I remember dennis mentioning a cold climate PBR, could put one there is that is successfull
yea, i guess this is my wasted space issue.
I know, I'm not an empathic person to say the least. In the construction business I have heard it all when it comes to excuses for rain. My bad guys, I've been waking up on the wrong side of the bed all week and my tolerance level is low.
You have to understand where I come from, not working because of rain is like not working because it's too hot!!! I know, I've been called an A$$HOLE many times on a job site, but I get my projects done! I never ask anyone to work in dangerous conditions but I do ask they get their jobs done in a workman like manner. I have even been known to show up on site with slicker suits.
The Project Manager in me is coming out, I want to see some work done and, you really don't want to hear the rest.
Has anyone been by the Santa Anna facility this week that can verify anything being done. I would like to know what kind of progress they are making in the completion of the 6000/sf PBR.
That too is highlighted in the paragraph from my last post. Approximately 10 different companies sharing the fees of Biocentric Energy beats 1 each 10 acre facility in some distant place paying Biocentric's cost to that maintain that 1 facility.
Lipid your whole arguement is based on speculation of 50 acres of wasted land. You don't know, I don't know, and not one individual on this board know anything other than what was released in a PR. Here are the facts as stated in the PR:
BioCentric Energy acquires/leases approximately 150 acres of land located in Southern California. The 150 acres will be divided into approximately 10 lots for 10 clients. Each lot will hold 1 PBR system, containers and necessary equipment. There will be handsome signage for each lot indicating the ownership of the algae farm. The benefit and beauty of this program is that the clients will be sharing some of the resources and cost, such as; land, PBR management, harvesting equipment, extraction, and water. This will significantly reduce the client's investment and overhead and allow for quick profit. With our expert staff and management just a few miles and minutes away from these farms, we will be able to micromanage every aspect of the PBRs and algae growth first hand. This will provide BioCentric Energy and clients with extra confidence and knowledge as we move forward to service clients in distant locations. Lastly, the client will have a release option allowing them to sell their farm back to BioCentric Energy if they chose to leave the program. With 1,000+ corners currently on the way from China, we are excited and working diligently on finalizing this program so that we may move into the green.
Thats it, we have not seen the layout of the land or even if Dennis has a 150 acre parcel of land in mind. Now let me drive home the most important part of the above portion of Mondays release:
approximately 10 lots for 10 clients Do you see that first word.
Philip I put this stock on my watch list I believe Friday, it skyrocketed Monday. I don't remember exactly but if I recall it was like 100%. I would say it has had it's run and is doing a dead cat bounce for now!
Thats it for me, spent my last post to tell you that important info.
MOP really put the screws to Rick and drop your price on dumped shares to 0004. See if he is so anxious to dump then, This is beginning to look like the Atomic Dogg, a dead dog bounce after being struck by truck.
Lippid, take a 150 acre square piece of land and it comes to about 2500' X 2500' and like a waffle divide it into 10 acres parcels about 650'X 650'. So lets take 2 roads 24' wide going both directions dividing the parcels. that give you 4 roads about 10,000 lineal feet or 240,000s/sf divide that by 43,560/sf appx acre and it comes out to 5.5 acres. Now we only have 9 each 10 acre parcels. This just to give you an example, we just don't have any details on the property the layout, nothing so to say there is wasted space is like saying the sky is falling.
Remember everyone the measurments are approximated just illustrative purposes only.
Not a Clue, thats right they squeeze a 6000/sf pbr in a 6000/sf rectangle behind a building. the have have a drainage system and a water supply there on site. When they develope a 150 acre site for a PBR farm they are going to have to develope an infastructure to accommodate water supply and most like a drainage system, oh yea electricity and the normal easment for that is 15' you need at least 24' of road another 10' for ditches.
Let me use a waffle for an example, most likely each 10 acre tract will have a road around it so when you look at it from the air it will resemble a waffle if the 150 acres were 150 square. The reason you put a road all around a 10 acre tract is for maintainence and ease of accessment. Because more likely than not you will get a square piece of land that just how partials have been divied up.
But right now you don't why Dennis said 10 each 10 acre pbrs parcels nor do I. Its like two men saying mine is bigger than yours, no ones really gonna know till the pants get dropped.
Well greedy, they are in the process of building a pbr right now and could not do without most everything mentioned for January deliveries.
You and I know that, but LT wants to talk about wasted space when he has not got a clue. I have built industrial developement's, I'm building a 30 acre light industrial park within the next 3 months. I know what it takes, I'm just tired of this wasted space issue from people who have not got a clue!!!!
one more, greedy do the need to PR that they went to the hardware store and picked up the nuts and bolts. Hold the press everybody you forgot the FRIGGING washers.
