My sell order is in at five cents whether it's a realistic number or not ;) I can't be too careful. Good to see you've been around these parts for a while!
Hope not! Hopefully nice and early right around when we've been spiking the last couple days....
Anyone been here since their last news release?... I know that's been a while....But I wonder what time of day they'll reveal it and I'm curious to see what happens to SP as a result....AND if news is delayed :O...
I knew I had a calling to buy those .001s when they were kicking around. Nice gifts for some of you guys, I hope!
GLTA and good vibes all around the board! To basher and pumper alike ;)
Yeah at least some of my shares are 'free'...
Another run up tomorrow ya think?
It's honestly just on the homepage; the thing that says:
"*Therapy Cells announces its licensed partners and offers NEW licenses 23 July 2014"
It's underneath the yellow highlighted part. Doesn't look like much, but that's the way these stocks work...Somebody sneezes and it jumps 170% in a day lol.
I considered this as lost money once we were down to .001, but I wasn't aware of the impending news...Went from down 60% to up 30% by lunch the other day and sold out....Then ended up buying more in the .003s and selling today, but considered this news and put back in around .0059 lol..... Kind of a goofy way to do it....Hoping for great news and exponential gains from here though....
http://www.therapycells.com/
Right on there web page. I can't see how we'll be hit with bad news based on that.... Fingers crossed for another green day....The volume has been incredible...
Guesses on the news tomorrow? Do we continue with this trend or give back some? Thanks for the opinions :) I'm holding for great news tomorrow and penny-land over here!
Got some .0058s....Now I'm loaded for those pennies tomorrow....Good news I hope!....
Sold my .003s and bought the .006s with my profits....So I've got a stake to see what happens tomorrow -- but anybody think they'll give back to the .003s or less after this run and the news digests? I'm just getting familiar with the way this one is moving....Didn't think we'd see those .001s for so long!...
Hope you're ready to cover. Stay tuned!
Sold my .0027s...Kinda hope we pull back a bit before news, then I'll buy some more....
Ahhh we've known all that for years....Makes scary video games/movies a little more exciting ;)...
Eventually they'll pour millions into figuring out that a balanced cannabinoid profile (more CBDs, etc) will mitigate against paranoia....
Alcohol is a destroyer, and yet it remains very well-marketed and overly-consumed without thinking of cancers, acute heart failure, cirrhosis, etc....
Think a few bad studies will kill a market? Doubtful!...
He mentioned at Greenrush that he likes the vertical integration plays, and that the REAL money in this sector will be in the branding -- once we loosen the chains on MJ and we get wholesale buyers who slap a brand on the product and sell it at a mark up. He said that will be where the big bucks are. I think his opinion is simply that the grow plays -- producing and selling -- are limited when considering the breadth of the industry. In the next five years after we break into a legal market these strictly grow plays will be supplying for BIG buyers at cheaper prices who will in turn take care of the distribution, branding, and price mark-up. Right now we're not sure who is going to take that role! But I think these are the sort of ideas he is getting at -- there will only be so much you can get out of strictly growing and supplying. In that sense I think this is a valid point, but I wouldn't scoff at some of these growers/prospective LPs because we are still leaps and bounds away from this sort of a market! Right now everyone is sort of forced into this seed to sale sort of thing because of the MMPR, but eventually we'll have a larger distribution framework with wholesale buyers who just buy tons, brand it, store it, then sell it.
Yeah I sure hope so! No reason why we shouldn't be up there with Tweed!.... I'd put Stadnyk against Rifici any day....
Yeah we're in a good position, I think. This is probably my favourite post of the day, from SillyLung, a Chris Parry special from Stockhouse Bullboard:
A little insight.
I talked to Stadnyk Wednesday. Told him what was keeping share price and market cap down was number of shares out (300k+), and low price keeping institutionals away.
Suggested a rollback would see a short term negative price hit, but leave the company a ton of room to move going forward, a much more attractive share price, tons more volatility.
