Deja vu. Heared that many times before. It would be a real problem if promotion really happened because the more the stock potential the fiercer the hammering and lower the price.
So basically the CEO paid money to release in a PR a letter that everyone already knows about while ignoring the share price that's going down the drain for unknown reason.
A company selling shares to raise capital would not place its sell orders only each time the stock attempts to run. Rather when it starts running they wait for it to raise to sell less shares for higher prices to get same money. Or they would just place their sell order and leave it. The strange here is this pattern: stock attempts to run, shares magically appear on ask, hammer down, maintain current price or drop it. Repeat.
I can't imagine why a company would do that to its stock especially that it can make more money from shares by not doing it.
Actually it does not seem like a typical scam penny stock if that's what you meant and more like a genuine business and that's what makes me concerned.
This nice volume is met by a miserable price. More than 285 million shares traded in the past 10 days (more than 78% of float) and the result is price going down. Is it time yet for the management to feel that the situation is bad enough to intervene or at least show that they are concerned?
With what's going on, soon he will need to address a no-bid situation too. He should give the current PPS some attention and show some respect to the shareholders who trusted him by addressing their concerns.
You are the one who must be blind if you don't see the trading pattern that's been going for ages and yet the OS went down not up. No company makes money from dumping shares and decrease the OS at the same time. At least they would've left it as it is not reduce it. Does this add up to you?
This depends on whether the shares are real or naked-shorted. Whatever it is, the stock is getting killed day after day now. Any chance the company intervenes to investigate what's going on?
No there is hope but manipulation must be stopped first or at least overwhelmed by demand.
Don't waste your time with indicators. This stock is manipulated and the direction up is blocked. It's even hammered down probably to no bid (0.0006 was ridiculous to think about 3 months ago, now it's at 0.0004). It may move only when the manipulation is forced to stop or the manipulator is over with it.
However, if/when manipulation is over, most probably the direction will be up.
This is all my analysis of what's going on.
This does not seem like dumping, the OS actually went down not up which is a very good sign. This is manipulation with the same pattern that's been going on for months to kill the stock or prevent it form running imo.
Do not believe anyone who tells you "next week" or sets any time for running or news. Is there a chance of running big? Yes, and a good chance. When, nobody knows anything. Is there a chance it does not run at all and dies? Also yes. Listening to people who do not know anything at all setting dates for news and then waiting for something to happen based on that gives nothing but frustration. Good and bad is both possible in this stock (as in any other) but the chances of good is many times over the bad based on DD. If you decide to invest in this stock, it's better to be on a buy-and-forget basis.
Chugit, not everyone is in this stock for what the company is giving. Many are in for the potential they see. However this is not the point. What I am discussing here is a strange trading pattern that hammers the stock whenever it shows signs of running and especially when there's news. It just doesn't seem right.
Hopefully the demand will overwhelm that force one day or it goes away by itself (covered if naked-shorted) so it trades freely.
I have no idea agamble but they should do so or better solve it to give it room to breath.
The company has a great potential but the price and trading are no longer related to it and living in another world. In my opinion, it's manipulation aiming at killing it the stock.
I'm glad you can see it too hallboy and really wish too I'm wrong but looking at the chart and marking the news dates on it strongly suggests I am not wrong. Watching Level 2 closely adds another level of confirmation.
It seems that someone or some group will be strongly harmed if it ran and one way or the other is able to control it. Could be market makers who naked-shorted it and don't want to cover. This stock is being killed slowly and the only thing that keeps it breathing till now is the traders demand, otherwise it would've been at no bid by now.
If this continues to happen, hoping for it to run is wishful thinking at best. I believe the company can intervene and end that. For example if the reason is NSS, probably changing the stock symbol will force covering. At this case seeing a PPS of 0.05+ in a matter of days is very plausible.
In a day like today, it's 11:25 AM and still zero volume while there's 22+ million shares on bid @ 0.0004 and less than 5m on ask @ 0.0005. I wonder no one really wants to buy at ask? not a single share? anyone here tried to buy at ask and can not get shares?
Maybe it will make sense to you if consider the time span I talked about. Review the price performance through the past 4 months (since PPS of 0.0025) and the damping effect of good news on the price.
From what I read on this board, "longs" and "investors" are not in this stock to make $100 on each million and did not get in a stock with this potential to flip it.
Isn't it a little bit strange that this "bid whacking" and "traders taking loss" occur only every time good news is released and the stock shows potential of running high?
Of course longs are buying, that's why it hasn't reached no bid until now. The issue I'm discussing is who is selling and form where these shares come to hammer the stock every time it is about to run? The ask is the issue not the bid.
If talking about no bid is ridiculous now, so was talking about 0.0004 three month ago. Look at the price trend and where it is going then tell me if you still believe it's ridiculous.
If you read my last couple of posts you'll know that I believe there's no dilution. Add to this the high potential and longs buying and accumulating, then you'll understand my concern: from where all these shares come to hammer the price down and how at the first place the price hasn't passed 0.002 by now? This is not normal.
Actually that was a part of a longer post. I think that because this is what it is. 0.0004 is not very far from no bid IMO. Yes the DD is great and the company is doing good but again what I'm talking about is the inverse relationship between the company development and the price direction. Positive PR = lower PPS. Two more good PRs and it will probably be trading at 0.0001 unless a corrective action is taken by the company.
Correction: I meant "We are not too far from no bid".
structengr, I did not contact them as I have the impression form the company history and IR messages that they are very well aware of all the investors' concerns and they even read this board and maybe others too.
