Probably just the opposite, "BUY AT THE OPEN"!!! Too bad the stock market closes at 4 p.m. With the huge buy blocks that were comming in right to the closing bell, it probably would have gone much higher if the clock didn't run out!!! We'll probably get a mid day or early afternoon update, unless the company decides to reward us with another positive news release in the morning. Either way, it certainly looks like another up day on Monday. Florida
blur, I completely understand. James has been receiving loads of calls and e-mails since they announced the reverse split, and the stock got so low. He know finds it impossible to answer everyone as he did before it got this hectic. I thank him for all his responses and honesty, and believe this will give him more time to take care of business. Hopefully, this translates into some great deals and a much higher stock price. Regards, Florida
eholders,
As you may know, up till now I have taken the time to answer every
shareholder question and email. Communication is very important to
me, and I like communicating with shareholders and being able to hear
their thoughts and questions. It is important to me as president to
get this feedback and it helps me with doing the best job I can
leading this company into the future.
Unfortunately recently the volume of emails I receive has increased.
Due to this I can no longer keep up. I will read all emails and
comments. If you have questions, please go to our IHUB board:
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/board.asp?board_id=5553
IPRE does not endorse this board, nor do we have any control over the
content but many of our shareholders post there and therefore the
people on there are well informed and should be able to help you with
general questions. Keep in mind that there are people on there who
have an interest in seeing the stock go up or down who will try and
sway you one way or the other. On the other hand there are a lot of
fair-minded investors who will be more than happy to give you a
sincere and hopefully informed answer.
For questions that are more complex that other shareholders don't have
answers to, please have those on IHUB put together a group of
questions to for me so that they are not repetitive. Select one
person who will submit these questions to me and I will be happy to
provide the answers as best I can. This will save time and will keep
there from being conflicting messages out there.
I will reply to these questions and you can post them OR I may chose
to post the Q & A on stock information systems:
http://www.stockinformationsystems.com/c/ipre/investors.html
This website should be the first place you go for answers as most of
the questions I get are already answered on there.
If new people are coming on to IHUB asking questions that you know the
answer to, please lead them in the right direction or repost my
answers. I believe all investors' benefit from an informed
shareholder base. Sometimes posts are so prolific that old answers
are lost in the shuffle.
Art, who is the moderator for IHUB and who is not employed or endorsed
by our company has created a fantastic IBOX with a lot of links to
find out more information about Imperia Entertainment.
For those of you who have complaints, trust me when I tell you have
been called every name in the book. I understand that it is always
scary when the stock price changes dramatically. I will do the best
job I can as president. I hear your concerns.
It is always difficult to run a public company, and sometimes you have
to make choices that are not always popular but that you feel are the
best thing for the company long term. I have been called every name
in the book, from liar to scam artist. So calling me names does not
accomplish anything as I have heard them all before. I have even been
called African American racial slurs, and I'm white. I am human, I
make mistakes, and I will just always try to do the best that I can.
For those of you who send me supportive and encouraging messages, I
thank you very much. I appreciate your support.
All suggestions from shareholders will be considered. Your voice does
not go unheard.
Thank you for your patience and with communicating with your
president. I very much appreciate you taking the time to have your
investor concerns addressed. As always, please think for yourself and
make your own investment choices. It is your money; don't let others
tell you what to do with it.
All the best,
James
Florida,
Good idea. Maybe from now on those on IHUB should get together and
send me a group of questions since 90% of the questions I get are
exactly the same. Maybe I can just forward investors to IHUB and if
they can't get the questions answered there, then you guys can submit
them to me and they can all be answered at once. Otherwise I am not
going to be able to get much more done with 300 questions coming in a
day that are all exactly the same. LOL
Here are some answers:
Is the 1/1000 number we've read a "non negotiable one"????
The proposed ratio is essential for some investments we are
making in the future that we feel will bring significant value to the
company. It may not be popular with shareholders, but I feel the
company is already undervalued. If the stock price drops it will be
even more undervalued. We must do this split in order to move forward
with our projects which we feel will bring significant value to the
company.
