Lippid, take a 150 acre square piece of land and it comes to about 2500' X 2500' and like a waffle divide it into 10 acres parcels about 650'X 650'. So lets take 2 roads 24' wide going both directions dividing the parcels. that give you 4 roads about 10,000 lineal feet or 240,000s/sf divide that by 43,560/sf appx acre and it comes out to 5.5 acres.
