Chit, statement is a little confusing? "We are trying to complete the financials by the end of the quarter to coincide with notification to FINRA." End of 2nd Qtr was June 30th, end of 3rd Qtr will be Sept 30 two weeks after the Annual meeting???.. wonder what Qtr is he talking about?
pxquitar, why would you pay .037 to .040 when there is stock available at .033-.034. CAVR will move up when investors are no longer willing to sell in the lower .03 range or when demand picks up.
savy1, I think someone is nuts to short a penny stock unless your intent is to drive them out of business. HDSN is on the stock and he has a bad reputation.
Care to give any specifics?
2ndEldest, Market is more than likely not happy with the change in date when only 3 weeks away.
You bring nothing to any board you post on..You are a loser.
stockcrazy, looks like you post the same drivel on every board you post on. Is that the Chinese way. Your posts read like assembly instruction on Wal-Mart crap made in China.
Firedog, you will see millions of shares traded before we get to .07. Note HDSN now shows 109,000 at .042. As buys and sell come in these numbers continually change.
OT, Amigo, How about AAPL at $400.....Yippi...options through the roof past month.
Minimum stock price for listing on AMEX is 3.00 per share. Long way to go for that.
Syddy, as I said that would be the only logical move at this time.
Although level 2 shows just about all the trades to day as sells a few of those trades are mine and they were buys (by me) even though they were at the bid and not the ask.
jaws, what I said was the minimum share price to get listed on the AMEX is 3.00 and the NASDAQ 4.00. So unless shareholders drive the price up to those level it would take a reverse stock split in order to meet NAS and AMEX price requirement. Did not say it was going to happen or that Billy is even thinking about it. I posted the requirement for listing on the OTCBB and that's seems to be the next logical step for CAVR.
Kgem, I don't think any PR ever said what exchange he was looking at. I can only assume the OTCBB for now.
Kgem, As to listing on a higher board as soon as CAVR files it's report it will be eligible to list on the OTCBB but will need an MM to sponsor it. See requirement below. But it cannot move up to the NASDAQ or AMEX without meeting other requirements. The most significant is share price; For AMEX minimum share price for listing is 3.00 for NASDAQ it is 4.00 per share. So without a 1:100 reverse stock split CAVR will not be going on the AMEX or NASDAQ any time soon:
Listing and Eligibility Requirements
What are the "listing" requirements for the OTCBB?
Because the OTCBB is a quotation service for FINRA Market Makers, not an issuer listing service or securities market, there are no listing requirements that must be met by an OTCBB issuer. Accordingly, there are no financial requirements and there is no minimum bid price requirement.
Are OTCBB companies considered to be "listed"?
No, the OTCBB is not an issuer listing service, and there is no listing agreement between either the OTCBB or NASDAQ and the issuer. There are, however, certain requirements an issuer must meet in order for its securities to be eligible for a market maker to enter a quotation on the OTCBB.
What are the eligibility requirements for the OTCBB?
In order for a security to be eligible for quotation by a market maker on the OTCBB, the security must be registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) or other federal regulatory authority that has proper jurisdiction (see below) and the issuer must be current in its required filings with such federal authority.
Domestic issues quoted on the OTCBB are limited to the following securities:
securities of issuers that make current filings pursuant to Section 13 or 15(d) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 ("Act");
securities of depository institutions that are not required to make filings under the Act, but file publicly available reports with their appropriate regulatory authorities;
securities of registered closed-end investment companies; and
securities of insurance companies that are exempt from registration under Section 12(g)(2)(G) of the Act.
Foreign issues and ADRs must be registered with the Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) pursuant to Section 12 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
See Filing Information for more information on filing requirements and how FINRA processes OTCBB issuers' filings.
How many market makers are required for a security to be on the OTCBB?
A minimum of one market maker is needed. Instructions on how to get a list of market makers are above.
What are the listing fees for the OTCBB?
There are no listing fees for the OTCBB. Market makers do pay a fee for participating in the OTCBB of $6 per security per month.
Does the OTCBB have shareholder approval rules?
No. The OTCBB does not have shareholder approval rules.
Is an OTCBB issuer required to have an audit committee?
OTCBB issuers may choose to have an audit committee, and certain OTCBB issuers may be required to have an audit committee by virtue of an applicable law or rule. However, the OTCBB rules do not separately require OTCBB issuers to establish or maintain an audit committee.
How does a company get on the OTCBB?
An issuer may not submit an application directly to be quoted on the OTCBB. A market maker must sponsor the security and demonstrate compliance with SEC Rule 15c2-11 before it can initiate a quote in a specific security on the OTCBB. Please visit our How To Quote Securities page in Market Maker Services for detailed information on quoting a security on the OTCBB.
How does a security delisted from NASDAQ or another exchange get on the OTCBB?
For a security being delisted from NASDAQ, NYSE, or AMEX, a Market Maker must file a Form 211.
