We didn't make the SI issue guys. Sorry. Don't let this get you down- there are other positives I'm sure that Inca is working on.
I try to stay current here with Inca. Just been busy with work lately
The Miami.com headline leaves me feeling optimistic and thinking more is to come this month! Stacy is wasting no time in fulfilling her outlined plan in the last PR.
Exactly, up with no news and no solid base. Try getting in at lower levels now that our PPS has substantiated news and revenue projections straight from a PR released from our CEO! We have a solid base now going forward.
2 million shares traded and up 19%? That's a pretty good day in my book so far!
One of the most reassuring points of the PR was the fact that Stacy acknowledged how many shares she holds and that they are in good hands. She does not need to dilute shares, especially as revenues are increasing. Available shares are becoming harder and harder to come by!
I think large investors are coming much sooner rather than later. Please note my previous message #47511, which I wrote four days PRIOR to today. We'll be getting another suprise next month for those of you who prefer to wait and pay higher prices AFTER news is released.
I think that this recent PR touches on all the concerns we as shareholders have, don't you think? It seems as if management really does read this board but has been unable to come out sooner due to restructuring issues, which seem to be behind us. Buying in at these low levels will be impossible very soon!
Hope you're still in! We hope to repay your support soon as the stock looks to move upwards now! Best of luck to you my friend!
I completely agree. On another topic, we have some friends that will be adding a good number of shares in the coming weeks. That should help propel us over the "12 wall" and approach our highs. I'm guessing they know of some impending news by the company and want to get in before it happens.
Inca is beginning to trade more and more like a real big board stock, not to mention stronger and higher pps bases continue to form. Setting up nicely for some big moves!
Dan, I'm curious as to your take on when any public filings would be released? Obviously its been long overdue. Do you have any idea?
I sure am jealous wherever it is that you live rkor. Your pics always make me want to go on vacation. Those dogs of yours probably don't know how good they have it!
Well we really do know that shares are falling into stronger hands. Our "base" price has been slowly increasing over the past year. Also, I think that even the retards are starting to realize that something big is in the making here. It may not be exciting, but a slow and steady price build is always the way to go!
It does appear that something big is in the making. For those of us holding sizeable portions, all we really have to do is sit back and wait. We've already done the hardest part by buying in low!
I'm sure the chrome hearts will go online soon
Every new item Inca releases is another potential source of revenue and attention. Stacy really is making her line into a "life-style" by designing these accessories that go with her 2010 line. Just the fact that they've consistly been revealing more items to buy on a weekly basis is encouraging and shows progress in the right direction! Not to mention we've built a strong base around 009 from which to take off the next time this stock runs.
This is nothing but positive news no matter what spin someone might try to put on it! National exposure! When is that ever bad? And on the heels of a PR, the release of the online/e-boutique store, and an event with the Miami Heat! So much has happened the only way you could be disappointed is if you are looking to flip this thing overnight or do not have a real grasp on how building a legitimate business takes time. Progress is happening!
"that is why anyone that comes on here and mentions some "rumor" of news or other totally unfounded expectation needs to be put in check as it fuels the fear and uncertainty when it doesn't happen".
May I also add that fueling unrealistic expectations about $2.00 pps predictions also hurt the stock. This needs to be toned down quickly so people don't all rush out the door the same day when we don't reach these ridiculous predictions!
I appreciate having you on the board. You're credible, honest, and straightforward. While the methods and timing of rebuilding Inca have changed and will continue to change in the increasingly challenging consumer market, the ultimate goal has not. Inca will continue to surpise both consumers and investors with positive news before the year is up. Restoring the company's image is a top priority that will occur through superior products and consumer awareness campaigns. To rebuild a company during tough economic times is a challenge in and of itself. I believe Inca is not only weathering the storm, but growing. Top line revenue growth is not only projected, but will soon be officially reported. At least, that's my opinion.
Just remember everyone, when we were reorganized last year everyone left us for dead. There wasn't a board anywhere that was friendly and bashers were everywhere. Everyone said a turnaround wasn't possible considering the four zeros in front of our share price! Look how far we've come! We already proved them wrong and we'll continue to prove them wrong when we announce the list of wholesalers that will be carrying our products!
Hope this PR convinces some that the company does listen to shareholders. 2010 collection, a professional website, a credible PR, and a media covered public event with the Miami Heat. I'd say these guys know about what everyone here wants. Some things just can't be done overnight. I'm not surprised that the calls for a glass of milk have already begun. Can't we just be happy for what hard work has already happened? This turnaround really has been amazing from what this company was in Sept. 2008.
