Picked up another 65k shares, at the ask. Sitting on 2.87 million now!
No entries since March, so I don't believe so.
Markets are closed on July 4, not this coming Monday. I believer that the 'field work' TJ speaks of will include the inspection and sign-off on our two remaining issues.
Thank you gold, I plan on riding this well past .35 - I can retire very comfortably when it hits $1
Just got back from the golf course - got my million shares filled! Hard to believe I accounted for nearly half of all volume today!! LOL
2.8 million shares now - 35 cents and I'm a millionaire!!!!!
Time to raise the ante - going to .0325.
Balance is sitting as support at .032 now.
Haha, MINE!! 425k filled so far, 575k to go.
Yup, to .032 - let's see what the MM's do with this order :)
Just put a buy order in for 125k @ .032- let's see what happens...
10k @ .0318 at 11:33
115k @ .032 at 11:34
Then a 100 share trade ($3.19) to bring it back down to .0319! MM games, nah, no way - LOL
If a tree falls in the forrest and no one is around to hear it..... Does SMAS have anything relevant to contribute to the world, let alone the investment world? Forrest Gump not withstanding, nah, cause it's a dead company and a dead stock. I totally agree with you and support you!
Move along folks, nothing to see here except a stock that hasn't exchanged shares above .0000 in over six months. I smell class action suit, who's in?
Nope, last trade @ 3:28 50k shares.
The PR is on TDA, that's where I saw it this morning. Just checked to be sure, and it's still there.
Up to 1.68 million now, trying to get to 2 before she blows - waiting on a funds transfer!
Yeah, except the total was 150k, they split it up because the rest was at the ask of .027
MM games continue! 5 minutes ago, I put a bid in for 150k shares at .028 when the ask was .027, 28,700 filled at .027 and the rest is not even showing as a bid! They won't let it move and this is plainly illegal!! They are showing the bid now at .0265 when I still have 120k+ shares bid at .028.
Finally filled - 8 minutes later! These Market Manipulators should be fined and jailed!
Enjoy the propofol!!
# of shares have converted, but not price
Mine says "N/A" in place of the name on TDA????
Actually, quite a bit is contradictory...
SMAS is a totally DEAD company that has never produced a single penny of profit!! It should be delisted as it does not communicate with shareholders. A class-action Suit against the company would be a great idea except that, amazingly enough, a public company with 20 BILLION shares, has ZERO assets!!!!
Actually, the link provided has NO bearing on SMAS stock, because it is hardly a "new issue", but more a DEAD stock that has outlived it's scam on the public.
The real issue (as demonstrated by repeated posting of the same chart which proves my point) is that there has been NO value in the exchange of shares in this stock for the past 6+ months. Exchanges below .0000 are NOT trades, that's a FACT. Yes, it's been conceded that the 'volume' has NO VALUE. We are making progress!!
We have already established that brokers will NOT accept a buy or sell order at less than .0000, and that there are NO MM's involved with SMAS. Therefor, no trades, but only exchanges of stock for good and services provided to Stevie Wonder, our magnificent CEO, have occurred. Value, a Happy Meal a week, LOL, hope he is enjoying them!!
This is a dead company and a dead stock - move along folks, nothing to see here!
Absolutely ridiculous to think that's some 'volume', I'll not concede that a message board has better information than a world trading broker leader in TD Ameritrade, comical actually. According to TDA, there have been NO trades since 12/15/10, nearly six months ago!! Minimal volume (enough to buy a few happy meals), I'll concede - likely about $400 laughable dollars over six months ALL in LESS than .0000 exchanges. But it's nice to see that the lack of money on exchanges you have acknowledged, we are making progress!!!
I can tell you that, without question, the DTC IS the reason that the shares have not transferred.

