thebakwoods@yahoo.com is supposed to be his direct e-mail but in fact we cannot know who's behind this e-mail adress. "Jerry" got back to me saying that he will transmit to his attorney and the TA.
Thank You Joe!
Why don't you get the e-mail adress of Jerry dude he gave it to you earlier, backwoods@yahoo.com doesn't work.
Hey Pizza does Jerry has a e-mail?
Here's the awnser I got from TD Ameritrade:
John,
Please know that TD AMERITRADE has made the business decision to not allow
opening transactions on this security. While we cannot go into the specific
reasons for this restriction, we strongly believe it's in the best interests of
our clients and our firm. You can still place closing transactions.
Unfortunately I cannot go into detail with you why this decision was made. I can
tell you that we take the decision to restrict trading very seriously. While all
trading of securities involves risk, sometimes the level of risk associated with
a specific security is escalated beyond what is considered reasonable to TD
AMERITRADE.
We do not want to force our clients to continue to hold a security they do not
desire to hold. Allowing clients to sell these securities allows clients to
reduce their risk.
Both you and TD AMERITRADE take on risk whenever a security is traded. While you
may be willing to accept any risk associated with this security, there are
certain business risks TD AMERITRADE chooses not to accept.
At this time, there is not a set timeline for when/if the restriction will be
removed.
Some of the reasons a stock may be restricted to Closing Transactions only
include:
Corporate Actions in which a lack of information, confusing terms, or unclear
objectives may be involved. All corporate actions should be transparent as to
objectives.
Apparent or possible fraudulent activity by a company or it's officers, with
potentially manipulative actions to affect a stock price.
Frequent unsubstantiated press releases in an attempt to affect the stock's
price.
Deceptive or contradictory statements regarding past or projected performance.
Corporate Identity Theft
Valid companies associated with 3rd parties (i.e. transfer agents, consultants,
etc) that have shown a predisposition to any of the above activities.
Companies known or suspected to be involved in Money Laundering activity
Some of the criteria NOT used to make this decision include:
Stock price of this security
Positions of our clients and the firm
TD AMERITRADE does not participate in the trading of non-listed securities in
its own account for the purpose of making a profit.

After being told that, I asked them why don't they get the authorities involve if RGNO and the CEO is a scam, if they have their clients so close to their heart? Here's what they awnsered:
John Duncan,
We appreciate your input. Please know that TD Ameritrade follows all
appropriate procedures at all times for the security of our clients. We pride
ourselves on our integrity.

Hey what's his e-mail adress Joe?
Martha Stewart style.
Look if it's that bad why TD Ameritrade doesn't get the authorities on alert for RGNO and then prosecute RGNO if it's that much fraudulent. If they have proofs or serious doubts they must disclose it to the SEC. As far as I'm concerned TD has always restricted RGNO and they haven't done their job as a corporate citizen by calling the police on that. So Katrina get them going get TD to halt RGNO, we will see where it's going, who's really in shit.
I Don't know if it's that bad why TD Ameritrade doesn't get the authorities on alert for RGNO and then prosecute RGNO if it's that much fraudulent. If they have proofs they must disclose it to the SEC. On another word have you notice that they do not use the name RGNO once.
Here the awnser why TD ameritrade won't allow RGNO trading that I ask then to give me as my part of lifting the restriction for RGNO:

I just spoke with Jerry.
There is no dilution. There will be a PR today regarding this. No increase in the number of non-restricted shares.
He said there is expansion happening, and the PR will address an increase in the RESTRICTED shares to this effect.
Frac job just finished; will have info about this as late as Monday.
6 wells came online this week.
I asked him if it was OK to post this, he said yes.

Railpower announces Green Goat(R) fleet recall and safety upgrade
13:50 EDT Friday, June 01, 2007
COMPANY TO HOLD A CONFERENCE CALL AT 4:30 P.M. EASTERN TIME, JUNE 1, 2007
TSX SYMBOL: P
MONTREAL, June 1 /CNW Telbec/ - Railpower Technologies Corp. (TSX: P), a leader in specialized energy technology systems for the transportation industry, is asking its clients to temporarily cease operating its GG-series (Green Goat) yard switcher locomotives. As a precaution, the Company is recalling 59 units from the GG-series (Green Kids, Generation I, II and III models). All affected customers are being notified of the recall immediately. This is Railpower's initial product line. The Company's new product, the Road Switcher fleet of over 100 vehicles, in operation or on order, is unaffected by this recall. The Company's recall follows a fire in a Generation I Green Goat locomotive on the evening of Wednesday, May 30, 2007.
Railpower is undertaking an in-depth analysis of the cause of the fire in Generation I and II GG-series locomotives in order to determine temporary and permanent solutions.
For Generation III Green Goat locomotives, the Company has just completed an in-depth study of any potential difficulties that could affect this fleet and believes these can be remedied within a matter of weeks. It will install a new version of software for battery pack monitoring and implement some mechanical improvements for additional protection.
"Our goal is to ensure the safety of our customers and their ability to return to normal operations as rapidly as possible," explained Railpower President and CEO José Mathieu. "We will devote the resources necessary to demonstrate our commitment to support our products and to satisfy our customers' needs."
Railpower's fleet of its new product, Road Switcher locomotives, introduced in 2006, consists of 54 units in successful operation and another 50 units under order. Market potential for this Road Switcher locomotive is estimated at 6,000 units for North America alone.

If I open an account with TD Ameritrade will I have to endure your restrictions on certain stock? Just like RGNO as an example? I presently deal with Disnat Direct and I do not have such proplems.
Thanks for your awnser.

Hello folks, did he told you why the ta is gagged???
They F%@*%$'N gagged the ta dude. Eom:]
It is not a nice day today for us with NXNO that's all I can say.
Almost 100 000 shares pass thrue at the end between .039 and .0375 eom:]
To raise between 14k and 16k$!!!!!
Like I said, and I understood that it was the consensus among us, that patience is the key.
5047$ of volume$$$$ ????
There's no other way to see it. If we would have alot of volume and the price would be at this level it would be scary, but it's not the case.
The only thing I say is be patient.
Sorry for the delay, Real fast, the staff is helpfull. 5$ per trade if you do more than 10 a month. You can buy to a maximum of 200 000 shares per trade but you can sell as many as you want per trade.

I just E-mail Grossman directly, will contact you and post the info as soon as possible.
Actually, no the question wasn't asked. But I think we can get in touch with King and he can forward it to Grossman. I 'll try to get an awnser for that.