What time will this meeting take place???
8:30 as stated on informationsystems.com where the location is also
given. And yes, I will be there (so I wont be able to answer emails
that day).
Will there be any other business on the agenda at this time???
Not to my knowledge.
How long after the votes are counted, which could be the very same
day, will this split officially take place???
Not sure, my guess would be as soon as legally possible.
And, will all shareholders, as almost none of us can attend
personally,be updated as soon as possible, regarding just what
transpired at tomorrows meeting???
Investors don't have to be there, they can vote via fax. We always
keep investors updated with the latest information.
shouldn't they be considering another piece of good news for early
Monday morning, pre meeting time???
I can't tell you about future press releases. We will put out news
when there is news to tell.
All the best,
James

Moneybound, thanks for the info. I did read that link again, but it still leaves almost all of my questions unanswered. Perhaps I would have been better served by directing these questions to the company itself. Thanks again, as I realize you're trying to be helpful. Florida
Just one more thought. Since the company was probably just as surprised as we were, that the late Friday press release attracted that much buying, and helped this stock close up 50% on the day, shouldn't they be considering another piece of good news for early Monday morning, pre meeting time??? With the stock beaten down as badly as it is, and the selling volume drying up, it sure looks like it wouldn't take much for this stock to jump another 50%!!! Florida
Just a few questions before our shareholders meeting. Is the 1/1000 number we've read a "non negotiable one"???? What time will this meeting take place??? Will there be any other business on the agenda at this time??? How long after the votes are counted, which could be the very same day, will this split officially take place??? Any and all answers to these questions would be greatly appreciated. Regards, Florida
Churak, if your logic is correct, could you tell us "who was buying over 200 million shares in the last hour of trading" ?????? These folks invested over $30,000 late Friday in this stock. Do you think this was just a bunch of dumb speculators buying all they could right to the closing bell? Did you ever consider the fact that this announcement may not only be "much better" than it looks, but, there are probably many more of these positive announcements on the way? If these guys can take a "dead" stock, just languishing at 0.008 to 0.0010, and get that much buying interest in it late in the day, The probability of bigger and better press releases, "before" the split takes place, is almost a given. As the company announced, a ton of good news and the stock went down, and now that its hit rock bottom, maybe they only need a half a ton, or even a quarter of a ton of positive stuff, like late yesterday, to really get it rolling again. Think about it, if you were running this company, would you rather reverse split it at 0.001, which would be equal to $1 per share, or, around 0.005, which would be $5 per share ????? If what we viewed as negative news, the announced r.s. which did come out of left field killed our stock price "temporarily", A couple of more press releases which could come out of center field, could have the same impact, only this time it will move the other way, upward! They certainly convinced me, and all the "new buyers" late yesterday, that they have some real positive things going on. Anything they put out from now on, since they seem to have a very good game plan, will not surprise me. I'm certainly glad I kept my shares. I do regret not adding a lot more last week. Regards, Florida
Richard,
The value in the company has not changed, only the stock price. The
OS will be MUCH smaller even though the price will be higher. If the
value of the company has not changed, then the value of what investors
are buying should not change in terms of the value of the company. If
the stock drops then they can buy more of the company than they could
before. We have several movies coming out over the next few months
that we believe will help build even greater value in the company.
The market will decide how much our company is perceived to be worth.
