project to very profitable beginnings. I would like for everyone to know that I am an American and will fight for freedom of speech even if I do not like the speech. Pennies are much more fun with a little 420 in your day. Just ask the guys on the HESG board. Still hold with that philosophy myself! But sometimes a blind hog does find an acorn. I know the commissioners,,the chamber members,,the zoning dept,,the recently resigned city manager,,the location of the inland port,,the location of Vega. I know they started to locate in Winona but access to the inland port was very important to them. I disagree! Why is it their job to protect anyone's investments. Their only responsibility is to get the best price they can for what ever trade is prompted by their client. They have disclaimers protecting themselves from clients bad decisions. They do not need to second guess the folks paying them to place their orders. JMO! I have a TDA account. Can not average down through TDA. Can't see the benefit.

I think you may be selling the POU unit a bit short. When you consider the probability of 120 volt service and the small size of the unit,,it may make more sense to use a POU at every location and forget the whole house altogether. With the whole house unit there will be hot water left in the plumbing to cool. Whereas POU will be easily installed,,cheap to replace,,very efficient and the plumber will run only one pipe to the fixture. I just do not see the importance of the whole house unit. Bring on the point of use unit. What does the rest of the board think? Really,,what do you folks think about the POU vs whole house.
