The photographs show numerous pieces of equipment that have been installed in the main mill building. Included in the pictures is the installed constant density tank for feeding the hydrocyclone, which will be used to classify ores. Also pictured are the primary conditioning tanks used to treat the ores before going to floatation. In addition, the gallery shows the secondary conditioner tank, which will be used to separate the zinc from the gold, silver and lead concentrate.
There are several pictures of continued progress in the new mill building, including the pouring of the cement flooring and assembly of the footings for the WesTech 40-foot thickener, which will be primarily used to thicken tailings. Photographs show the preparation to the floor area of the new mill building when it was tamped and lined with bentonite, and as the cement foundation was poured. Also for the new building, the gallery shows the company unloading steel for the mezzanine, which will be built above the thickener.
"We are pleased to show our recent progress on the installation of equipment at the mill and processing facility at the Deer Trail Mine with this new photo gallery," said Mark A. Lopez, chief executive officer of Unico, Inc. "There were significant strides made over the last several weeks, particularly in the delivery and placement of equipment, and we hope that through the addition of these photographs, our shareholders will gain a better understanding of how the reconstruction is progressing through the completion phase and how the overall project is coming together out at the Deer Trail."

Good then.
I presume this will be your last post then.
Sell your shares and hit the road _orky.
Can I get a D Vanna.
Fellows
I am just sitting back having a cold brew after the gym relaxing in Goldie's hide a way.
The stock market consumes my life. My day job involves scalping shares for Swifttrade all day. Then the penny research at night.
Thoughts of the day.........
1. I didn't buy Bush's speech today and neither day the gold investors.
2. Unico...........what a gongshow there.
3. Who tips Derb off about lawsuits????????????????
4. Is Outboard Investments linked with Rapholz???????
5. Should we buy S3 cuz of Derb's bashing............could be a trend.
Later guys.
BIG BENSKI
What is up with S3 investments. (SEIH)
I see your polluting that board too.
Never Read all the posts yet. That is for tonight after the gym.
However one common denominator I found between UCOI and S3 is Compass Capital Holding.
Your motives will soon be found
Yes Derb that is what i'm talking about. About time you pulled through.
Cheap shares to hit the market.
Derb..............goldy told me how you wish you were big der ben ski.
This is the final piece of the puzzle I can't figure out yet.
Outboard Investments?
I don't know why but I have a feeling James Rapholz's name will be popping up again in the future.
Goldy love the picture. I am still laughing. Keep up the good work.
NYBOB says he wants one of a guy humping th statue of Liberty.
Ronning I appreciate the effort here towards a lower share price. However crap likes that makes people want to buy Unico. We are not dealing with kids here. Leave the bashing to your counterpart. He already had to come bail you out here.
Derb why am I seeing new investors claiming to hold shares till the end of 07. I thought we where buddies with the same agenda?
High fives for Derb today. He managed to bring the share price down a bit.
However it is still not enough we need more bashing. More posts. Bash this s*it out of this baby. Dig deeper Derb, there has got to be more flaws and manipulations you can dream up.
Here are some ideas
1. Maybe start e-mail scandals.
2. Pictures of police tape around the mill
3. Perform more naked shorting.
4. More aliases
5. Please stop Chaz and Cismo from bashing, because they suck at bashing. People probably buy more after their crap.
6. I like the no buyers play. Who wants Gold anyway.
7. Tell them the increase in gold is just a fake. hahaha suckers
Good job boys
Let's get this thing lower.
Ya so Derb. I posted your gay little private message somewhere else so we could have a laugh.
Just keep doing your job so I can benefit.
I'll just take the pile of cash Tech. But thanks for offering
Derb
Can you please put a little more effort into getting these newbies to sell please. I applaud your last two days of performance but it is not enough.
But I really want some more sub penny shares. I have been averaging down all the way, but I am a greedy bastard and I would sleep better at night knowing I have a few more shares under a penny. Call it foolish pride.