All the best,
James

Art, in my opinion the best p.r. they could put out right now, is not that they've cancelled the r.s., but that due to the concerns of many shareholders, they lowered the numbers from 1/1000 to 1/500. This would not only give this stock the immediate jolt it needs, but would increase everyones position after the split, by doubling the amount of shares they own! Although our float would be a higher than 2 mil. it certainly would be a great deal less than the current float of 2 bil. Florida
Current level 2 anyone. Thanks, Florida
I just e-mailed James again, and asked him how in the world could they even consider reverse splitting a stock that's so low, it would be almost worthless in a couple of months? i STILL WANT TO KNOW THE "REAL REASON", THAT THEY WON'T EVEN CONSIDER A SPLIT OF 1/500 INSTEAD???? Wouldn't this give all of us "twice as many shares"???? And, "wouldn't our remaining shares then be worth twice as much as the way they plan doing it now"?????? For some mysterios reason, they seem very content to just sit back and watch this stock price continue to erode. The folks that sold their shares have all taken big losses. The rest of us can only watch and suffer a little more, while the behind the scenes stuff goes on and on. I guess as they always say when they respond, "we will issue good news at the appropriate time"!!!! This is the standard answer when someone asks what they are doing to help our stock price. Like the old song said, "how could anything that looked so good go wrong"??????? Florida
Thanks Art. "DOUBLE TROUBLE" ????? Florida
Could anyone post the sellers name, the m.m., at the 0.0010? If by some strange coincidence, we knock him out, it could move up a little today. It depends on just how many shares he's got to sell. There are probably a few anxious market makers who own shares at a higher price that would love to see it rally! Florida
That's what I suggested to James earlier this week, but it seemed to fall on deaf ears. For reasons unknown to us at this time, they had "definitely decided" on the 1 to 1,000!!!!!!!! Florida
I own shares just like you do. Honesty is the word you should have used in place of basher. I've contacted this company several times even yesterday, and adressed my concerns over the lack of any good news right now, when we need it the most. The standard response always is, "we will release good news when we think it's appropriate"!!!!! But you're right about one thing, I am cute!!!! Florida
Since this coming Monday is the day of the r.s., and the stock is now at 0.001,and hopefully it doesn't go any lower, how does the company and their p.r. firm handle this ridiculously low stock price? A split here puts it at exactly $1, which doesn't give it too much strength to start out with. If it goes any "lower" than this it will reverse "below" one dollar.Unless they have something up their sleeves to bolster the pre reverse stock price, how can they do it now????? Florida
Florida,
Of course as our projects move forward we will have future releases to
inform investors. It is market manipulation to release material just
for the sake of it. We will release information as it is appropriate.
Our job is to inform investors of what is going on, not to make the
market.
Its always amazing to me how many investors do the opposite of what
they are supposed to do. When our stock hit 0.003 very few touched
the stock. I even TOLD everyone that REG D would close in 2-3 weeks.
But people were just emotional and very few listened. Then when the
REG D closed, the stock went up 2000% and many said.. "I should have
bought" and THEN they buy when the stock is at 0.04. Despite all of
what the experts say, people still make financial decisions based on
emotion. The stock has no emotion anymore than a deck of cards does.
We can not try and manipulate the market for investors. We make
decisions to build the company and it is up to investors to make
decisions for themselves about how to utilize that information.
The value of our company is the same as it was last week, the only
thing that has changed is investor's emotions. I will continue my
best to build value in the company.
All the best,
James

spark, is it still 15 by 1? Florida
I'm certainly with you on these people Art. But getting back to business, "we need some buyers"!!!!! Florida
The stock price pre reverse split is terribly important to the company and its shareholders. Let's just say for arguments sake, the stock closed at 0.0005 pre split. Then every 1 million shares would have a value of $500. Then let's use the more realistic closing price that day of 0.0025. These same million shares would then have a value of $2,500. Since even on the current ratio that we've been told is 1 to 1000, multiply the company's worth by the new float, and there's a big, big, difference in shareholders value. I'm quite sure the folks at Imperia are very aware of this fact. Whether or not they can be of any help in keeping this stock price up, and not down, is the key question. This is no longer a matter of stock manipulation on anyones part, but rather one of"survival"!!!! Florida
I e-mailed the company, and while I don't like any reverse splits, mentioned that if they had to do one, a 1 for 500 would have been the way to go. Investors would then have twice as many shares left as they would now, and, the float wouldn't be terribly high either. I also told them that several hard core investors are still here, but we need some help in the way of even more news, "right now"! To break below the .0010 area would not be a good thing. On the other hand, if they could somehow draw some buying into this stock, which has been "way oversold", I'm positive we would see a lot more buying come in. I can only suggest, they're the ones that own this company and make all the final decisions. Florida
Art, after the hammering the stock price has taken lately, isn't this stock overdue for even a small rally. I can't remember the last day it finished higher? Florida
Florida,
Feel free to post this..
