What a strange market. eom
M&M Man
Arch, I was going to mention the observation from the recent runup in several OTC BB stocks that took place the other day. It was strange. There was no attention in the OTC BB, then all of a sudden several of them were running like mad. Now, just as you stated. . .some are running on little volume. Could be due to the "green" that suddenly hit the market. Not sure what to think. It makes me wonder if the big boys are daytrading stocks (the way the market is jumping around on a day to day basis)! It's probably not legal. . .but who knows who is writing the rules in this market!??

Terminal at La Guardia Evacuated
Fri Mar 22,10:59 AM ET
http://www.wallstreetnewscast.com/profile/wldi/oped0322.html
NEW YORK (AP) - The Delta Air Lines terminal at La Guardia Airport was evacuated early Friday because of an undisclosed security breach, authorities said.
Planes that had left the terminal and taxied out to runways were ordered back to the airport, said Federal Aviation Administration (news - web sites) spokesman Jim Peters.
The evacuation began about 10 a.m., he said. Peters had no other details.
A spokesman for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, which operates the airport, had no immediate comment.

skunksyard. . .I'm nearly 100% sure they'll be adding more dealerships. That's what LDI is all about. Our "Porche" buddy will be pushing sales all over the world, for the high-end PSVs. Even if LFZA only sells 200 units their revenues will go up ravishly. Keep in mind that Cisero (sp?) is no joke to the auto industry. He's literally shape auto distributorships for some BIG names. If he does 1/10 of what he did for Hyundai and KIA. . .we'll be drinking a fine bottle of vintage wine this Christmas!
Anyway, I'd look to see distributorships in areas of the world where the PSVs will be in demand. The Middle East will certainly be one area worth targeting. Particularly those who are in official positions in the countries with turmoil all around. Mexico will be good, as well. They only need to distribute a dozen of the machines in Mexico. . .to make that distributorship worthwhile. We break .022 and this thing will break through resistance. If LFZA can list on the OTC BB after resistance is broken, I wouldn't put 30 cents far off. Not with the quality of the vehicles LFZA makes. I just can't figure out how they ever slipped to the pinks. Probably the fact that their 2003 models are just beginning to be produced. Once the LDI part of the company is up and moving in full speed. . .those 2003 models will hit the streets. "Word of mouth" is the best way to get the name out there. And when advertisement (the PSVs) are driving down the street and parking alongside Lamborghinis. . .this will show the world what LFZA is all about!
At this point. . .it's a wait and gather situation:).

LOL! I think that little joke what might be what jinxed me LOL!
Time for some M&M cookies! :)

I'm going to have to read my horrorscope for the day. Now my broker's software isn't working LOL! Could be a sign. . .

skunksyard. . .
Looks like those who have been "accumulating" have been holding their positions. The stock is bound to go up on news. Those getting in at present levels are going to be happy when we're back on the OTC BB.

I'm thinking maybe we'll hear something on the finilization of the GTCI/Sinobull merger on the 10-K or at a date very near the filing of the 10-K. I wonder if the Enova shares from years past will evetually be converted to ETLK or Sinobull shares? I guess all one can do is "wonder" until it actually happens.

URGENT MESSAGE! ~~
Apples
This tale comes from
a Catholic elementary school. . .
Up at the head table
in the cafeteria,
one of the nuns had placed
a big bowl of
bright red,
fresh,
juicy apples.
Beside the bowl,
she placed a note
which read,
"Take only one.
Remember,
God is watching."
At the other end
of the table
was a bowl full
of freshly baked
chocolate chip cookies,
still warm from the oven.
Beside the bowl,
a little note scrawled
in a child's handwriting
which read,
"Take all you want.
God is watching the apples."
LOL!