He said it had been a long debated topic among management, whether to take the short term hit for better positioning for the future, or stay the course and hope for the best.
Glad he made this move. Not a shareholder, but if people are going to start selling below $0.08, I may well start gobbling it up. Market cap for this company is already ridiculously low compared to comparables and this bit of housecleaning is long overdue.
Yeah that's a possibility. Just keep your family members informed or that blood feud will ensue and you'll have your nuts kicked into those sillylungs! lol
We're still going for gold! Holding tight until maybe $1.50 or so, then I'll unload a few!
Good idea. I'll add it to the post I stickied earlier today. And sounds good man! I don't think I'll be around too late tonight!
Hey Silly, you found anything on when this rollback will take place? The Wal-Mart of weed needed a rollback ;)
And yeah I was wondering that too....I'm with RBC and wouldn't trust it...Haha....While the system should be sophisticated enough to compensate for that, or cancel the order, I'd still bet that they'd sell....
I agree, TFN, and I'd like to see a timeline on this as well!...
I am not going to argue with a pessimist, and so you'll see what happens.... From 40 cents we will stand a better chance to get to 2.50 than we will stand to get from 8 cents to 35 cents... And this is simply because we are lowering our float.... You wait for the medman PR, the updates on security (which are on budget and on schedule), and we'll have a greater spike based on that alone.... By the time we get our license we'll have an even higher valuation and the party will have just begun. You can leave now, but you won't get the cake or a goody-bag on the way out.
I have helped you by providing what I know, but I have never claimed to be a financial expert....But this is a hobby I enjoy. All I've done is post my findings and what I see as logical, and I even went to Greenrush to harvest -- no pun intended -- the information that I thought to be relevant to yourself and to the other bodies posting on this message board, and so I don't deserve to be talked to in this manner...
A lovely post. It makes sense.... Low float means higher volatility on GOOD news. Here is an explanation on how that works for those of you who are unfamiliar with float:
The smaller a float, the more volatile a stock can become. If a stock has one million shares in its float and announces really good news, the share price will soar due to their being hardly any shares in the float. If there are hardly any shares in the float, this means that shares are harder to buy and the price to buy shares will go up. (http://www.davemanuel.com/2008/02/06/what-is-a-stocks-float-and-why-is-it-important/)
Chris Parry knows what he's talking about....
Thought I'd see you on here today....Only when we get 'bad' news ;)
Consolidation....People are freaking out....Nice PR will smooth things over.... Rest easy, Doctor.
You consider a drop of a penny and a half as carnage? You need some bigger losses, my friend, and some more expensive lessons....
You're generalizing when you say that 99% of the time a consolidation is a bad thing.....
People managing heavy amounts of money will not even bat an eyelash at a company with such a low PPS....
We kill 80% of our O/S and get in a similar place to Lexaria or Affinor. Then the big boys think to themselves...."Hmm....out of the aforementioned companies, who stands the best chance t getting a license?...Who has a prebuild? Who has the most cost-effective facility?"
Do you follow the new entrants? Are you familiar with these companies?
You've been spouting nonsense since you've got here; all general statements on disasters and earth-shattering movements in share price. All of these things are blips of nothing in the larger picture.
I've made money on companies who have undergone consolidation. I have seen companies consolidate, gain 50%, and then start paying a dividend. Your 99% talk is incredulous. I question whether you even own shares here, or if you are simply here to stir the pot....
Brother, you're not the only one in this, and we're all looking for that bright light at the end of the tunnel....No need to discredit the credible posts on this board and replace them with your nonsensical pixels that lack substance and sobriety....
How can you defend FITX over SPRWF/SL when their OS is in the billions, there is speculation concerning insider sell-offs every morning, and they have no real progress to speak of. Meanwhile their CEO likes to incriminate stock analysts on Facebook.
You're in the wrong place and the management team you're defending on this board is not worth the letters we are typing to one another.
No worries!....But they weren't my words, though I do agree with them! The guy named 'Transporter' on Stockhouse is the one who put this so eloquently. A 5 to 1 is NOTHING to worry about....They just want to get the O/S and float adjusted and in turn get some capital out of the big boys to fund our project.