Simple indeed, 13 million shares have been DUMPED at less than the market minimum in the past six months, NOT traded. No MM's will touch this POS, there is NO market. The obvious is being ignored and quite frankly I am bored with the monotonous 'take' on how wonderful SMAS is when in fact it is a DEAD stock that has demonstrated it cannot trade above a thousanth of a penny. Seriously ridiculous, and this is my last post on this topic.
Move on folks, nothing to see here.
I think it's being suggested that we should all rejoice in $300-$400 worth of DUMPING over the past six months?!?!?! Absolutely laughable and irrelevant. SMAS is DEAD, the stock is useless and unable to trade. SMAS is unable to pay its obligations. The sole supporter is arguing about the spelling of grey, LOL, when OTC markets makes it clear the correct spelling in the USA is GREY. Comical!!
There are no market makers in this security. It is not listed, traded or quoted on any U.S. stock exchange or the OTC Markets. Trades in grey market stocks are reported by broker-dealers to their Self Regulatory Organization (SRO) and the SRO distributes the trade data to market data vendors and financial websites so investors can track price and volume. Since grey market securities are not traded or quoted on an exchange or interdealer quotation system, investor's bids and offers are not collected in a central spot so market transparency is diminished and Best Execution of orders is difficult.

Wrong again, sorry, your statement below is simply NOT true. Market orders are not even accepted for grey market stocks. Those darned facts keep getting in the way.
WRONG, sorry, try and put a buy or sell order in for less than .0001 and it will not be accepted. There is ONLY ONE way for shares to change hands at less than .0001 when there are no MM's involved. That is for the company to DUMP the shares, most likely to pay a bill. Considering the lack of value in SMAS, my revised guess would be that the shares were exchanged at roughly 25%, or .000025, which would equate to about $325.
DUMPS below .0001 are NOT trades, thus NOT volume. Not sure how to convey that other than what I have already stated. SMAS has had only share DUMPS in the past six months, there have been ZERO trades. An individual CANNOT buy OR sell below .0001, there are no MM's involved, so only the company can DUMP shares below that. With 20 Billion shares, no filings, no money, and no business, this POS company is a joke!
Move along folks, nothing to see here.
A "trade" involves a buyer and a seller at greater than .0001 per share - there have been NO trades of SMAS since December 2010, only shares dumped into the market. NO trades = NO volume.
Which one applies to SMAS, I'm confused by your conflicting posts?
WRONG, sorry, there have been NO "trades" by your own admission. Since "trades" must take place at or above the minimum value of .0001, and you acknowledge and have posted that there hasn't been a single exchange in the past six months at or above .0001, there have been NO trades. If you want to call DUMPING shares at less than the market minimum 'volume', then you have volume. To me, there has been NO volume because there have been NO trades. SMAS is a DEAD grey market stock!!
WRONG, sorry, MM's do NOT deal in grey sheet dead stocks like SMAS! I noticed that there is no dispute on there being less than $850 of this stock exchanged in over 6 months. Although some may choose to call that "volume", that is PATHETIC!!! Public company, or public fraud? I, as an investor, would like to see a list of ALL of the lawsuits against Somatic Systems currently in process, or settled! CEO Steve Aronstein, and I know that you read this board, how about coming clean with your 'investors'??

SMAS IS dead, there is NO volume, only shares being dumped at below market minimum.
Nothing to see here folks, just move on.
LOL, that's not trading, it's dumping at under-market value, thank you for proving my point :)
A stock EXCHANGING shares at less than the market minimum is NOT trading, it is begging. The company and the stock are TOTALLY DEAD, not having traded at the market minimum for over six months. There is NO volume!
If anyone wants to buy my 10 million shares at 5 thousands of a penny so I can cut my losses please let me know!!!
'Volume' in thousands of a penny? Gimme a break!! LOL Ummmm, did anyone notice the price?? This company is a worthless POS that 'trades' at a price no serious investor would ever do anything but laugh at
Wrong, sorry, DUMPING shares below market minimum is not 'volume'. It is only a desperate effort of a dying company to stay afloat. SMAS is a POS useless company that has PROVEN it is inept at breaking even, left alone making a profit. BTW, nice .0000 chart you have provided, which proves my point.
