Typically, dilution is accompanied by price drop but the stock has been trading in a channel for weeks now, and it has not gone below the 05 support since it was first tested mid April except once on a 5.7m volume day on August 15, an exception that could be ignored. And dilution does not cause orders to magically magically on the ask building a wall every time the stock is about to run and hides otherwise, rather it sells at the bid continuously and takes both bid and ask down until the diluted shares are sold.

Also dilution goes with high volume and dropping price but the high volume days in the past couple of months had price increase instead. Add to this that the company management have been persistently delivering to their promises based on the PR history (whether this has reflected in a PPS appreciation or not among stock traders is a different issue). It does not make sense after all their work to cause their stock price to drop through dilution and willingly lose the investing community trust, especially when they are seeking to have a new major investor.

Your money, your decisions.
