jaws, what I said was the minimum share price to get listed on the AMEX is 3.00 and the NASDAQ 4.00. So unless shareholders drive the price up to those level it would take a reverse stock split in order to meet NAS and AMEX price requirement. Did not say it was going to happen or that Billy is even thinking about it. I posted the requirement for listing on the OTCBB and that's seems to be the next logical step for CAVR.

Kgem, I don't think any PR ever said what exchange he was looking at. I can only assume the OTCBB for now.