In five years time, imagine when you can remind yourself of the money you forwarded to help establish this industry. We're investing beyond simply numbers and technicals, we're investing in a sector we believe in, and a company who is anxiously trying to raise capital in order to bring this dream into fruition. If you believe in the plant, the management, our grower, and our business plan then a 5:1 shouldn't bother any of us!
Thanks for hangin' out on the board brother! Good luck to you and to us all!
Looks like you're all-in on the competition ;). I bet the Creative Edge CEO would share consolidation news on his Facebook account before a press release.
CONSOLIDATION INFORMATION/THINGS TO CONSIDER
Agreed. We get great news over the last few weeks and the bashers die down a bit....Then we get 'bad' news and they resurface from the inner bowels of Hell to try and cause a shitstorm....
We just need to pay attention to the more intellectual posts..., Here's another from Transporter on Stockhouse which Sums everything up pretty nicely. I am going to sticky this post for the time being, just so that anyone wary of this company and the Supreme dream can take some comfort in knowing this is NOT a share-printing scam, but rather a very adequate business plan. Market cap is what matters!

Little lesson guys here..
Let's assume with an MMPR announcement the market values Supreme at a market cap of $80 million (pre production). With the pre-consolidated share structure at 290 million that would put the SP at 27 cents. So if you owned 500,000 shares, your portfolio value would be $135,000.
With the consolidated share structure of 58 million shares, that market cap of $80 million would calculate to a $1.35 share price and with your now 100,000 shares (1 share for every 5), your portfolio will be vlaued also at $135,000.
MARKET CAP IS WHAT MATTERS FOLKS!!!
Doesn't matter how much you slice and dice the shares, it's all relative to market cap and it's a FACT that the current market cap is UNDERVALUED!!
Use this as an opportunity to buy more shares!
ANOTHER POST ON CONSOLIDATION/MARKET CAP
theTransporter wrote: Investing 101 - Market Cap drives everything!!
It's entertaining to see all the new names I haven't seen before all come out of their caves and start preaching nothing but doom and gloom!
What everyone needs to understand is the market cap drives the SP based on # of oustanding shares. Market Cap here is already undervalued and even at 8 cents today we're about $12 million valuation.
5:1 at 8 cents will bring us to 40 cents maintaining the $12 million market cap. I see guys talking about 20 or 25 cents.. do you really think the market cap will drop down to $6 million on a company that is about to become the largest MMJ play in North America??
These guys are vultures just wanting to feed off of the weak. Don't sell your shares in fear as there is nothing here to fear. For strong companies, consolidations are overall positive. Right off the bat the penny flippers will disappear.
Yeah I saw that a while ago....And have you been here everyday since then as we have? Do you realize the sheer breadth of the situation, and all that has changed since then? In the opening lines they are saying that Supreme has NO license. Now we have a pre-approved license on that facility, a good grower, and a solid business strategy. Consolidation and financing just falls into that.
The fact that they COULD have done a 10:1 and instead held out for a 5:1 should tell us something. I don't think you'll see this as a POS that drops down, prints share after share, then reconsolidates....They didn't even want to do this one....But obviously they need money --- this is a LARGE project with pharmaceutical-grade standards.
So where's the article you said you found from a month ago? This was posted this morning and is now old news lol
The regulars have been here watching this for a while now....I'd wager that no such article exists.
It's the same old story here....Bashers hop on the bad news, we tremble a little bit, and then we'll get high off a nice PR....
Can you link that article please? If they needed cash that bad, wouldn't they have done a 10:1?
If you guys all want to fold then so be it..... But I'm the kind of guy that likes to wait for the River.....
My pleasure!
Also I had been anticipating this since talking to David's son.....They were approved for a 10:1 but were reluctant to do anything more than a 5:1. If they really wanted to do some bloodsucking then they'd have done a 10:1.... But if we're at 40 cents a share and we attract some bigger fish....We might just see ourselves fly to 2.50 after MMPR.
