The stock price pre reverse split is terribly important to the company and its shareholders. Let's just say for arguments sake, the stock closed at 0.0005 pre split. Then every 1 million shares would have a value of $500. Then let's use the more realistic closing price that day of 0.0025. These same million shares would then have a value of $2,500. Since even on the current ratio that we've been told is 1 to 1000, multiply the company's worth by the new float, and there's a big, big, difference in shareholders value. I'm quite sure the folks at Imperia are very aware of this fact. Whether or not they can be of any help in keeping this stock price up, and not down, is the key question. This is no longer a matter of stock manipulation on anyones part, but rather one of"survival"!!!! Florida
