Everyday u r saying no bid. I truly think u have deep seeded internal issues with CEO. And by the way it's not going to no bid. Dream on.
Yes less branches to repair debt. There are thousands of other cities he can open up branches when debt and share structure under control.
I'm not wishing on anything. This is the OTC. and whether u like it or not positive moving forward news is happening. I will not b bitter or hateful shall it not work out. Have a great evening stress free I no I will.
Point taken u got burned like no tomorrow. As humans errors are made and also corrected. LTNC is in correction mode 2016.
I understand he has in the past. But u can not keep assuming until they come out. I no u want him personally to fail.
Get your 3's so u can lose. CEO a liar
Because this is 2016 not 2013,2014. people don't buy sell hold stocks based on vindictive posts and old DD.
And what lie are u referring 2? Current not 2013,2014???
Buy back rules...
The Rule 10B-18 is an SEC rule that provides a "safe harbor" for companies and their affiliated purchasers when the company or affiliates repurchase the company's shares of common stock (i.e., they will not be deemed to have violated anti-fraud provisions of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934). The repurchases must fall within the four conditions of the rule. These cover the manner of purchase, the time of the repurchases, the prices paid and the volume of shares repurchased.

BREAKING DOWN 'Rule 10b-18'
The rule breaks down as follows:
Manner of purchase: The issuer or affiliate must purchase all shares from a single broker or deal during a single day.
Timing: An issuer with an average trading volume less than $1 million per day or a public float value below $150 million is unable to trade within the last 30 minutes of trading. Companies with higher average-trading-volume or public float value can trade up until the last 10 minutes.
Price: The issuer must repurchase at a price that does not exceed the highest independent bid or the last transaction price quoted.
Volume: The issuer can't purchase more than 25% of the average daily volume.
The SEC also specified more detailed disclosure requirements for repurchases. In each quarterly report on Form 10-Q and in the annual report on Form 10-K, the company must provide a table showing, on a month-by-month basis: the total number of shares purchased, the average price paid per share, the total number of shares purchased under publicly announced repurchase programs, and the maximum number of shares that may be repurchased under these programs (or maximum dollar amount if the limit is stated in those terms).

Yes success is near.
Investors did u notice they r getting crazier with all positive news. Blowing this board up. Wow sad
PR's cost a company 500.00 a pop. That's why there are more Twitter social media PR's. Which anything to save shareholders money is ok with me. Lol
Fluffer PR's are for 1 or 2 tick flippers. They usually have negative effect. No need 2. if these few items are in pipeline the PR will sustain the share increase and hold.
Please sticky
Ok thanks later tonight will look into everything.
Did company state they r starting the buyback?

A confidential process also protects the reputations of companies and individuals where the SEC finds no wrongdoing by the firm or the individuals that were the subject of the investigation. As a result, the SEC generally will not confirm or deny the existence of an investigation unless and until it becomes a matter of public record.
So he would never no if there is or isn't investigation.
