So you agree Nerd???? Insiders aren't purchasing GTEM.PK on the open market?
TIA
LOL....and you wonder why your PPS has melted down to less than three cents pre reverse split
I could go on...look it up for yourself
Paul Taboada sold 1,000,000 shares 4.15.06
Larry Lynch sold 192,000 shares 5.23.06
August 2005 was the last insider "open market" purchase....there have been ample opportunites for insiders to buy since that time....but alas...no one has....but of course...millions of shares have been sold by insiders since August 2005...
Naaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa ...probably means nothing
The perfect shell game
Last Week: Hot Tamale Hot Zone
This Week: Paradigm Shifting Technology via the blimp
How bout the 3rd Qtr 10-Q? Ya know...something verifiable!!!
It's your company...fight for your shareholder rights!!!
Anyone know where the total head count for Globetel employees currently stands?
I'm sure the ones who received the non-recourse loans shareholders paid for are no longer part of the going concern.
TIA
"For those who will thing that I am calling this particular airship a blimp, well that exactly what it looked like."
Are you suggesting that perception is reality? Not the case here my friend...this is a paradigm shifting technology...and it's gonna rock your world!
Was it still attached to a Ford F-150 Pickup with an extended cab?
If they used the Dodge RAM than someone knows something...
"It is the past and is now history."
Not quite Nerd...I think the SEC has an interest in the past that will soon affect the future.
Not too mention that pesky lawsuit...
and who could forget the "not yet seen"...3rd quarter & 4th qtr...results...
Sorry to disagree with you Nerd....the past is quite relevant to Globetel's future.
"No one knows what Huff's "Real" contribution will be to GTEM's bottom line"
but we do know how much shareholders paid him in the past for his present contribution to the PPS.
Is the ERHE board on Yahoo stealing the momentum of the JDZ board on IHUB?

I stand by my comments. Let's face it....there is no volume on this turkey. No insider buying. No institutional buying. Only registered sales by the above mentioned.
I never professed to be a trading wizard. But I have done rather well on the dark side of Globetel.
Perhaps this is why Sir Christopher Meyer didn't stick around...before Dr. Henry Kissinger's psuedo clown showed up?
A fair take in some respects...but I'll beat my dead horse ...ONE MORE TIME...
Nerd...where is the endless supply of shares coming from? That's what has driven down the price.
BOL
I have taken positions on the dark side (short) in the past...and contrary to my often cynical posts...would like to see shareholders nail mgt. to the wall. For god's sake man...it's your company....and you guys overwhelming voted to keep the board intact (last summer). Perhaps this summer you'll hold them accountable. And if they attempt to raise the wreck again...I'll be there.....oh yes I will!
Peace
Nerd - Question for you
You seem like a bright enough chap. Why do you put so much hope in these guys? There are better risks for astute investors to assume.
In the old days (and we're still in the old days until proven otherwise)...the greater the revenue, the greater the loss.
Price to sales is a poor barometer of performance.
The truth: GTEM has ZERO street credibility...come on man let's review the skinny:
Booted off a second rate exchange for multiple infractions
SEC Investigation
Shareholder lawsuits
Broken promise after broken promise.....etc, etc, etc....
What little institutional interest existed has dissolved.
Enough! You know this...but perhaps what you and fellow GTEMers don't seem to get....Why should I invest my hard earned dollars in a company that hasn't produced anything but hype? Too many other genuine opportunities.
Try investing in some real companies with real earnings!! You just might like it!
Well Nerd apparently the rest of the investment community(sans Ihubbers) disagrees with you.
Any news from Globetel's Brazil operations today?
TIA
I'm sure Pete Khoury is well on his way to raising the $35 - 50 million needed for "the real McCoy"
A better sign would be some open market purchases by insiders...of course the last time that happened was August 2005. Kinda makes you wonder.
And your point is????
Yes, Timmy has a communications background. His track record as a CEO speaks for itself.
I wonder if Mssr. Huff, Dumas, His Excellency, Sir Christopher, Khoury or Leigh Coleman ever considered giving the guilty parties raises in an effort to cover up this raping of shareholders?
Does this mean that upper mgt. will not even consider reinstating the non-recourse employee loans?
What's next? GAAP accounting?
Wait a minute.. the money could come from
MAGIC MONEY residuals...remember...Globetel could be paid off handsomely if anyone where to use a MAGIC MONEY card.
In view of that, and in view of the German debacle, and nothing from Brazil (I keep asking)...we know the Stratellite and Sky Dragon are real, genuine cash burners.....
would you assume even further shareholder dilution in fiscal 2007 quenching the thirst for cash?
TIA
Risk - Please give us odds:
Mexico Hotzone contributing positive cash flow in fiscal 2007.
TIA
Good morning everyone. Any chance my Brazil update awaits me?
A postive play in Brazil would demonstrate to the investment public GTEM's international acumen, not too mention prowess.
Thoses "tutes" care about execution don't you know!
MBA, I think you mentioned on here that you used to have a rather large position in Mirant Corp.? It would appear that you left that party too soon.
You do have a flair for the dramatic!
My interpretation of the conditional settlement would give unit holders a percentage royalty of the specified fields assuming they bring anything. None the less, I agree it's worth waiting it out.
BOL
Thank you....now my question turns to Brazil.
And thanks Nerd for pointing me in the right direction!!!
His Excellency Ferdinand
Post resignation: Anyone aware of His Excellency's global telecommunications status???
• Keep your posts on topic and GTEM related
With this is mind, can someone please update me about Globetel's Brazilian operations. Also, how goes the German HotZone.
If the above is not "on topic" please tell me why.
TIA
MBA, what's your take on the latest MOSH legal development? Think any royalties will be realized?
Why MEXICO? Why not BRAZIL?
According to Huff we're already partnered there via the exciting VOIP platform...more populous...better economy, seems like a no-brainer.
Perhaps Mssr. Huff's Spanish is better than his Portugese?
TIA
Why aren't insiders buying if the future indeed is oh so bright????
TIA
Brazilian Update please
perhaps Nerd can share with me how the Brazilian VOIP protocall Huff pumped last May is going? EBITDA positive???
http://www.voipmonitor.net/2006/05/31/GlobeTel+Expands+Its+VoIP+Voice+Platform+Into+Brazil.aspx
TIA and remember Nerd...it's your company...fight for your shareholder rights!!!
Anyone know the whereabouts of the Sky Dragon ...I mean the Chinese Kite...I mean the Sky Dragon?
this baby was chock full of military applications.
I would estimate a working Sky Dragon could add $5 - $15 to the PPS!!!
Also, anybody still using their StratPhone???
Kind of like Cash Flow. But not to worry....they'll just sell more shares to keep the lights on and upper mgt. fat & happy.
ps...I wonder if they've reinstated non-recourse employee loans?
"Huff bashers" might take the time to send him a line thanking him for his efforts
I thank him everyday for depleting 90% of shareholder value. And I'm sure I'll have another opportunity to thank him some more.