Another mistake you made. Whether what I say makes the stock go up or down is not the correct measure. I'm not writing my posts to make you happy or to make the stock go up. The correct measure for the posts is being objective, correct, and logical. Now reread my posts in the light of these measures.
it is my concern if what you say makes the stock go down
The problem is that now there's a complete separation between the company potential and developments form one side and the PPS. Positive developments have been pushing the price lower including the last PR (check prices today). Nothing prevents that from going on even more. We are not too far from too bid. The company must intervene.
Whether I have something to do or not with this stock is not of your concern. This board is about a specific stock and the rightness measure of my posts is their relevance to the board subject.
well then why did you say any of it at all if it had nothing to do with this stock
No I did not say anything of what you mentioned. Reread the last sentence of my post.
so are you saying this company will die the same way and their is nothing anyone can do. Why invest at all then if it is a lost cause. great nothing to look forward to no matter what that sucks thanks for telling me
No not everyone can do it. Not everyone can naked-short a stock. And traders will not organize themselves to create an aggregate demand intentionally moving the stock in a specific direction. And you can not know exactly what happens for your buy at ask order if routed through a market maker who will get hurt if the stock went up. It's not a level playing field especially for this stock through the past couple of months.
how did they get full control over the stock if that were true everyone could do it both ways and it would be a level playing field
Buying back won't solve the problem if it's caused by naked shorting. Someone has a full control over that stock and probably wants to see it at no bid to avoid covering if it runs. In fact this way the more the company succeeds in business the more the price will be pushed down to kill it to avoid covering. The company should investigate this issue otherwise no matter what they do, the price will keep getting lower until it dies.
There is no accumulation unless a big portion of the daily trading consists of phantom shares sold at bid. Accumulation alone would push the price up many times the current PPS but despite more than 150 million shares traded so far this week and OS decrease indicating no dilution, the price has actually gone done. For the past couple of months, any sign of run of this stock is met by the sudden appearance of ask shares and selling on bid that prevents it from running and it's happening again now. Wondering when this will end, if it will.
Interesting. What's the relation between speaking English and business success? There are many Japanese in very important possession who speak no English or poor at best and do state of the art work on the technical and business levels. And this is just one example.
I agree, form is very important too besides function when addressing the market. The company seems to listen to such concerns and hopefully they address this point soon. However, most probably they have planned for such important aspect and working on it.
This does not seem like a production-ready product. It's probably a prototype for proof of concept and function demos. If all the system parts move together smoothly (audio, video, communication, ...etc), crafting a nice shell and putting it on should not be a problem.
A very good sign. An indicator that they are going against dilution.
Does it show if the float has been reduced?
This is a very good sign both in numbers and meaning.
There is no information whatsoever about a reverse split and the share structure history and company developments are encouraging. In fact at this point a buyback is more plausible than a reverse split. If you have any reliable information with evidence about an RS please share them with us.
Get out before the Reverse Split
My dear, the ones who can make a profit (long retail traders) do not and can not manipulate it. You are not looking at it form the right angle.
I believe there's a huge interest in this stock shown by the stable price. If there's no interest it would've been sold and reached 0.0001 or no bid weeks ago. Seems more like most of the float is held by "interested" longs.
It can not break out of trips because it's being manipulated and prevented from running each time it's about to imo. No need to repeat details and clues from my previous posts about this but you can refer to them if you want. If this is correct, then once the reason for manipulation is over or they can no longer keep the price at these low levels, it can go very high. This can very easily happen if there's a huge buying pressure.
Typically, dilution is accompanied by price drop but the stock has been trading in a channel for weeks now, and it has not gone below the 05 support since it was first tested mid April except once on a 5.7m volume day on August 15, an exception that could be ignored. And dilution does not cause orders to magically magically on the ask building a wall every time the stock is about to run and hides otherwise, rather it sells at the bid continuously and takes both bid and ask down until the diluted shares are sold.
Also dilution goes with high volume and dropping price but the high volume days in the past couple of months had price increase instead. Add to this that the company management have been persistently delivering to their promises based on the PR history (whether this has reflected in a PPS appreciation or not among stock traders is a different issue). It does not make sense after all their work to cause their stock price to drop through dilution and willingly lose the investing community trust, especially when they are seeking to have a new major investor.
You have all the right to be disappointed about the price performance but I believe there's a total disconnection between the company performance, potential, and what people believe on one side, and its stock price on the other side.
The way it has been trading for weeks is not normal. Every time - and I mean every time - the stock showed any sign of volume and moving up new shares came out of the blue to the rescue on the ask to hammer the price and prevent it form moving up. Yesterday is an example. On Level 2 some movement occurred and 0.0006s were all bought and little left on 07 that could be taken out too easily, and out of the blue new market makers showed at 07. I understand that if a trader wants to sell he would either've left his order long ago or even pull off his order to place it at a higher price as long as the price could move up, but the sudden appearance of market makers this way is suspicious.
The company should put an effort in investigating what is going on and stopping it. If the reason for hammering the price is ended (no longer required or prevented) and the stock is left to normal supply and demand trading, I think you and all longs will be happy about the price.
PPS .0006 after 2 mergers and still claims of how much this company is worth. Why is it still at this level? The answer is simple, neither merger was a big deal. If anyone believes what the company or PR firm puts out and calls it DD they are kidding themselves. Read the Financials. What I own or do not own is none of your business. The fact is I did buy this POS.
If that PR was released this morning the price would drop more. Referring to previous couple of PRs you'll find a constant negative correlation to PRs not released end of Friday, why would that change this time? You need to admit that good PRs are no longer driving the price but rather manipulation. When it ends you'll have the high price you want.
First people said news is needed to push the PPS up, and when the news came out and the price dropped. Now we hear that details are needed instead. After details come out and the price drop more, what will be needed next? Neither news nor details will do help the price without lifting what's restraining it. There was enough information long ago to make it leave the trips. I can't imagine that this is a normal supply and demand trading.
