Looks like the price is being pushed back up....
wonder if an online order will go through now?
wow
first time in a while
GFCI has more shares traded than CTBG
GFCI 125,000- 119,950 CTBG
I'm expecting more shares to be shorted
so not much to get excited about
Has CTBG finally hit bottom?
only 119,950 shares traded so far today...
cheap shares are about gone....
so what's shorty to do?
short more?
or finally buy to cover?
after login....
Oh give it a rest
doubt you even own any shares of this pile of garbage....
if you did....you wouldn't be arguing this nonsense.
The I-man has shown he posts quality over a long period.
I also happen to know he's correct both from the rules
and by experience with IDWD.
and yes he affirmed the very thing I said all along.
If Downs is going to pump this up again
he should just do it and get it over with
The real penalty will be Randy Moss
will suffer a season ending perhaps career ending injury.
or Brady will be sacked into a hole so deep
he'll need a ladder to get out..
Not hoping for anything here.....
but I have this nagging suspicion.....
Look both of my brokers don't have a history of lying
both of them told me the same thing per the 144 rule
AND
don't forget the PR which said they'd only be restricted
for one year.
Downs however being a convicted felon.....hard to believe.
--------------------------------------------------------------
That was my purpose for posting the article! This will end the many messages back and forth about the restricted shares. Until Downs lifts the restriction nothing happens. I haven't even seen the SEC filing yet. Has this been done?
yep....
on the home page
let's see there was a huge ad for pbhr or some such garbage
I forget the one before that......
right smack in the top middle of the page.....
that's an ad.........
here's the current one for high roller:
http://usas1.advfn.com/oasis/oasisi.php?s=34&c=283&cb=1953953974
Dang I thought I picked an earlier date
and that my Dec date was for the next RS after this one
I'm sticking with Dec for the next one and I'll say
Dec 14th, 2007 4000-1
so do paying members
at least I do....they're annoying
your sig file is rather small......
couldn't make it any bigger ?
Nice...
Nice to see some of the folks too.....
Exactly.
Same here.
Which is why I don't understand what all the fuss is about.
It's pretty straight forward afterall.
Nope,
Antarctica is the final investment frontier for Frank.....
or maybe outer space....
Somewhere in the Outer Limits of course....
First there was the Muppets "Pigs in Space"
now we'll have
JCMP in Outer Space.
Every Shareholder will be required to wear yellow spandex of course....
Is there a SEC filing to go with that?
rotfl!
I'm just waiting for the end of the quarter IDWD PR
that announces yet another delay & promise of
great things to come......which of course.....they won't, imo.
somehow I don't think your reply will be believed or accepted.
It's a good reply though and right on target.
Whoomp there it is!
took them long enough....
so when the next one?
Dec 14th is my guess.
anyone else?
SEC rule concerning FTDs
and it's obvious who does that....
it sure tanked quick though...
I'm glad I wasn't able to place my order online....
look how much % wise I would've lost in just a couple of days
so much for a speculative play....
the proof's in the pudding so to speak.
Those who can't stand the Patriots
do so because they were allowed to get away with
so much on the field that should've drawn penalty flags.
Lop sided umpiring stinks.....
everyone respects a team when it wins with talent
and good execution, but only when it's done honestly.
The Pats have been dirty for some time.....
it's about time it caught up to them.
sue the SEC over IDWD?
good luck with that.....
That has about about much luck as suing the IRS
Wrong
June 14th of '08 they become unrestricted by SEC rules
and it is easier to get the restriction lifted.
sure sign of a scam, imo. ......eom.
Just an idea for PMs
a write and forward option in the mailbox and link to pick from
your favorite people to put in as recipient.
If it's already there, I can't see it.
Of course if this is something too unwieldy for the system......
and this might make it too easy for complainers to complain.
So it might not be the best of ideas.
Wow.....
looks like Downs needs to be arrested before he can skip town.
After the end of this quarter
so there's a final nail in the coffin,
I agree.
on one assumption, you're 100% wrong.
I do NOT cast IDWD in a fair light, PERIOD.
IDWD stinks.
It's absolutely ridiculous to make such an assumption.
Why cast about such a ridiculous disgusting accusation?
(don't answer as it would be OT and my question is rhetorical)
I agree it basically doubled the share count.
Unfortunately, unless you have a boatload of those restricted
dividend shares, it isn't worth messing with once you pay to
have the restriction lifted for 90 days to sell them.
The one year restriction was up June 14th this year.
So when you say you would sell them, the only questions is:
why don't you? Why go on and on about it when all it takes
is paying the fee to have the restriction lifted for 90 days.
Or is there some out there whose HLS shares are in some sort
of Limbo? I don't believe that either. Two brokers have
confirmed the HLS to IDWD conversion on the restricted shares.
Most who invested in this bought low and sold high and kept
some shares to see what would happen, imo. Not much has
happened since with IDWD.