Will they likely issue more warrants then? New ones at .50?
Here's an encouraging post from a guy on Stockhouse:

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Jul 18, 2014) - Supreme Pharmaceuticals Inc. First step is learning that it's a 5:1 rather than a 10:1. Didn't you sell long ago?
Sure I wish I'd have sold at .11s before this news, and so I'd have some power, but perhaps this is what will propel us upward upon interest from larger buyers...?
Hmmm, yeah I was hoping they'd reconsider that....Even though 5:1 is better than 10:1....Could be just what they need to get the attention they deserve?
Bgrass responds to subtle tremors with the talk of earthquakes! Don't pay any attention.
Glad to have you aboard. There is plenty of information around here that will give you a good idea of what you've gotten into, and I'm sure that after you do some more digging on Supreme, look at our competitors as well as the industry as a whole, you'll see that this isn't such a risky play after all and realize that those .10s are a good buy!
(IMO) ;)
This one will come to fruition pal....And that's something you can't say for most of the pink sheets in the MJ racket.... The plan's in place and we appear to be miles ahead of many who are entering. We're a hidden gem, however, and will soon explode as one of the newest LPs under this bogus MMPR system. Because the GOV has set it up this way, we'll be the Wal-Mart of weed with our greenhouse (and my diction is coming from Christ Parry's article) which will, as Med-Man has said on forums, be producing grams for around 1.90 (cheapest) and a max of ~$8.00 (John Fowler). The average of nearly 5 dollars a gram will undercut the existing competition and likely any new entrants as well, unless they can compete under similar growing circumstances.
After people realize that marijuana is less harmful than a cup of coffee, then we'll break into a recreational market....But everyone will still want to shop at Wal-Mart ;)
This setup is essentially giving precedence to the BIG guys, and so we won't quite find ourselves like Michigan, Washington State, or Colorado just yet....In fact the MMAR was perhaps more replicable to the aforementioned situations....And so the GOV is cracking down, watching with their eagle-eye, but we will inevitably break into Canna-land Canada for a recreational market, and those who have had a head-start to the races will be in the best position to provide the best product at the best prices. With Supreme's ideology it will be cheaper to buy from them rather than to grow your own.
You can rest easy knowing that in 800 MMPR applications sent to Health Canada, you are gambling on one of the 27 companies who have received pre-approval to produce, and not to mention this is the largest license in Canada (to date). We've already beaten the odds, and these once-upon-a-time miners have realized that they've found gold in a new sector -- a sector which is significantly less expensive than mining. These guys will, if they have not already, make this company extremely attractive and we'll be bought up by or merged within a larger body. If I had the millions I'd be placing my own bid....
We are horrendously undervalued especially when considering the fact that our equity (in facilities) extend past those of our current competitors. Right now we're floating under the radar and are ridiculed by those who do not understand exactly what "pre-approval" means. And so I would hasten to say that if you read the last 10 pages of the forum posts here on iHub you will not be disappointed in what you have invested in....Bearing in mind that you'll have to ignore all the bullshit bashers ;)
Anyway, I apologize for my rant.... But I get drinking and I get EXTRA passionate in what I believe in! Glad to have you on Team Supreme ;), welcome aboard and good luck to us all!!!!
(IMO) ;)
Not bad at all for the number of warrants dumped. Did anyone see roughly how many today? I saw some big trades (Anon and RBC like Silly was saying) but I didn't follow all day.
I couldn't find any information on whether or not they will be there, but I'd like to think they will!
I thought that we'd have the same exhibits at all the Greenrush events, but then perhaps different guest speakers?
I know Jodie Emery made the trek from the Vancouver conference to the TO conference.....As did Supreme.... So I wouldn't think it would be unreasonable for them to take a hike down your way!
We had 1,200 attendees in Toronto, so I'd be curious to know how many will be in Seattle!...
Sounds great! I'm looking forward to the updates already!