The way I see it is we are probably about 50 days from starting up. FMNJ however will be starting up within two weeks.
I will be selling my shares upon the startup run and guess what...........Hookers and Blow ( Just kidding)
I am hoping to get UCOI under 2 cents then.
Chaz and Csimo are like dull broken records.
I like badassjack....he's funny, so is skunk misery. They should get a raise.
It is turning into a dinner theater there. I highly recommend it.
Warning
If you are holding long please don't use your stop loss. A few retards found that out the hard way with FMNJ today. These MM's throw everything at you and they will dredge the bottom time to time to catch a few suckers.
You shouldn't have to use stop losses with a pick like this.
Csimo it is degrading to be a basher for a living. But your not even good at it.
PM from Derb
He just doesn't give up. He's mad about the Zinc post. I don't give a flying #### where they send the concentrates to, as long as they make money. All these metals are in demand. BOTTOM LINE IT IS A SELLERS MARKET.
loadedgun
Don't know if you have done your research or not. I have. Take for instance Unico's contract with PGM, it is kind of strange. Since the product is being shipped to Los Angeles.
Why is that strange? There is no primary lead smelter in Los Angeles. The only primary lead smelter in the US is the Doe Run smelter a thousand miles in the other direction.
A primary smelter is a smelter that takes lead in concentrate form from ore and seperates the various metals. There are seconday lead smelters, smelters that take things such as lead that has already been smelted are resmelts it.
The other two closest primary smelters is the Penoles smelter in Mexico where Unico sent thier last batch and the Tec Cominco smelter in Trail BC. Why do you think Unico shipped it to Mexico last time? It was thier best choice.
This is all verifiable information. Start googeling around.
So now we have verified that there is no smelter in LA, what is PGM going to do with it once they get it? They have to be able to turn it into money in order to pay Unico for it.
Have you read Unico's PGM contract? They are only paying shipping to PGM's facility in LA. Been there, no name on the building and it was last business licenced as a print shop in 2004. There was no business licence for any of the five business that show that address on thier corporate filings. In fact there was no business licence at all for that building when I checked.
The lead contracts I have seen deduct three units off the lead per ton. A Unit is 1% or 20 lbs. Three units is 60 lbs. I would expect to see this deduction of the lead payable in the contract. Missing.
What would I need to see in the PGM contract? The ability for PGM to perform and make a profit. When the contract is what appears to be above smelter rates to Unico and the buyer is stuck with the shipping of this concentrate somewhere so that it can be processed it means that every shipment is turned into money at a loss.
What are the chances then of this being a good contract? I say slim to none. So it remains to be seen what Unico comes up with for thier zinc.
It is not as though I just spew stuff out of thin air, I actually look into this stuff.
So, go to the SEC filings, pull the contract, pay three bucks to the LA City Clerk's office like I did and have them run the address history. I checked in May 2006. Then find some other lead smelter contracts and compare and come to your own conclusions.
I did everything on my end that I know how to do. Don't be upset with me if you don't like what I have to say. I would not have gone through this effort if I did not smell fish when Unico came out with the first PR on this one.
Hopefully you can see that it is fair for me to ask what they intend to do with the zinc after researching the lead concentrate contract.
Derb
The answer to your Zinc problem.
FMNJ found a buyer and they are not even producing it yet.
You BS is slowly catching you Derb. Soon all your manupulated questions and remarks will have answers.

The recently purchased WesTech 40-foot thickener, which will be primarily used to thicken tailings, has been delivered and is being prepared for installation. The cement foundation for the thickener has been poured.
The footings to support the Emico filter have been completed, and the legs that support the filter base have been fabricated. The filter base has been placed on its foundation. National Filter Media of Salt Lake City, Utah has supplied the Deer Trail Mining Company with samples of their filter media for the company's metallurgist to determine the best filter cloth for its application.