When can a company be "delisted" or removed from the OTCBB?
OTCBB issuers that become delinquent in their required regulatory filings will have their securities removed from the OTC Bulletin Board. Further, all OTCBB issues must maintain at least one registered Market Maker to remain on the OTCBB. When the last Market Maker in a security withdraws from the stock, the issue is removed from the OTCBB after 4 days pursuant to Rule 15c2-11. An issuer cannot voluntarily withdraw from the OTCBB; only a market maker can voluntarily withdraw its quote from the OTCBB. If an OTCBB security becomes listed on NASDAQ or another exchange, it will no longer be eligible and will be removed from the OTCBB.
Kgem, did not sell yesterday. Accumulating at this level...will sell a few at .06 or higher. 160,000 shares traded yesterday and 100,000 were all you. Kinda strange putting in small buy orders. So how did you put in your order to buy 100,000 shares and not have the market react positively. Seems like most of the trades yesterday were sells.
Kgem, only mentioned it because of your statement yesterday to Johnsym; "Normally I stay off the board and try not to interfer with board posting, but this current drop in share price has got me bewildered. However, I bought today taking advantage of the price drop, and I intend to buy tomorrow."
Notice the 25K buy @.047 and the size of the offer for HDSN and NITE never changed.
Kgem, you said you were going to buy today. No buying yet? Are you waiting for the price to drop more before you buy? Seems to me if you were going to buy today .047 is a pretty good price.
Amigo, you have any idea of HEPI's max production capabilities until, and or if, they ever move. Unless they want to pay two rents don't they have another 2 years at the current location?
Thanks johnsyn, same info that I have posted and verified via ETMM. What CAVR needs is a couple of 10 million share days up a dime or so. I'm ready.
Firedog, I just place a small buy of 10K @.047, it executed immediately and the ask price and quantity never changed. NITE was showing 5700 before my trade and is still showing 5700 after the trade. Level 2 often times does not really reflect what is going on with many MM computer. Mainly because most, if not all, of the trading in simply vie computer.
Very quite, summer doldrums. Heat!
Firedog, if I put in an order to sell 10000 shares at .048 when ETMM shows 5000 at .049 the order will show up on Level2 unless I specify AON (all or none) if I specify AON the order will not show up. I suspect ETMM has a bunch of AON orders.
ETMM is E*trade...many of the trades you see ETMM handle are mine...you really don't want to get rid of this electronic trading platform..
I just received a response from Billy that the Joplin data would be released early next week.
velcro, don't think anyone that answered the phone at the Joplin RC would know.
Someone needs to fire off another email to Billy and ask him what happened to the announcement???
Sorry Amigo, was just trying to let you know that ARCA was not there either. Won't ;mention it again.
Amigo, ARCA gone from SGTB as well.
Wonder if anyone took a small profit last week?????
Let me ask again...did I miss the news about how much they donated to Joplin MO Red Cross? Been traveling.
Been on trip for a few days. Wasn't Billy suppose to release the Joplin Red cross award amount last week? Did I miss it?
and now, as is there style, they dump
slugbugwhite, it has sailed from .01 to .074 certainly has more to go but it is never dumb to take a profit.
pxquitar, OT and now they are dumping that other stock big time, down 40% so far today.
Amigo,
I was reading your post from July 1 and was thinking about this line when I mentioned you have been nibbling for couple of months;
Grabbing some for the artifact hype that should build over the next 6-8 weeks.
You clearly stated in that post that you had just started buying a small amount. Sorry about that.
Amigo, I believe I mentioned that I was told they had tons of the old PAZ bottles. I did not mention they had lots of this white bottle you are talking about.
On the OT front did you see the latest from PRXI. Not bad results. Know you have been pecking away at it from time to time for a couple of months. Could come alive in the next month or two.
Hi Loof
Yes it has been a long time.
Been dong very well in this stock and in a gold stock. I have about 1.6 million shares of this one and I trade a few hundred K on days like yesterday and today. Nice 3-5K profit days.
My opinion on CAVR is that it will be in the .10-.20 range by the Annual meeting in Aug and then, based on what is said and what's coming up, really take off. If they report increased rev, a profit, a dividend and keep making money through the end of the year there is no reason why it can't be .50-1.00.
So good to hear from you. GL in your other ventures. My TekPlates still work and work well...that was a completely miss managed operation. It should have been a real success IMHO.
Willy, not Wild anymore. LOL
Notice that HDSN is doing the same thing RAFF did this morning. If anyone has reported RAFF to FINRA you may also want to report HDSN. However, I am quite sure they will report that all their orders were AON. And HDSN has been on the stock for a while now.
carm, welcome to CAVR, sorry for the $10.00 bucks but I hit enter before I had completed the post. Please re-read it. I guess the general consensus of opinion is that the stock could run to .10-.20 in the short term, and then based on what is said at the SHM in Aug., the stock could take off.