I saw where someone on IHUB stated that after a 1000:1 RS if the price
dropped to the price we are at now, that would mean the company would
be worth $2500 which is even more insane than my miscalculation. LOL
Hell, I would buy the company in a millisecond at that price. Ken
directly addressed all of the dilution concerns in his letter.
The RS does not make you lose shares. It is like trading 100 pennies
for a dollar. It is the same amount. It is all perception that has
people so freaked out, many people just don't understand how it works
at all.
If we just do a little split then there is more risk of the price
returning to current levels or of another RS. Better to get this
nipped in the bud now.
The reverse split seems bad now, but better to get it over with now
than to have it hanging over our heads. If we don't do it then people
will keep expecting that it will happen and that will dampen investor
confidence. Once it is over with then we can move on and not have a
RS or REG D on the horizon while our projects come out. If we did a
RS when money started to come in from our movies then everyone would
be screaming "not now, just as things are starting to get good".
Better to clear out the old brush before planting the new trees.
We did say about how SIIR was assessed in the same PR that had the
blurb about the RS, but no one read anything else other than about the
RS. That was all they focused on.
Of course we are not dead, that is ridiculous. Despite what chicken
little says, the sky is not falling.
The split is crucial for the future of the company. With a stock
price in the tenths of cents and 2 billion outstanding, we could never
make an acquisition, fund a film, get on a better and bigger market,
or even sell the company, no matter how great the business was. The
fact that the market is still strong after the announcement shows
that their is still interest in this company.
All the best,
James

Insanity, instead of calling me Florida on this board, my new name might be "Insanity Two"!!!! I think I would feel a whole lot more confident, if the company reduced the numbers of the revese split, and at the same time, let everyone know the true value of our #1 film. I e-mailed James with the same requests.A split of 1,000 to 1 is scaring a lot of people off. Florida
Two days ago, there was no way I thought I would ever post on this stock again, or, contact James. Well, today I've done both. If the company can get this reverse split clarified a little bit more, and, add a couple of positives to their release, who knows what might happen? Florida
i'm probably crazy for even asking this, but Art you know this company a lot better than I do, do you think we could have seen the bottom at the 0.0011 price. Everything that goes up, comes down, and everything that goes down, especially this low, usually has an upward bounce.Just thinking out loud I guess> Florida
Do you know this as a fact? When I asked that question earlier today, it wasn't answered, so maybe they're not sure yet. Florida
Richard,
We just had a movie professionally assessed at $15 million which we
made for $2.7 million. All of this is in addition to the mobile deal
we just announced that is set to bring in many times the current
valuation, the TV show we have on the DISH network, and the three
upcoming movies over the next year. If after a RS the stock price
drops to the same levels it is now, it would mean the company would be
valued on the open market at 300K or less. That would be ridiculously
undervalued. This is on top of the fact that we have announced that
there is no selling for at least a year and no plans at all.
BTW, everyone told me when the selling was going on that no one would
ever buy the stock again. Some people called or wrote me and told me
off, cursing me out that they would never touch the stock again. Then
we announced the closing of the REG D and the stock went up 2000% and
these same exact people wrote and told me that they were back in and
that all is forgiven. People have a very short memory when it comes
to making/losing money.