Installation of the constant density tank for feeding the hydrocyclone used in the classification of ores has been completed, and the company has installed the primary conditioning tanks used to treat the ores before going to floatation. A secondary conditioner tank has been installed that will be used to separate the zinc from the gold, silver and lead concentrate. The steel for the upper mezzanine above the thickener tank has been ordered and is scheduled for delivery this week. Much of the floor area of the new mill building was tamped and lined with bentonite, and the cement foundation has been poured.
"There has been a great deal of progress on the installation of equipment at the mill and processing facility at the Deer Trail Mine over the last several weeks, and we are pleased to report these advances to our shareholders," said Mark A. Lopez, chief executive officer of Unico, Inc. "Each step in the reconstruction program brings us that much closer to finishing the remaining work on the facility so that processing operations can begin at the mill."

Item 2
MANAGEMENT'S DISCUSSION AND ANALYSIS OF FINANCIAL CONDITION AND RESULTS OF OPERATIONS
General
Hiko Bell Mining and Oil Company is a Utah corporation organized in 1942 to mine tungsten for the World War II strategic metals plan on an 80-acre tract of patented land which the Company still owns, located in northwestern Box Elder County, Utah. The principal business of the registrant is exploring for, developing and producing oil, gas and minerals, including the acquisition of leases, farmouts, mining properties or other valuable mineral lands. Hiko Bell's current portfolio is more fully described in “ITEM 2” in our Annual 10-K, for the period ending December 31, 2005.
Hiko Bell’s sources of the properties are state and federal oil and gas leases and fee (patented) lands, principally in the Rocky Mountain area.
Initial development of an oil and gas or mining prospect originates within the geologic department. The feasibility of acquiring such land is checked in state land offices, county court houses, with the Bureau of Land Management and other governmental agencies. Management then works up the economic viability of the project with an Authority for Expenditure (AFE). If the economics are favorable and the acreage is available, a review is made of the cost of acquisition, of geologic and geophysical work, the cost of the drilling or exploration work, the cost of completion of “putting into production: and the current and future market conditions. If all of these varied factors are favorable, the plan is then approached form the standpoint of funding the project.
All of the above operations are conducted by Hiko Bell and require various degrees of skill, knowledge and experience, combined with a high degree of group effort and motivation.
Competition
Hiko Bell operates in a highly competitive industry were success is dependent upon the ability to generate excellent projects, which are financially within the limits and range of registrant, to move quickly and decisively and to obtain the required financing and follow the project through form beginning to end. Management is fortunate in having a highly motivated staff with more than 90 years of combined industry experience.
Legal Issues
During the last several quarters, Hiko Bell has incurred tremendous legal expenses. Much of it was from being sued several times in 2005 by individuals we believe may have acquired stock with the express purpose of bringing suit against Hiko Bell, in order to gain control of the company and its assets. Those legal matters at present have been settled, but it is critical to the financial survival of the corporation that future lawsuits or threats of lawsuits be more aggressively addressed by counter-suits, or other measures as deemed appropriate after negotiation has failed.
Refer to post 3247. It explains how Unico would set-up a scam and why this isn't.
As for your stupid question.........only time will tell. Nothing is 100% Usually when a commodity is this high, you probably want to produce and sell it.
I don't mean to be a prick, but if you are so sceptical just sit and wait till the mill opens and stop bugging the board.
Shares will pobably be about 7 - 10 cents, but whatever makes you sleep at night. If you want production tommorow go to a big cap.
There are two different types of people involved in this stock.
1. People who put too much money in long that they shouldn't have. ( Risk Factor)
2. People who shorted the shit out of a stock they shouldn't have.
Right now I am happy to be in category one.
Moderator please go to post 417 and then correct your chart.
Bought 200,000.

SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION
Litigation Release No 16254 / August 18, 1999
S.E.C. v. Vincent Napolitano, Irving J. Stitsky, Jordan I. Shamah, Robert B. Kessler et al., Civ. No. 99 4807 (U.S.D.C., E.D.N.Y.)