Thanks buddy
Dan, Inca didn't exist back in 1981. Shouldn't you know that? It's not referring to our company.
I think they are waiting to complete the contracts with their wholesalers before releasing the first PR. That would definitely be worth a PR and something I'm sure the company is planning.
I wouldn't say they are cheap at all. Then how often would you need to keep releasing them to keep each wave of new buyers happy? Every month? Every three months? Of course they would temporarily boost the share price. I don't disagree about how beneficial they are, I just think that at this stage in company development putting money toward basal growth is better spent. Just because the company hasn't diluted the share structure doesn't mean money isn't tight and I don't know anyone who would want a PR at the expense of dilution. A PR is in the works, its the next logical step. But can we get the website up and running first?
If you give a mouse a cookie? Come on guys, being affiliated with the Miami Heat is a big deal. Some of you guys go from one thing to another. This is great exposure coupled with the online store opening! I am positive the company is working on a PR, but let's give them some time so the PR can have some real events to PR! Think back to where we were in March when we hadn't even released a 2009 or 2010 collection, much less had any media exposure. These guys are working hard and listening to what is needed, but let's understand that they are rebuilding here.
By the way, Brad, you should be able to get a job anywhere after cracking the "Inca Code." That was seriously impressive stuff and shows you really do know your IT stuff. Not to mention you single-handedly stopped a huge selloff from occuring! Thanks
Dan, I'm not going to get into whether I believe your predictions or not, but you need to realize that it is your remarks that consistently inflame the board and stir the pot. Part of being an ambassador of Inca is knowing how to have tact and how to reason. Repeating comments and predictions that you know are looked upon negatively, incite bickering, and lead to people losing their temper and getting banned from the board is not helpful, even if you believe you are enlightening some people.
Please find other ways to channel your excitement as your current strategy does not contribute in a helpful manner. Perhaps lowering your target price or extending your time frame to reach such high levels would be easier for some to believe? Just a suggestion to lead to a more orderly conversation here on the board.
When most publically traded companies go looking for high-profile investors and want them to buy substantial quantities of the float, the new investors only do so after a list of "demands" are met. I think one of their demands or assurances of viability was to have an online e-commerce site. When institutional buyers step in, it won't matter if a PR has been released or not, as the share price undoubtedly rises. Perhaps the company is taking a different route to increase the share price.
I know you think a PR would be beneficial. I respect that.
I think what the company wants to do is have positive income numbers generated from the website/store before strutting their stuff. I don't see the sense in showcasing losses or low revenues while they have been rebuilding this year.
I'm not sure most of us can even consider ourselves shareholders. Half of the board was ready to jump ship before the website was discovered and most don't hide the fact they're waiting until "the next spike" to sell. What's the point in putting out a PR when half of the people you would be doing it for would be gone the next day? Pleasing everyone is a hard business. When a company is a "Pinkie", I'd say it doesn't really have a long list of shareholders. I'd rather them put their money to good use by building up the company (getting a professional website running) so that we can report positve growth numbers and start to attract long-term shareholders. Having said that, I think we all know by now those of us who are in this long-term. However, there is no problem in playing this short-term either. They are both respectable strategies.
Official news? I would hope that this website could be regarded in some light as official news.
That they do indeed! :)
You guys noticed that they listened to your requests and changed the flash page to say " Check Back November 20th." I'd say management is aware of what you guys are saying and doing what they can
Glad you guys were able to work things out. Things always get said that are never meant in the heat of an argument. Let's get this online store up and running for everyone now shall we?
Everyone here has had their fair warning! When we take this higher over the next few months, no one has the excuse that they "didn't know" or "wish that they'd bought more." The movement to higher levels is here.
They are indeed. It's too bad that I've never been one to give back! :)
Things are about to ramp up here fairly quick. I've been laughing all morning about these petty sales going through! Patience always pays substantial dividends.
All's you have to do is visit a few of the other boards and you realize even more what a special company and opportunity Inca is! I was getting stressed out reading some of the posts on other boards. What we have going on here with Inca really is different! Glad we have a good dependable group! (Minus a few dummies)
It's normal and healthy to see people who bought in lower selling at higher levels. A sort of "baton" pass to individuals willing to hold the stock at higher levels.
So far, most of these people have been the impatient and complusive traders wanting to make a quick buck and any time we can get them out of Inca I'm all for it. Its better when us long-term shareholders control the reins. Let'em sell! Their ignorance will be our gain! Dumb people make us more money!