All the best,
James

Art, the message was flagged. I couldn't send it to you. Although I'm one of the very unhappy people on this board, James still remains pretty upbeat, even with the barrage of negative calls he's getting. I'll give him one thing, he's certainly got a world of patience. Florida
Art, I e-mailed James and received a very interesting answer. If you give me your e-mail adress, I will send it to you and perhaps you can share it with the rest of the board. Nice reply. Florida
seabiscuit, I sent a very similar e-mail to the president ofImperia, and received an interesting explanation back. How can I post this on the board? Thanks, Florida
seabiscuit, I totally agree with your view regarding the course this company "should" be taking regarding their intentions of a reverse split. Your letter was not only factual, but very intelligently written. Since it makes all the sense in the world to follow your suggestion, the only fly in the ointmet is, "does this company really have as much going for it as they claim"????? If they do, there's still a possibility of rectifying their error in announcing this hurried up reverse split for next Monday. If they do what they've announced, and don't rethink this thing, then all the people who've been dumping their shares knew what they were doing. The next couple of days will be critical ones for the future , if they still have one, of IPRE!!!! fLORIDA
Art, many thanks to you for moderating this board with class. I have a question for the higher ups at Imperia, if a person has 100,000 shares of this stock, and let's' just say there's a reverse split of 1000 to 1, they would then own 1000shares.At the rate this stock is going right now, their "new shares" would be $1.30 per share. Since almost all stocks that have reversed drop lower in the first 90 days, then it's most likely that IPRE will become a penny stock again! Where's the logic in this, or, am I missing their real motive? Regards, Florida
2k, I said goodbye to this board yesterday, even though I still have my shares, mainly because I too felt betrayed, used, or whatever other term you care to use, by the company and its president. I tried in vain to find out what the cost to the buyers was for that "extra" 1.5 billion shares they put out in May. The company itself is the "diluter" here, not the shareholders. They never released the terms of these shares to shareholders. To my knowledge, when a company is considering a reverse split, which I agree is the kiss of death, they notify their shareholders months in advance, so they can have time to decide how to vote. They also send out proxies to all shareholders, so they can cast their vote by mail since very few people can attend this meeting in person.I'm not sure if this hurry up announcement, which caught everyone by surprise, is even legal????? Just "six days" until this so called emergency meeting, and not one single shareholder even knows "the terms of this reverse split"?????? So while many of the loyal and supportive folks that backed this company big time have been burned, the final act of disrespect towards all of us, is their holding back "again" on just what this split really means. Thinking back, I see now why this stock kept drifting lower. Not only were these "cheaply bought" shares being dumped, but nobody close to the company was going to buy any with the threat of a reverse split on the horrizon. I like many others on this board, really believed in this company and its board. Releasing yesterdays bombshell, by mixing it in with the glowing reports of how well their films were reviewed, is real fiction. I guess this company is exactly where they belong,in Holywood, where "everything goes"!!!! Godd luck to everyone, Florida
When you buy into a company, and even worse,"really believe in it", you always leave yourself open for what happened today. It was puzzling to see, on a day when everyone expected something good to be released, why the bid and ask kept dropping even before the market opened. There were over 1.5 mil. shares "sold" before the opening, and the stock was acting poorly while we awaited the "good news:!!!! Just a coincidence? perhaps. I guess we'll never really know. I'm going to miss the interaction with a lot of nice people on this board. Since I don't believe in bashing a stock, but am very disappointed in what's going on, I'll just peek in now and then just to read some of your posts. Thanks to all you folks that answered anything I requested, even updating level 2 for me. Best regards, Florida
Excellent question! Although I even e-mailed James earlier today, not blaming him or his associates for the negative reaction the stock was having, the more I think about how this news has hurt the stock price, and all the loyal investors, especially those of us that truly believed in the company, and continued to express our confidence in them, the more perplexed I've been getting. Even if somewhere down the road, IPRE becomes successful, today hurt an awful lot of folks. This is never good for a stock no matter what board you're listed on. My last e-mail was just that, 'MY LAST TO THIS COMPANY"!!! And yes,I still have all my shares,fOR just how long, I can't honestly say.
From past experience, most company's, even the shady ones, usually announce the possibility of reverse splitting their stock months before it happens. Shareholders who can't make the meeting are still given the opportunity to vote yes or no, by receiving proxies in the mail. Why should this one be any different than the norm, by rushing it through on such short notice??????? "Out of left field" is exactly where Imperia's announcement came from! If anyone can explain why they announced this today, when we were all waiting for some "good news" regarding one of our movie deals, please feel free to comment on it. Florida
