2k, I said goodbye to this board yesterday, even though I still have my shares, mainly because I too felt betrayed, used, or whatever other term you care to use, by the company and its president. I tried in vain to find out what the cost to the buyers was for that "extra" 1.5 billion shares they put out in May. The company itself is the "diluter" here, not the shareholders. They never released the terms of these shares to shareholders. To my knowledge, when a company is considering a reverse split, which I agree is the kiss of death, they notify their shareholders months in advance, so they can have time to decide how to vote. They also send out proxies to all shareholders, so they can cast their vote by mail since very few people can attend this meeting in person.I'm not sure if this hurry up announcement, which caught everyone by surprise, is even legal????? Just "six days" until this so called emergency meeting, and not one single shareholder even knows "the terms of this reverse split"?????? So while many of the loyal and supportive folks that backed this company big time have been burned, the final act of disrespect towards all of us, is their holding back "again" on just what this split really means. Thinking back, I see now why this stock kept drifting lower. Not only were these "cheaply bought" shares being dumped, but nobody close to the company was going to buy any with the threat of a reverse split on the horrizon. I like many others on this board, really believed in this company and its board. Releasing yesterdays bombshell, by mixing it in with the glowing reports of how well their films were reviewed, is real fiction. I guess this company is exactly where they belong,in Holywood, where "everything goes"!!!! Godd luck to everyone, Florida
