The company is older than claimed in that email.
It was trading in '05 which you know as well....
This is August '07.....Downs has failed to take care
of longs at this point and needs to rectify this for
anything positive to happen.
I'm annoyed Downs isn't/hasn't replied to my emails/calls.
It kept me from buying back in, flat plain and simple.
This is probably the case with a lot of people who've
invested in this company over the past 2+ years....
I recall $1.80 as well.....
Jungle is now banned from the board and so cannot answer.
IDWD draws a lot of trading interest....
So there's no predicting where it will go.
It could go on a solid run again or it could go down.
I should've bought some on the last hard dive....
those who did, doubled and then some.
I agree that it could run again since it has in the past.
I don't like how the company is run or the CEO's history.
I also don't like how some get emails/calls returned and
I haven't had one returned. I also don't care for the
lack of PRs and the rating on Pinksheets.

A young little blond girl comes back from school one evening. She runs to

I agree it is interesting and a curiousity as well.
It's amazing, imo, that ACMG is still trading.
I'm expecting the next big rush of infomercials on TV
to be about trading penny stocks successfully.
Another fallout from our current level of communications, imo,
is going to be penny stocks being treated as the plague.
Fads, etc seem to run full circle.
I'm expecting Penny stocks to get a rap of being taboo to
any newcomer investors.
The SEC is very slow to make any genuine changes for the better.
If pinks had to at the very least provide annual financial
reports and include their OS, AS, contact information, TA,
Company officers' names, and physical mailing address, and
then the SEC actually get beefed up enough to be a genuine
enforcement agency, we might see a real turn around in pinks.
The SEC definitely needs some expansion both in personnel
and departments of enforcement and oversight.
If the SEC had this now, ACMG would be less of a mystery.
This is the IDWD board.

Posts about other posters are Off Topic and are a TOU violation.
The topic for discussion is IDWD.
Flipping or shorting ACMG?
Consistent flipping doesn't make sense as it doesn't logically
explain the manipulative diatribes I've observed here.
SP and ACMG's activity doesn't support flipping for profit.
Shorting ACMG absolutely explains it.
A short would campaign to get a real moderator removed that
merely enforces the TOU in a public forum.
A flipper would not. It just isn't logical,
ESPECIALLY flipping for very small profits.
There's every indication here that ACMG experiences a great
deal of manipulation which is unkind to retail longs.
Shorts stand to lose the most if their consumer market dries up.
They then have to find a new target to manipulate.
In my experience, shorts/manipulators ABSOLUTELY cannot
stand to see straight forward discussion and dialogue.
They make every effort to sabotage it.
It hinders their profit making.
Personally, I'd like to see the SEC follow through and deal
with those manipulative forces which was part of my conversation
with the SEC compliance officer. The sqeaky wheel gets the grease
and getting ACMG into the sights of the SEC was not easy.
It took presenting a wide spectrum of facts to get the SEC
interested in ACMG.
I would enjoy being a part of the retailers' solution to pink
scams which fleece retail investors. The trick is NOT to complain
about every single scam, but to find one that the SEC is likely
to follow through on and make an example of.

143,153 shares of CTBG indicating some Etrade shares traded.
This is going to blow my mind if we actually do see a short squeeze.

Do you know who is behind the pump and dump that just failed
last week? That's something new.
Thing is, the failure brought out the worst in some.

I wonder
if ACMG would be a good example for an undergraduate business
course where investing in pinks may be part of the material covered.
Of course, current opinions of retail long investors of ACMG
should be of some interest as well.
I wonder what younger minds think about this investment.
The problem is how to make it interesting once the facts
about the MIA CEO, TA, Phone, Facilities, etc are made known.
I'm just wondering if there's any educational value here once
the students do any DD. I'm trying to find some value in ACMG
and now I'm thinking even this is a longshot.
Besides, if trading in ACMG gets halted.....
Ok let's compare ACMG to IDWD
I invested in IDWD when it was about .05 around 2 years ago......
Then it went as high as $1.80+
I sold off most of it during one of those runs.
This was BEFORE I was even an IHub member.
I never once pumped or bashed or posted about it on ANY forum
during that time.
I did receive my HLS dividend shares from IDWD.
They were converted to IDWD shares.
The CEO is a convicted felon, but he is NOT MIA like ACMG's.
In fact, his PO gets a lot of calls about him.
Interesting enough, I made my $$$ on IDWD before I ever knew
about the CEO's past history. It was just a quick fun money
gamble that paid off and produced more fun money to gamble with.
IDWD's phone can be called and answered. The CEO can be emailed.
They supposedly still have offices.
There are supposedly products being sold and a buyout in progress.
ACMG however cannot be called and talk to a person.
ACMG's CEO cannot be communicated with by shareholders.
IDWD has a TA, ACMG's TA is MIA.
I made $ on IDWD. I have the REMOTE possibility of making more
off the few shares I kept and my dividend shares.
I have also since publicly posted that it is a terrible
investment, IMO.
The bottom line: It's not the loser stock that ACMG is.
IDWD is still being played with success by some.
I am waiting and watching IDWD to see how it eventually ends.
It looks like it will end badly, but not definitely so.
ACMG however, looks like it's saga should end soon.
It's important to tell the truth.
I just did. We now know for a fact who has twisted it
in an ill contrived effort to con me into an OT post.
This of course has backfired.
Instead, I have told the truth AND posted ON Topic with
a comparison between my two investments.
On ACMG, I made .001 profit on the 50k shares I bought & sold.
The share I have left is therefore paid for.
Imo, it was pure luck. But hey, lucky is good in investing.
Plus as an investor, I was able to lodge a SEC complaint
and speak with a SEC compliance officer at length about ACMG.
How many here can boast the gains I made on IDWD, that they
have made similar gains on ACMG?????
NOT ONE.
I'm 2 for 2 and in the green in both investments.
I invest to make $. I play with some of the profit in pinks.
I don't play games here.
By holding one share, I have the same rights as any other
retail shareholder that holds millions.
I have the same rights as any shareholder that is holding ACMG
at a horrific loss right now.
By holding my remaining small amount of IDWD shares,
I get to satisfy my curiousity and see where it ends
and all without having posted a single personal attack
on any other IDWD shareholder. Again, I have the same
rights as any shareholder that was overly greedy and
didn't sell when IDWD's price went up and is now stuck
with a terrible loss if the company/CEO fails to deliver.

is like asking someone with no arms or legs

It isn't likely to happen.
I still have one share of ACMG.
It keeps the sp immediately available
in my L2 quotes so it's easy to keep an eye on.....

They get formed by people that don't actually start out
wanting to scam their shareholders.....but...
they yield to circumstances when their leadership fails
to deliver the results they hoped and dreamed of....
then they just take the money and run....
IMO, ACMG is possibly one of these.
