Exactly...... a recall some unknown drug called penicillin started out in vitro and has had a noticeable effect on the world.
Thanks Capt...... this of course along with Jellis and Reduce-It will not convince Kiwi that MO has no meaningful effect. MITIGATE is his new standard
Can't believe the lack of volume today.... I bet big blocks are coming.
If the share price is triple in 6 months, I will buy him matching pajamas and tie.... and he can wear both in the same picture.
I agree with you BBI....... telling Sarissa to remove KM's image would come across as vindictive when all we really want is for management to maximize the uptake of V and our shareholder value. Any reasons to slow down the coverage process in EU countries is detrimental to that cause.
Hi Bolio, this could be my confusion but you said the denial is for gV. So I read it as "Coverage for the requested medication......" is the requested medication really gV? If it is, then this would be infringement but if the requested medication is V, then the denial statement makes sense.
I'm just as qualified....I stayed in a few Holiday Inn Express hotels in the past.
Just bought my 100 for the day......
It's me Lizzy I'm on a 100 share a day diet. Although today it was 150. Getting bloated.
Phew..... at least he's still losing more $ than I am.....and I'm I'm down ALOT
Perfect irony Lizzy...... good old Sub Prime Barney...... his ilk believed everyone is entitled to buy their own home so they pushed legislation to allow anyone with a pulse to buy a house. He's got a lot of experience in destroying the banking industry. The guy is a total moron.
Agreed....... folks should take this opportunity to pick off a few shares if they can..... I grabbed a couple of 100 share bites so far today.
It may but not because of anything AMRN related....... it will be caused by a market beat down.
Pdude, I don't understand your distaste for Denner....... he pulled off gaining control for a little over $100 Mil which you have to give him kudos for that. However, someone else could have done it for half that price or less. The previous BOD allowed this to happen.
I seem to remember you claimed the stock would tank on a Sarissa win. You call this a tank? How's the overall market been doing? Falling tides do tend to sink all boats. What were you smoking on that well deserved vacation?
Kiwi, there is no amount of proof that would ever satisfy you. Denner just needs to take the existing proof and communicate, communicate, and communicate via every channel that exists. Do it intelligently and use all of his contacts...... it's all about script sales. Without them, we have nothing.
Robin, deep breathes........ here's what we know.
1. Denner invested over $100 Mil in AMRN for a reason
2. He gave the BOD some time to show they were changing course to his liking. So he knew what he wanted.
3. He nominated 2 board members to have more influence in this direction.
4. He was ignored so he followed through (quite successfully) on his threat to influence our company direction.
5. He didn't go through all of this trouble for the status quo.
We all know what has been happening to shareholder value to date and believed that Denner could unlock what the current board was not able to do. We're all part of this now so let it play out. Let's see if Denner can pull off a big win for us. I for one am betting big that he can.
I've been doing the same..... getting my cost as close to Sarissa's as possible. I'm pretending to be smarter than Denner by losing less than he is
and you just can't retract the current "ANDA"....... from what I read, the only way it would be accepted is if there were sudden safety issues that arose with your drug.
As do many of us......I also hope that those who truly believe in the potential of V are averaging down at these prices. Under $2 a share will not be forever so if you can, get busy dollar cost averaging.
Yes, that's about as likely as Denner asking Per Wold to come back and be Chairman of the Board. CEO's don't accept a demotion to VP of Sales.
Hey Stockboy, I understand your frustration, I do.....and I'll take that drink but I also appreciate the complexities of getting pricing reimbursement in each country. They are all socialist countries with regards to medicines. The dude is optimistic. I'll take that. He's a salesman. I'm willing to give him a shot at executing Denner's objectives. Whatever it takes to get a good price for this company from BP, let's do it.
Agreed Newman........ he does seem to understand the EU market in great detail and seemed pretty confident that leveraging the uniqueness of V in pricing negotiations is the way to go and stand firm against discounting.
I didn't hear anything regarding Denner or BOD in the call....
there was mention of not giving up on Germany and also the combo pill was mentioned at the end...... the combo pill is deemed very attractive to pursue but it is technically challenging.
Good conference so far...... I think KM is doing a good job.
So true...... and so plausible.
perhaps to keep another BP from doing it......
that is about as likely as me spending the weekend with Gal Gadot but both things can be true.
True, but stranger things have happened so I dare to dream.
I do as well...... I'd like to retire in a little over 2 years but if Denner somehow gets this near $20 in the short term, retirement could be that day
I'm certainly not afraid of it and I'd welcome it...... you on the other hand feel all 200 of your shares and the live of millions depend on confirmation.
Where did all this "the sky is falling" nonsense come from? Do you really think that Denner did not expect the remaining board members to resign? Do you think this is his first rodeo? The company is owned by over 70% retail investors and this is exactly what we voted for. Now sit back and let this take shape.
Let's try this for the 100th time....... MITIGATE is not designed to prove R-IT....... even if it shows what we already know, it does not guarantee increased scripts. Promotion and a good strategy will do that. Not MITIGATE
How can these CLEAR results not be considered sketchy?......
(Some in the placebo group were taking other cholesterol-lowering medications, such as low doses of statins, niacin, or PCSK-9 inhibitors, all of which reduce cholesterol but were not able to get the patients to low enough levels.)
https://www.yahoo.com/news/alternative-statins-lowering-cholesterol-153053408.html
Apologies if I missed it but what was the placebo used in the CLEAR trial?
He's joking.... you can't.
Well that stinks..... it's there when I read that post..... weird
I happened to find live coverage of Denner responding to Per Wold at the Shareholder Proxy Vote meeting. Per Wold is showing how he treats us shareholders and Denner is shown representing us. Go to the 2.45 mark in the video
Well Pdude...... I hope you are still enjoying Aruba or where ever it is you are vacationing... I really do. Whomever your contact was that told you this
7 Sarissa seats will tank this stock immediately. WS is ALWAYS 1 step ahead of retail and the opposite of what retail expects to happen is always what actually happens.
was of course predictably wrong. I'm thinking it was an AMRN insider trying to sway some votes.
Hat's off to my fellow Blue Meanies.
Yes, I received the email
