Not sure about the board view on that Sano but I have always found that if I am not happy with a stock or a firm or a CEO I sell. No big deal. Ol boy thinks the CEO does not care about people. Well I know for a fact that he does. So when someone get on that tangent I know they really have not done their research and are looking for a fight. For what ever reason. So why not just sell or walk away...??
Because this stock Is poised in a huge market and they are scared they will not get on the right train.
I disagree but if you feel that way you have the power to sell what shares you have and move along. No big deal there are many stock you can feel more comfortable with. Here start here and have fun..

He pays his self from his RHL account through mmrg and then continues to make credit agreements to mmrg from rhl to sustain mmrg.
his real payday is based on the success of this firm.
that is how I see it. but hey there will be at post saying it ain't so
and that was not my point. from the last post .. the point was take a small starter position and then wait and see. the long term for this tech and sector is where it is at.
Might want to read some more. If this man did not care about PHR's as you said he would not be in this biz. He has the choice and the knowledge to walk away anytime he wants. He has the resources to start anything or stop anything he wants. The lawsuits are to protect the company the knowledge and vision.
But like I said at the front end Read then Read some more. But not only here on mmrg but the sector then the over all medical applications that can be placed into this and other phr's..
It is coming and it will be a multi billion dollar sector that will be a leader in saving lives and money in the years to come. Can Bob and company innovate and progress to keep up with the vision of the leaders and thinkers. Well I just don't know. Do they have a stable platform to work from .. Sure. So take a ticket so you don't forget this one then set your algos so they alert you of any changes that meet your needs and wants.
Innovation will prevent stagnation.. Innovate Bob Innovate.
Focus..
Just in case you don't have the link to watch the action. It is listed above in the info section.

MysteryZ,
JMHO. I think on this front the firm will need to really take time
to pick it's battles. a few will do to set a standard.
The success or failure of those battles will affect the bottom
line of the company.
I agree with Mr.S that any cases should be 8k information
and not a pr. anyone who is involved will take time to
read the facts.
The results of the case/s should be pr and 8k info.
And if the case ends up being huge. By all means
a airplane with a banner flying across the nation is cool with
me.
ya'll be safe..

http://www.ehow.com/about_6134564_notice-allowance-patent_.html
Patents give inventors the exclusive right to make, use or sell their invention for 20 years after the patent is approved. When the U.S. Patent Office issues a notice of allowance for a patent, it means that the government has decided your patent is a genuinely new invention and intends to grants you a patent.
http://www.uspto.gov/web/offices/pac/mpep/s1309.html
Under the current publication process, electronic capture of most of the information to be printed in a patent will begin as soon as an allowed application is received in the Office of Patent Publication, immediately after the Notice of Allowance has been mailed. The Office of Patent Publication forwards the allowed applications to the printer for Initial Data Capture (IDC). This IDC process takes approximately five weeks to accomplish and during this time the application, if in a paper file, is not available to examiners or for purposes of making copies of the application (copies of the application files that have been published may be ordered from the Office of Public Records, upon payment of the fee, but the applications will not be removed from the publication process for purposes of making copies). After IDC is completed, the application is returned to the Office of Patent Publication, and the file will be available to examiners and the Office of Public Records.
What they do with it and how the market responds to this is
something I am not willing to speculate on. I stand by first call
and am just waiting.

They do not know what the total NOL is right now. LOOK
at the first day motions they got a 30 extension to gather
all finance info due to the world wide nature of the business.
I also got a smile when they said "voluminous " records.
In my mind that means they are keeping it close to the chest.
ya know.
General information here. Today I went by carpenter bayou and there is a firm that is a heavy hitter in the subsea umbilical area.
Just to let you all know they have more umbilical coils on the dock that I have seen in the last 4-5 years. Something is up and it is big. Not the small coils either the bigunnns. .

IF just IF they can follow up on patent that is being used by a major player or hospital this will turn around. This area.
to include claims involving Personal Health Records used in clinical trials and emergency access to PHRs by first responders,
If they can grab some crash chasing money grubbing ambulance company by the cajoles and squeeze them hard enough to get them to admit to patent infringement and set a precedent we can breath a little better. time will tell .. Going back to fishing catch you all around sometime.

Well saw my first mymedicalrecord advert on the CW television network today when I was passing through the galley on the boat. In Port Arthur Texas today.

Huge at the top?? come on really does anyone understand that
by all rights this firm should of folded during the housing bust>??
does anyone really understand the effort it took over the past few
years to keep the darn doors open at ddi?? does anyone understand
what the closing of the gulf did to the industry and how many firms just threw up their hands and walked away?? Yeah a lot of them. Just quit. Said the heck with it. But this little welding shop as some would put not only kept the doors open but added to the bottom line. Sure the route was like a sail boat on a fast tack back and forth.
Lost a lot of folks who did not take the time to understand what the heck was going on. And that was and is a lot of people. If you really want to know about it pull the filings and read and re-read and when you have what you think is a good understanding of them call the ceo and ask away. He will not back down from any question. he will put it out there like it or not. the man has salt and this firm will be around for a long time to come.

Deloitte predicts that by year-end 2012 over 80 percent of all wireless traffic going over short-range (under 10 meters) connections will likely be data; the volume of data carried over those connections will likely have doubled year-on-year, and that over one percent of all wireless data will likely be exchanged directly between devices instead of being routed through the Internet – a 100 percent year on year increase.

Whoop Whoop.. Show me da money!!!
Thanks Gamco that fits into the Rumor from a friend,
So with that I would expect that the cube tech will also help
relief the stress on Sprint network in time to come.
Figure the more cars with the small cell tech in them the better
the network will be.. Funny though the end user. aka the fellow
who buys the car will be more than happy to have that connected
car. And he will be buying that tech. And Sprint will be getting
a better network with out even having to build new towers.
Savvy indeed ..

Glad I pulled the trigger the other day..
But now the reason. and this is just rumor
A Friend of a Friend type thing. But here you go.
And hope some of the tech folks here can see if there is
any logic to this...
I was told that someone is in a automakers design area looking
to add the small cell tech into auto design to help expand
a carriers coverage without having to add more towers to the
overall system. Of course this has got to be a very long term
plan and I wonder if it will ever come to pass. But is there any
logic to a plan like this. how do you think it would work.
I would assume that the small cell would have to be able to jump
wi-fi base stations seamless and on the go. who knows. But seems like
a good thing to look into.

Took starter position today..
Been watching for months..
Wonder if the S.E.C. finds out that they did violate the market access rule. would that put them in a position to have them chilled by the DTCC?? I mean level playing field and all. what good for the goose etc.
Crystal balls hard yet transparent.. LOL
Hope you all day traded this. If the deal that just hit the wires
goes you are diluted by like what 70% spank spank the stock tanks.
Reason I did not play it.
Lot of folks are going to get burned pre market Monday.
Ouch..
Good luck ..
Will be watching from the sidelines.