The Securities and Exchange Commission announced the filing of a Complaint in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York on August 18, 1999, seeking a permanent injunction, disgorgement, civil penalties and other relief against Vincent Napolitano, Irving J. Stitsky, Jordan I. Shamah, Robert B. Kessler, StockPlayer.com, Inc. and fifteen corporate relief defendants, many of them offshore companies. The Complaint alleges these individuals engaged in a complex "pump and dump" scheme in which they: (1) obtained large blocks of stock in certain microcap issuers; (2) disseminated buy recommendations through StockPlayer, an Internet newsletter published by StockPlayer.com and controlled by Napolitano; (3) manipulated the prices of those securities through the use of bid and ask quotations and by bidding for and purchasing those securities while engaged in distributions of the blocks of stock held by the defendants; and (4) sold out their shareholdings at profits of millions of dollars. The Complaint also alleges Napolitano and StockPlayer.com disclosed only a portion of the compensation they received from issuers for publishing buy recommendations for their securities and alleges Napolitano engaged in "scalping" by selling stock at the same time StockPlayer was recommending to subscribers that they buy those securities.
According to the Complaint, from at least March 1998 through June 1999 Stitsky, Shamah and Kessler engaged in this course of conduct with respect to transactions in the securities of at least four issuers: Detour Magazine, Inc.; Wineco Productions, Inc.; TriCom Technology Group, Inc.; and Fidelity Capital Group Holdings, Inc. It is also alleged that Napolitano participated in the fraudulent course of conduct with respect to Detour, Wineco and Fidelity. It is alleged that Stitsky, Shamah and Napolitano obtained up to 95% of the public float in these securities, published buy recommendations on the StockPlayer web site and distributed detailed profiles of the issuers via e-mail to StockPlayer subscribers. It is further alleged that Kessler, Stitsky, Shamah and Napolitano manipulated the prices of the securities and kept those prices at the manipulated levels while the stock controlled by Stitsky, Shamah and Napolitano was sold into the demand created by the StockPlayer recommendations.
The Complaint alleges that beginning in May 1997, Napolitano published buy recommendations in StockPlayer regarding the stock of at least seven issuers: ARXA International Energy, Inc.; Iron Holdings Corp.; Collision King, Inc.; Tilden Associates, Inc.; Detour Magazine, Inc.; Wineco Productions, Inc. and Fidelity Capital Group Holdings, Inc. It is alleged that in each instance, the issuer paid Napolitano large amounts of the company's stock as compensation for his promotional services. The Complaint alleges that Napolitano only disclosed a small portion of this compensation and that most of the stock was placed into the accounts of offshore corporations controlled by Napolitano. It is alleged that the stock paid by issuers had an aggregate value of at least $10,000,000 at the time it was paid to Napolitano. It is further alleged that Napolitano's scalping activity in these securities yielded profits to him of at least $3,000,000. Finally, it is alleged that with respect to at least two of the recommendations published in StockPlayer, Napolitano knowingly or recklessly disseminated false information concerning the operations of those issuers.
All four individual defendants are former employees of Stratton Oakmont, Inc., a defunct Lake Success, New York broker-dealer. On August 18, 1998, while they were allegedly engaged in the conduct which is the subject of this Complaint, Stitsky and Shamah were barred by the Commission from association with any regulated entity and ordered to cease and desist from violations of the antifraud provisions of the federal securities laws.
It is alleged that by engaging in such conduct Napolitano violated Sections 17(a) and 17(b) of the Securities Act of 1933 and Section 10(b) of the Securities Exchange Act and Rule 10b-5 thereunder and Rule 102 of Regulation M. It is alleged that Stitsky and Shamah violated Section 17(a) of the Securities Act and Section 10(b) of the Exchange Act and Rule 10b-5 thereunder and Rule 102 of Regulation M. Finally it is alleged that Kessler violated Section 17(a) of the Securities Act and Section 10(b) of the Exchange Act and Rule 10b-5 thereunder and Rule 101 of Regulation M.