Morning Sherry. It should be another interesting day in the markets! It appears there is some attention spot-lighting some of the micro and small cap stocks. That's another indicator that some of the focus is being taken off of the blue chips. This spring has provided everything BUT a sustained rebound in the broader indices. And many people fail to realize that many companies are just reporting their annual results for a very TRAGIC year (for the markets, and America). I'm still thinking we may see a good size hit on both the NASD and the DJIA prior to the first day of summer. Traditionally, the markets are sluggish in anyway. To have tradition chelated with the tragedy of prior months. . .could show us yet one more market move that will make the books! Lets wait and see what happens . . .
Peace,
M&M Man
EZ. . .I'm still holding my Sinobull shares LOL. Actually, I believe the Sinobull market in China is going to be bigger than ET. Take a look at all the software programs we have in the United States for analyzing stocks. They have the Chinese version of Metastock. . .through Reuters and Equis. Also, they will have the complimentary TV Financial Network to use their stock analysis programs on. Much like we see on our own TVs in America. This should be a good year for GTCI/Sinobull, and hopefully, HRCT Capital. Lets all hope!
Peace, (ADSX could really rock today!)

G/M Ray. . .I like this part on Sinobull (It's coming!):
"The Hartcourt Companies has announced that it will publicly divest its Sinobull Financial Group subsidiary in a reverse merger with Global Telephone Communications Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: GTCI - news). The reverse merger will result in Sinobull Financial Group actively trading on the U.S. equity markets and is pending SEC approval."
M&M Man
Tinberry. . .now that's a nice PR to hear. It looks as if HRCT has been holding back reporting news until they have enough progress that has been made by Dr. Ching and his cohorts. Perhaps we'll see a PR or two each week from here on out. :o) Go Sinobull! :)
Peace,
M&M Man
The stock's at .181 and the ask is at .20. That's not down. Lex, you're not "wanne" are you? ;)
Peace,
M&M Man
Arch, that's the best volume I've seen on HRCT for nearly a year. Odd that the shareprice is sitting right around 18 cents. It will probably move up towards the end of the day. Close around 22 cents and then tomorrow, sell off. LOL. J/K There day will come but in this market, I'm not sure when.
Peace,
M&M Man
What a weird trading day! HRCT zipped up to 24 cents and is now in the red. QTEK went up to 50 cents and is now back down to 33 cents. Got out at a good price on QTEK. LFZA appears to be building a strong base around 1.5 to 2 cents. If the other penny stocks have anything to do with forward looking. . .it's best just to jump out of the doggon things while they are running (in this market). Runs are very short-lived. Also, we are in the jaws of what appears to be a bear market.
Looks like Sherry is has the right strateGEM!
Peace,
M&M Man
Deb. . .there's nobody buying or selling. It doesn't appear that anyone is even watching the OTC BB as it pertains to telecommunication/telephony or .com companies. The industry is just bad. That's why it's going to be tough for Sinobull.com in America and on the OTC BB. Investors in America don't count on Chinese .coms either (as far as it is revealed in the U.S. trading markets). It's going to be a tough couple of years for China stocks trading in the U.S. Now those trading in Asia may be a different story. But this market is not looking too good. And the down could crash down below its support level if things keep going on as they are going:

Here's to hoping for the best! Looks like I might as well put my GTCI shares in the hopper for a few years. !!

How's that for a quick lunch! At any rate, if this chart is a sign of things to come. . .LOOK OUT BELOW! That DOW 10,000 may come a LOT quicker than I initially thought. We could see a DOW 8,000 this year. Yikes!

Anyone that wants any information on just about any stock issue they are researching can go to allstocks.com and find just about anything you want. Their services are free. . .and it's about the best website for stock research I think I've ever seen. And. . .it's not too busy! LOL. Anyway. . .on LFZA, lots of shares outstanding! I'm not sure why they did the 2 for 1 stock split a couple years back. . .but it made for a LOAD of shares in the market. Same with HRCT. At any rate, when the news hits in June. . .it's going to be an interesting one to watch. This latest information is triggering off their marketing approach:
"Ciresa has vast U.S. and International automotive experience. After a distinguished career with Ford, American Motors Corp., and Toyota, he led the start-up team that formed Porsche Cars, N.A. as its vice president, operations. He then served as the chief operating officer of Hyundai Auto Canada and was responsible for the development for KIA, N.A. Ciresa was a member of the executive team that launched Autobytel.com (Nasdaq:ABTL)."
"We are very excited to have Tom leading the team at LAFORZA Distributors Inc.," said Gerry Berg, CFO. "His extensive experience in working with automobile manufacturers and establishing dealer networks will be a key asset to LAFORZA's successful launch."
My understanding is that LDI will handle the marketing for Laforza. And as you can see, Ciresa is the appointed CEO of LDI (Laforza Distributors Inc.). Ciresa has done some outstanding work for some BIG name companies. Lets hope he can do the same for Laforza.