I don't believe the buyout is actually happening.
Imo, it's just another Downs' PR pump like the previous ones.
Maybe I'm wrong, but I doubt it.
The same questions have been asked over and over and the answer
is always the same. The conclusion is Downs is still a crook,
IDWD is a joke, and overall, a complete waste of time.
Some speculate we'd get $2.35 for our restricted shares.
I just can't buy that. I don't believe there's many others
out there that believe it either.
First, the HLS shares were to give us a dividend in a new
blah blah blah company. Then they get converted back into
IDWD shares, which means we have bupkis in HLS. Any value
they had in HLS became ruined when they were converted into
restricted IDWD shares. Besides isn't HLS history as well.
There's the whole WSA bit that followed.
It makes no sense that HLS would pay $2.35 per share if HLS
has any reality to it.
Everything about IDWD is OLD.
It's like a bad joke that gets told over and over and it has
no humor value whatsoever. Downs doesn't respond to email or
phone calls. What I don't get is why he hasn't been put back
in jail again. IDWD is obviously toast, imo.
So except for your erroneous statement about me,
we agree. So what's the problem?
It drops like a rock
whenever shares hit the market.
Pretty scary for any retailers considering getting into FTXN.
Imo, someone is shorting it till it bottoms and then buys
back at the bottom like when 1.2 million shares were dumped
and then bought back, someone walked away with a cool $250k.
Might be wrong, but that's what it looks like.
Or, someone had some shares, dumped them, then bought them back
cheaper so they could repeat the cycle. It's just wierd how
hard and fast this thing drops when some shares are dumped.
Looks like cheap shares are tightening up
as the deadline approaches.
When's this thing gonna run?
It reminds me of Leaf and the Chargers.
Watched Leaf when he debued at Mile High..
Elway took a few snaps and Bubby Brister came in...
then Leaf had his chance...
They sacked him hard and most of the people in the
stands were yelling welcome to the NFL, Leaf!
His day just got worse from there.
Leaf washed out that season.
I don't know what's worse, paying big $ to rookies or
paying big $ to incompetents like Jake Plummer.
The Raiders keep a pretty good front offensive line,
the kid may have a chance, but with him getting all
that $, the Raiders' salary cap is going to keep them
from picking up a lot of other players....
and that's cool beans, imo.
Sorry hating the Raiders & Al Davis is in our DNA now.
In a way this is cool,
it will effect the Raider's salary cap as to
who else they can sign. Imo, this is going
to hurt them more than help.
My broker when called
said the restricted HLS shares were converted to:
IDWD restricted shares. Nothing hidden or mysterious there.
Statements to this effect have been posted repeatedly.
So what's the mystery? The questions are in fact: OLD.
The answers are: OLD and haven't changed.
Imo, this thing is a huge waste of time.
Retailers aren't excited about IDWD anymore.
It's pretty much about done and over with.

What makes it mysterious and amazing
is that SP hasn't completely dropped below .0001, imo.
I'm amazed there's a bid and an ask.
There's probably a lot of shares been dumped
into the market by mngt
and it'll probably see another rs soon.....
AARRRRRRGHHHHH
how can anyone sign with the %$&"/"($%! Raiders???!!!!!??
Glad to hear his future is promising
the Bills were out to do damage in that game
it was pretty obvious....
and received some in the process....
Both of Denver's runningbacks were roughed up....
it was a dogfight....not the kind of game
you want to see right out of the gate...
at least the Broncos won
even if it was a wild ending....
It was a dogfight imo.....
it could've gone Chi-town's way.....
Heavy volume?
199,941 shares traded so far and imo, that is not heavy volume.
SP has already dropped back down to .585
It was just Feb-March when this was running around $3.00.
it's been all downhill pretty much since then.
In the last 30 days it's been down in the high .40's already
and getting a little support......to climb back above .50.....
I'm glad I did NOT buy this around a buck when you were saying
how great it is....That would've been a big ouch.
I'm going to see if it can sustain .25 when it gets down there.
So far, imo, this one is a losing proposition at best.
Well Matt says this is the place for NFL football talk.
So, that being said....
Did anyone see that 11 second field goal at the end of the
Broncos and Buffalo? It was incredible.
Broncos made the 1st down and I'm screaming Down it! Down it!
because we all know you need 15-20 sec to get the kicking unit
on the field.....
and then we see they're actually on the field.....
and we're watching them setup like some horror film
and the seconds are ticking away.....and Elam kicks it through..
For first games of the season....
What I noticed was some teams going all out.
Buffalo's D was actually pretty impressive....
Both of Denver's runningbacks were roughed up.
Chargers mopped up Chicago who never gave up.....
There was some hard hitting yesterday all over the league....
so hard you could hear the crowds saying OOOOOOOhhhhh.....
right along with yourself......
Some blowouts....some defensive dogfights....
not a bad first day all in all, imo.
Good entertainment for sure.