Lippid, have you ever looked at the margins on letter you recieve, wasted space. You don't know the particulars but yet your saying wasted space. You DON'T know what it takes to develope an industrial area yet you SHOUT wasted space. You have not got a clue. There is infastructure needed mandated easments mandated by counties municipalities and so forth. You don't even know the lay of the land is, there could 20 plus acres redendered non usable for one reason or another. I'm sick and tired of this wasted space issue until the facts are garnered on the site, hell there might not even be a site yet but screw it lets just take 150 frigging acres layout 150 acres of tubing and call it a frigging 150 acre pbr . Good day everybody this just got stupid!!!!
Lipid, even 10 acres would accomodate a 10 acre pbr farm, you need offsets boundaries so to speak from roads and ditches. Dennis may have a property in mind and that is all the useable space for pbrs, it all depends on the layout.
Lippid, keep in mind a typical road for truck traffic needs to be 24' wide and you will need drainage on each side for stormwater runoff it could easily be that amount. This developement would need a stormwater prevention plan and I have done plenty and in California you do no construction developement without one. It's a pretty large endeavour.
Signage does not matter, most customers will not know who is your competitor or what. 10 acres in a rectangle would 500' X 870' with storage units placed in the center most customers would never see any signage but yours. When you drive by a windmill farm are you looking for signage or are you looking at how big and how many of them there are.
Lipid, depending on the layout of acreage you would never get use of the entire 150 acres. I, believe it mentioned 10 acre lots of the 150 acres, you will vehicle access between each there will most likely be a storage unit at each to house mechanisms and to post signage.
What are you going to do with those millions of the .0001 stocks you have. To bad they did not issue them on toilet tissue so you would have a use for them.
I have right at 20 stocks on a watch list and all but 2 are in the red this morning, the 2 in the green are on by 2%. I guess I am a bad stock watcher. We are moving volume this morning and rest assured we will green up with buyers by eod.
014x0149 on scottrade. One more time, the mm's park the ask at 0154 overnite and reset again just before open!
that's where the mm's parked the ask for the nite, it'll be most likely around 014 but I would take a 0214
I'm buying when it hits 0009
Dennis says we will be profitable by the end of 2nd qtr
A photochemical method is described for treating atherosclerosis or cancer wherein phycocyanin is injected into a patient suffering from one of these diseases. Once injected, phycocyanin is selectively taken up into atherosclerotic plaques or cancer cells, and upon subsequent irradiation destruction of the atherosclerotic plaques or cancer cells occurs. Phycocyanin offers several advantages over prior art chemicals used for similar purposes. First it is only marginally sensitive to the ultraviolet portion of the spectrum; consequently patients can be irradiated without concern that they will be sensitized to subsequent exposure to sunlight. Second, phycocyanin is selectively taken up into atherosclerotic plaques, with little or no uptake by surrounding normal cells. This ensures that upon subsequent irradiation that the atherosclerotic plaques are selectively destroyed with little or no damage to the surrounding cells or tissue.
Looks like we had an early sell off of profit takers and now the buyer are coming in for the next round. Lets break .016 today!!!
Kwi your right on the SAR that will happen this afternoon!!!
Lippid you are right, some might call Dennis's idea of a 150 acre consortium of 10 Acre PBR farms a dream but think about this. If Dennis located them between Las Vegas and LA he would capture 2 big markets for Algae. He could then charge for the lease, the monitoring, the maintenance, the harvesting. This forward thinking that rivals anything out there to date.
BEHL will close over .016 today just my opinion but remember yesterday early run. Now we just climb steady from here, traders getting in early to lock in profits at .022 which will be Friday's close again just my opinion.
Yes they are sutra, but next real test of resistance comes at .022 if the volume pushes us past .017 today.
Banyon he's got mi voat!

BEHL Claytrader chart video, looks strong for a run from 0135 to 022 with some volume to get by a weak resistance at 017
I think we found our new bottom, looks like we could make to 022 once we pass the 017 resistance and that should not be a problem with some volume. In case you did not see claytraders video I pasted it below.
Goodmorning Soldier and TEK, are you two here for the run to 0175 or 022. Bring the excitement, there is a strong long contingent here
BEHL is up 26% on the heels of 2 PR, 4 qtr results saturday and future business this morning
That is great, NITE @013 that is even greater!
Anybody got the L2 on BEHL