Pep Boys Beats Fourth Quarter Earnings Estimates - Update [PBY]
3/21/02 9:05:39 AM Before the bell on Thursday, Pep Boys - Manny, Moe & Jack (PBY), an auto parts retailer and auto service provider, announced its financial results for its fiscal fourth quarter, reporting earnings that beat analyst estimates.
Pep Boys reported net income for the quarter, including expenses to increase reserves associated with its “Profit Enhancement Plan”, of $3.7 million or 7 cents per share compared to $1.3 million or 3 cents per share in the year ago fourth quarter. On average, 4 analysts surveyed by First Call/Thomson Financial expected the company to earn 5 cents per share.
The company said sales for the quarter fell 7 percent to $508.2 million from $547.4 million in the same quarter last year, which included an extra week. Pep Boys said comparable store sales for the quarter were essentially unchanged year-over-year.
Mitchell G. Leibovitz, Pep Boys’ CEO said, “Merchandise margins and operating expenses continue at improved levels and, although our new advertising campaign is just getting started, comparable store sales are positive and improving on a quarter-to-date basis.”
Pep Boys closed Wednesday’s up 51 cents at $16.40 on a volume of 514 thousand shares.

EZ. . .LOL! That's not HRCT's Enova LOL! Easy mistake to be made, however. I'll keep hoping.

Commonname. . .whoever you are, that was very well stated.

EZ. . .one of HRCT's main drawbacks is that good people like yourself have trusted in their word word, and HRCT can't seem to deliver on projected deadlines. I, too, continue to believe that HRCT could be a winner. But they are doing very little in terms of revealing how they will win. In fact, over the past couple of years they have missed more targets (long and short-term) than most other companies I have ever seen. I hope for both of our sakes that I am wrong with my assessment and intuition on HRCT. GTCI has not been a good flavor in my mouth. That was about the last straw for me. I'm still waiting (going on 4 years now) for value to be seen on my Enova shares. Still. . .Zip! If Enova is a harbinger of GTCI (the one I bought into rather than ETLK). . .then we'll be waiting a lot longer to see anything come out of that. I wouldn't be surprised if Sinobull gets sold off. I hope that's not the case. . .but it wouldn't surprise me.
Peace,
M&M Man
Arch,
I was looking at HRCT's charts last night for about 1/2 hour. The chart is about as crazy as their shareholders LOL. At any rate, I feel a shakeout coming on. Hopefully those that get shaken will put limits to their sales. Those that are buying will probably do well to set a buy limit. . .as well. I think I'll just watch that one, for now.
If you get a chance. . .do some homework on SMMT. Someone out there is trying to push that one (I received a message from a friend). Other than that. . .short the DOW stocks that are trading at high multiples. . .LOL. I took a look at the DOW's 10 year chart and I don't believe the DOW will sustain the 10,000 level with the present world economy. Particularly since I can't remember a time when a repulican presidency was successful in stimulating the U.S. markets. At some point in time the U.S. is going to have to cut back on imports.
Peace,
M&M Man
LMAO! eom
M&M Man
John. . .true. . .but to who? Who is getting in at the bid? And who do they know in order to get a "bid" entry? I'd be willing to bet it's merely one market maker passing a few shares to another to create a market illusion. Not sure if it's legal, but it's happening. Who is selling 5000 shares of LFZA at .015? Doesn't make any sense.
Peace,
M&M Man
Hey. . .I just had another idea. . .why not call one of the PSV's a "9-11" vehicle? A fancy logo could be designed for the special "9-11" vehicle (referring to the terrorist attacks) and painted on the side of the vehicles. . .real flashy. The Special "9-11" version of the PSV could be sold and marketed on a Limited basis. Say, 50 of them for a base sticker price of around 120K each. Market them to city fire department officials, governors. . .senators. . .and local representatives. Could also have a U.S. Flag in the background of the 9-11 logo. That would make quite a statement for Laforza and for anyone driving the special edition.
Peace,
M&M Man
